All hooked up and a trailer light didn't work. Kid was fumbling around and I crawled under, pushed in the tab, it starts working. Any other equipment you'd like me to fix? Brand New trailer!

I rent here often, the staff is always friendly and helpful and for the most part the equipment is good. This time, I got a truck that wasn't in great condition and also was not clean, the windshield was dirty and the wipers didn't work well - first time it's ever happened. I'll still continue to rent from this location as I like the staff.

Well that was the only location I could get a 15' truck and the first car Dolly the lights did not work the second one had a rope holding the ramp up the pin was gone but they got it fixed and I was on my way

Everything about this location was not terrible the person who helped me at this counter was extremely helpful his face is the face of this location I believe. Everything went wrong when got a call from a woman, accused me of hitting another person car. Not only didn’t they do their research they texted me in a patronizing manner. This caused me to go into an anxiety attack at WORK. I told them multiple times I did not hit anyone an I continued to get accused. Come to find out the employee put it in. Which is false and fraud . Manager was very rude. Think his name was Jose. They didn’t walk me out to inspect the truck. Didn’t pull the vehicle to the front for me so I had to look at my paperwork to match the plate number. I also rented a dolly and 4 wheel cart that I had to carry/wheel to the truck while looking for the plate number. I opened the back all to find there was a dolly in it already so had to walk the extra one back inside. Finally got into my rented truck where I had to pull the cardboard shade off all to see a very dirty (sap even on it and leaves) front windshield. I’ve rented from different locations before many times and never had this experience. It really set my moving day off to a much harder start.

I don’t know if it was in the fine print somewhere but make it very obvious. I mean have us click a button that tells us we need a coupling that is rated for 10,000 pounds in order to use this specific toy hauler. I didn’t come prepared with the right one. I went and bought one but I wasn’t paying attention and I may have missed this when signing up to rent this toy hauler. Overall it was a very excellent and easy process. I will rent again for sure.

I opted for counter front rental pickup and was forced to download the uhaul app and check out thru there. App makes you look in the parking lot for your own rental and then I go back to the counter to pick up the keys??? Also app makes it very difficult for you to proceed due to the fact that you have to upload your passport and work place and give out 2 references which uhaul will call and bother at that very moment. Took me about 45 minutes to check in and get the keys, it was such a waste of time. I have used uhaul for all my movings in the past but I will never rent a uhaul again thanks to the app and all the verification requirements.
