You overcharged me for fuel. I received it with 1/4 tank and returned it with 1/4 tank and took a photo of it. You falsely reported 1/8 tank and charged me $28.

I had to take the van to the car wash and pay to have it cleaned inside and out. The cab smelled strongly of cigarettes. There were ashes throughout the cab. The steering wheel was sticky with soda as well as the center console and radio. There was a spill on the floor in the cab. The back was full of dirt and debris which all had to be thoroughly vacuumed out. In short this vehicle was not ready to go out at all!!

This location has everything need. Would be a great experience had I not waited in line for over 30 min. 1 cashier. James did his best to help multiple people. He tried his best. But too many waiting in line. On a Saturday morning. Should have had more people scheduled. James was great.

There were 7 customers & only 1 person that could do rentals the other man could not assist atleast thats what he told me when i asked. Also the one guy who was qble to do the truck rental wqs trying his best but still 1 person early Saturday is not smart scheduling & makes the patrons run late as my movers waited 15 min extra for the truck.

Customer service goes a long way. When I picked up my reserved truck, the gentleman at the counter who helped me mumbled all through the script and process of checking out the rental. He just seemed like he did not want to be helping me, it was not a busy moment for the company. I was the only customer in the building during the whole transaction. He rushed me then brushed me off. This was a first time experience for me and it would have helped if he had been friendly and maybe spoke as clearly to me as I was hearing him speak just fine to his coworkers. The young female who helped me when I dropped off my rental showed irritation and a negative attitude because I had waited in line inside instead of searching for the busy man outdoor who was nowhere to be found for the first 10 mins upon arrival. She even went as far as to tell me “you could have done this outside, but okay.” I’ve worked several years in customer service, it wasn’t always fun. You can think whatever you want in your head, but maybe keep the negativity away from the customers who’s purchases fund your position.

Horrible experience. Called to make a reservation for an auto transport at 11pm and it was confirmed. Show up at 11pm and called to confirm what one to take, and was told I cant take any. That my reservation shouldn't have been made for 11pm because it is impossible to pick up without an employee to make sure everything is good to go. So then I was told to go to another location and do a one way and I would be charged the same as if I returned it to the original location. Wrong. I was charged the full amount. I called to get my adjustment and I am still waiting for the call back as promised.

Advertised price is $19 a day, but the REAL cost to rent, even for a single load local use is much greater. This is what it actually cost me.. $19.00 basic rent $30,00 in mileage fees $22.00 in gas ( is not a very efficient powerplant) So not including taxes, it actually cost me over $61.00 to rent for a period of 3 hours. Not complaining as much as I am.... "experiencing".
