I am very pleased with my hitch installation experience. If I remember correctly, it was Marlon who did the installation. He was a gem - enthusiastic, did the installation is the timeframe he said it was going to take and gave me pointers on what to watch out (since I was planning to carry ebikes). As I say and waited for the installation, I was also impressed with the manager of the store (I forgot this name). He was going around making sure that customers were being taken care of and also conveying to his subordinates who needed to be done next. Mighty impressed with store!paul wong S.

This U-Haul went above and beyond. I keep coming back for their efficiency and professional service, but today was another level entirely. When I realized I had l had dropped my personal keys in the cab floor of the truck, I called the 800 number (after hours) hoping the the location crew could retrieve them in the morning forhold them in Lost and Found. For me. To my pleasant surprise, after I explained my situation the the Customer Service person, I was put on a brief hold and was told the General Manager would meet me in 30 minutes to let me retrieve my keys. Which he did, with a cheery and kind disposition. What a great spokesperson for your company!! Thank you!!JOSE G.

I will never in my life rent from this place again. Rip off. Rude. The guy with the pony tell and glasses should be fired. Horrible customer service. Take pictures of everything I don't care how ridiculous it seems. Truck wasn't working properly. Tank wasn't full but I return it back full and still got ripped off. Multiple extra fees in which they do not explain to you. Read everything well. I don't recommend but to each it's ownChristy P.

My first reservation got cancelled without any notification. What a shame the you said "guaranteed" on the website. The van I rented seemed to have the problem with lock and I locked the door on the driver seat, other door could still be opened.Tsengwen C.

1. The doors on both the driver side as well as the passenger side wouldn't lock properly. One would have to slam the door really hard for these doors to get locked. That definitely needs improvement on this particular truck. 2. I chose "mobile checkin" - the fuel level indicated in the u-Haul app was not the same as the fuel level that I actually saw on the dashboard. I tried to correct it before the rental started...the app asked me to take a pic. I took a pic...but that pic never got uploaded (I uploaded other pics, those worked. But on this particular screen where I confirm odometer reading & fuel level the App didn't let me upload the picture).SRINIVAS T.

An intown 9ft Van rental at 89 cents a mile is more than gas and $40 (20 for rental + 20 to insure) but completely unaffordable for small item pickup to sanfrancisco and back and its why very few customers return. Grimmer Location charged me twice as well. $155.93 the day of the rental when i returned it early. And $120.68 three days later, the estimate made at front desk. Further: One books by phone to make pickup easy and nothing worked to efficiently arrive we had to start from scratch and write out contract and it took 37 min's. expensive and delayed isn't competitive Uhaul!Steven P.

I am a regular customer to S. Grimmer location I rent cargo Van's weekly. I rented this past Thursday 6/17 only for one day. Come to my surprise my card was charged $490.86 because they said I damaged the roof of the van. I am 5'5 too short to even damage the roof of the van let alone reach it I was never notified I only found out by checking my bank account. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I BELIEVE I WILL BE RENTING ELSEWHEREMICHELLE D.
