I have called the UHaul customer service number numerous times and not received help. The vehicle that I rented was not in safe condition. It was a huge safety hazard for me and my passenger. I have requested a FULL refund and have only received 50$ off. This has been a huge waste of my time and awful customer service. Customer service stated that they cannot issue a refund and that I would need to contact the store. I contact the store and the phone sends me straight to customer service again. I finally get a hold of the store and they state that they don't issue refunds.... So who issues the refund? I am done waisting my time and request the FULL refund now due to this enormous safety hazard.....

No space no room for parking. The guy working there talk too laugh. Tell customers go around building and park far away and walk to office. And the time waiting too long. Just one guy working to help customer. Even inside have many uhaul people just do the light thing

The facility was great but the reservation that I had was not supplied and I was put in an awful position. There were no available trailers in the orange county area. I am not very happy with UHAUL.

This is a problem I've had with U-Haul a number of times. I set very tight flight connection/travel arrangements to move my kids when needed. I get on-line, find the best U-Haul pick-up and drop-off location. Everything is set, I finalize my travel arrangements, and then I get a text message 12-18 hours before pick-up saying I need to now pick-up at this different location. It's been EXTREMELY DISTRESSING to find these other locations when I'm trying to meet a schedule. With this particular location I did have an issue communicating with the agent as everything was "Express Check-in". I should have been in and out in 5 minutes, but we had to discuss where to drop-off (already predetermined), insurance (once again), and several other options that I already setup on the website and pre-paid.

The person who made the reservation, left out important details about the conditions of the rental. Also, the person who I got the truck from, didn't tell me about the button to push that helps the transmission shift better. The guy at the drop off location in San Clemente did. Other then that, it all went fairly smooth!

I reserved.my truck online. I got an email describing the Express benefit offered due to reserving online. Unfortunately, there was no benefit. I went through all the prompts took my picture and took pictures of both sides of my driver's license and submitted everything to the online app. I still had to wait in a line for 30 minutes to get the contract. My reservation was for 8:00 AM however, by the time I got my contract, it was 8:45 AM. I was.told the truck was due back at 12:00 noon. When I responsed that I had reserved the truck for 4 hours, I was told it was too bad, there was another reservation for the same truck at 12 noon and if I didn't promse to bring the truck back at 12, I would not be able to take the truck and could take.my business elsewhere. Superior customer service. The customer is penalized because there is not enough support staff to process orders.

I was unable to turn off the ignition on the first van they issued to me. I had to leave the van running and ask for assistance. The fact that they issued the van to me in that condition in the first place made me feel uneasy. The employee was able to turn off the ignition, but it wasn't easy. The second van I used sounded at times like the transmission was not working correctly. I was able to complete my move with the 2nd van but it made me a bit nervous.

Despite doing an online reservation and Express check in, I waited in line for 30 minutes. Why? Because at 9 AM on a Saturday morning, there was one person helping customers. I will never use this location again. The people were courteous, but moved at a snail's pace.

Long line short on staff -- long wait to get equipment -- there should be an availability indicator on equipment like a red (not available) green (available) so that customers can see if they should wait in line

The milage on the speedometer was not visable, Enployee had to sign his intials on it since it could not be read, I had no problem with that at drop off, Emergency flasher on the truck did not work I wanted to use them while loading the truck, This truck need maintance with these two issues

Had to wait 2 hours for U Bixes that were reserved for pu time of 7:30. Also had to make 2 separate trips for u boxes & not pick up both at same time as I was told when making my reservations. Very inconvenient & frustrating. The girl that helped us, Cindy, was very helpful & that was appreciated.

The truck was really rough riding, had somewhat sloppy steering and was hopelessly under powered but functional - it would have been really rough on a longer trip but this was a few very short hauls between two storage units.
