David Echeckout process is good. However, at return, I was told to backup the trailer to a very specific spot instead of the drop off location. The trailer was returned with a few mulch (not even a handful) on the trailer and the return agent told me that he will charge for "unclean" return. At the same time, when checking out the trailer, I could see mulch and dirt on the trailer which is fine to me. Return agent was very unprofessional and lack customer service skills.

PETER TCharging $30 for fuel service fee and $8 for 2 gallon of gas. In total I was charged almost $40 for 2 gallon of gas is criminal if not insane.

PEDRO MHighly recommend having a drop down jack added to trailers this size, it was very physically taxing to lift it off the hitch unlike regular trailers and with after hour drops there is no one to help.

ARJUN KDoor handles area were sticky and dirty. First time usage of 24/7 - picking up the key was confusing. It was in the truck. I had asked the staff who happened to pickup the same van I was next too trying to work thru the many screens. The staff didn't try to help; only sending me inside where there was a line.

KARLA NI just had truck for 1 and half hour and I used 30 miles they charge me $4 per gallon and $30 service fee..and when I was renting they didn’t told me abt service fee as gas is $2.89 outside I would fill it up

JAMIE CWaited some time before a young man came out. He didn't approach me but simply unhooked the trailer and walked away with it. I had to exit the vehicle to ask if anything else had to be done.
MICHAEL JThe trailer that we used caused more than $400 worth of damage to the underside of our car. 2019 Honda Civic Sport. Stock car no alterations. Insurance bought through UHaul is denying payment. I purchased the most expensive coverage in case anything happened. Not very pleased at this time.

You rent Uhaul trucks that do NOT have accurate mileage and then upcharge the customer. I will NOT be bringing my business back to Uhaul. Shannon CIt was a little aggravating to ask to rent a dolly and was told they didn't have any. But as soon as we left to walk out to the truck there was 8 dollies and 6 of the Handtruck ones. So we purchased the dolly for $79.00. JOELENE SWhen i was rented the vehicle i remember the miles were 138400 and 1/2 gas. But in the receipt it was printed like 138386 miles and 3/4th gas. Gas was corrected on the spot before i leave the uhaul centre. But there was no option to correct the miles. I was getting charged for unknown miles .
SANDEEP VThe kids ( employees) told me if I didn't want the trailer with no working tail lights. I didn't have to rent it. I was renting it for a week. Leaving town in the morning. They checked my lights to the end connection. Power on my truck worked perfectly. The problem was on the trailer. They were rude. Couldn't care less. Told me take it or leave it. I have renting from this location for years. The service keeps getting worse. Employees just don't care. Grade F.

Reservation was for another location at which no one was in the office for over an hour after my scheduled pick up appointment causing me to have to change the reservation to another location and making me over 2 hours late for another scheduled appointment. Then the return location was changed to yet another location that is far out of my way. The overall experience was so bad that I have already purchased a trailer so I don’t have to deal with this again.

KATHY RI am disappointed, as they have not given my refund for the extra gas I put on the truck. It's not fair, when customer returns less than expected, we get charged, but not the same if we overfill and you do not pay us. It's a good amount ($30) that I lost, not knowing this. If you can do to fix this, would really appreciate.
SUKUMAR TFront desk did not give proper instructions about text messages and things to do before moving truck, gas marking was wrong and after i notified them then they did not change it on paper and billed me after vehicle is returned when i returned it with gas where i took it. Mileage was also charged wrong.

What a headache, just like all the other bad reviews.

Sean MWe have rented vehicles from this location many times over the years. They consistently deliver clean, well-maintained vehicles and the customer service they provide is outstanding. We rely on U-Haul Prosper for all of our moving and truck needs.
ALLEN NIt took an hour or more to process pick up of the truck and we were on a tight timeline. Once the truck was loaded we returned to pick up the trailer. The first trailer was connected and then we realized the tires were worn. Second trail connected and the lights didn’t work. Third trailer seemed fine. This put us 2 hours behind on a 900 mile trip. Diving through Kansas the passenger tire on the trailer blew so service was dispatched. Service was prompt, quick and froendly. I just had too ,any delays that could have be prevented with a little trading and preparation.

We also had water in the unit that attracted SO MANY bugs. It would have been nice to have received some sort of communication from management about that.

It was sad to say goodbye as the service has been great, the lighting, CLEANLINESS and alarm systems were phenomenal and the location was easier to get to before the city put a divider in the center of 380, which was not the fault of uhaul. Moving out was bitter sweet. I'm extremely pleased with this location.
