Vehicles need to be better cleaned and prepared due to CV19. I throughly cleaned out vehicle prior to return out of respect for others.

RONALD G.Location is nice and clean all equipment was fully stocked and also had nice accessories. The employee that helped me was the worst I've ever dealt with. As a long time customer, I have never experienced such bad customer service. - I was in the lobby waiting to be helped and someone walks in and I asked if the person worked here. His reply was “I'm wearing the shirt what do you think that means?†- I decided to change the type of trailer to rent and wanted to make sure the price was adjusted because the receipt still showed the other price. His response was that the computer has a glitch, you'll get it at the right price later. I asked him to please get the correct contract and his response was that I was making him work too hard. He didn't want to walk all the way back inside to make the proper change on the contract. I asked him if he was sure that I wouldn't be charge more and he started to yell at me saying “sir, you don't have to rent from us, but trust me it will change later and just the paper is different Than what's on the computer, because there is a glitch in our system.†He later did make the change and gave me the correct contract. Saying “oh it didn't go through so now it's correct.†Who talks to customers like that? It's unacceptable behavior for an employee to speak to customers that way.

ALSO, the guy at the Buena Pak location helped me reserve the truck in Fullerton, he was very helpful and very polite. Thank you all for all the work you guys do. CM

Belinda R.I will never rent from U-haul again. My bill was was more than the agreement. I did everything that was asked. Retuned it, swept, folded blankets and you doubled my bill.
David B.Gas was below 1/4 tank so we had to get gas early. I feel all trucks should start at a minimum of 1/2 of a tank.

Jay W.We went to this store after visiting the Placentia location and they said they couldn't reserve one for us but to go to the Fullerton location. Fullerton had it but the customer service wasn't the greatest. The guy checking us in just left the door open and walked away from us - didn't say another word. The guy who checked us in was GREAT! Younger guy and customer service was much better. I avoid going to this location because the customer service isn't great and there's usually always a long line.

DANE H.They gave me a truck with over 127000 miles on it, this truck was so bad while driving on a freeway it wants to change lanes by itself. I was surprised that they gave me truck which is not appropriate to drive on freeway even though I told your representative that I will be driving close to 100 miles and would like to have a truck which is easier to handle for a 66 years old person. I think since I decline the additional insurance coverage they gave me this truck intentionally so I get in an accident your truck will be repaired at my cost.
