Van I rented needed to be washed (I took care of that). Some staff members are friendly--others need coaching on guest service. Returned vehicle with more gas than the van had when I received it. Since you charge over $5.00/gallon to refill, maybe you could take off five or ten bucks when the vehicle is returned with excess gasoline.

Unfortunately, we had a box added during our packing and Uhaul did not merge the files to show 3 containers. One was left in the warehouse in California. They did rectify by sending it expedited, which we have not received, but after calling and being transferred, it did take about 5 days to get to the correct person. Our first 2 boxes came on time and everything was in great condition.

My only complaints are that I did not get a closer pick up location and that I was ill advised on what trailer hitch ball to purchase. I would like to trade the one for one with a greater drop.

The customer service at this location is just horrible. The man who is the GM is sooo rude (can't remember his name).We have been using Uhaul for 10 years for our catering company and since we have moved to our restaurant this location is nearest to us. Since we have ran into so many issues, we just decided to purchase extra vehicles to avoid having to use this location (Fullerton Uhaul off Commonwealth). Saturday was the fist time in a while we had to go back since we were so busy and it was a great reminder why we stopped going there in the first place. It is such a shame because the Uhaul in Anaheim we used to go to was the opposite and sooo easy to work with. The fact that the guy running the Fullerton location is the GM is just crazy to me. He was sooo impatient with the old man he was ringing up in front of me, then when it came to my turn he was so difficult and wouldn't assist me to locate our corporate account, then accused me of FRAUD when using my company credit card. This is the same guy who is the reason we stopped using Uhaul about a year ago. I'm not sure how he is still employed there and working a customer service job with that temperament. Really left a bad taste and not a way to start off a busy Saturday.

only had one box 40H and clerical area created 04H. We received and returned. Then received storage box for 04H. A lot of time to get it straightened out. Say they closed the account and credited.

Thank you for the friendly service. Just a suggestion, when folks call 24hrs in advance to access their U-box/container, let them know they need to call at least 30 mins prior the day of for access!

Awful experience, will never use UHaul again and would never recommend. Charged us multiple times without reason, then when we called, would never give us straight answer. Took 8 calls to resolve.

Fullerton handled the local delivery of a box (pod?) we shipped thru U-Haul's East Green Bay, WI facility. Your driver, Meghan, delivered our box very politely and professionally.

I don't even have items in storage with this location, yet they bill me and put liens on imaginary storage units. U-HAUL IS A FRACTURED BUSINESS. By far, the worst storage experience in 57 years.
