Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful. They all went out of their way to help. The app and online reservations process needs some work. However, once we got back to the location to return the trailer we rented the customer service representatives helped finish the process of renting the space even though it was very close to closing time. The representative went over and above what was expected! Thank you!
