Chain on the trailer was made to long and rubbed on wheel of auto transport trailer and we blow a tire and lost lost of time and damage to my car on it so think you should give me a big discount because of that

Every item were in good condition when re.o Ed from storage. My son enciraged me to use U-Haul trailer and storage unit to store my items before I found a home for them. I would do it again if need be.

Honestly this was the best experience I’ve had with u haul and this location was super friendly and fast. I was scared to use u haul because of a past experience in Racine when I was moving up here to Green Bay but all in all this time was a 10/10.higley recommend this location.

The truck cabin and box were clean, however the cup holder was broken (it would tilt to 45 degrees when a cup was put in it).

Sara was so great and very friendly. I didn’t expect to have any kind special interaction well, picking up a U-Haul truck, but she really stood out and definitely seems to have a kind soul. Even though I only talk to her for a couple minutes, I enjoyed every second of it.

I have rarely rented and didn't know what to expect during this process. I was blown away by how simple and quick the process was. I worked with Sarah, and I couldn't say enough good things about her. What a positive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic employee U-Haul is very lucky to have!

The attendant (Sara) was very friendly and helpful with exchanging the defective truck that was originally assigned to us. I had called ahead to the national U-Haul service center and made arrangements to exchange the truck before arriving. Sara said that she didn't see any information about this arrangement, but she quickly got it figured out and got us set up with a different truck of the same size. The replacement truck was in good condition.

They really slap on the fees. My $30 rental cost me $130. I wish they were more transparent about these things. Also truck engine sounded terrible. I was worried I'd breakdown the whole time. Good thing I paid extra for the roadside assistance..

I had a lot of issues getting the U-Haul as my original location I was supposed to get it from was closed. I was on hold over 20 minutes before customer service answered n found me another U-Haul which was 20 minutes away from my house

Make the drop off process after hours even more clear. The app experience was buggy and there were several barriers in the way of my checking out speedily. Generally though, it was a decent experience.

Was disappointed that you can’t drive the pickup with tailgate down. One of my to do things with the truck was to pick up lumber from home improvement center. Was not able to do this because of this feature and now need to pay for delivery.

The ceiling in my storage was bulging like it would burst any min but that didn’t bother me because it was convenient to me being close to my shop. However, due to the increase in price on top of what is already way higher than other locations I decided to move out to somewhere else. I got a way bigger storage somewhere else for half what you’re charging. Please do price comparison and be reasonable because if you don’t you will eventually loose all your customers

She would not let me have twenty four hour acssess I crewed up once and payed dearly for it it's not far for me cause im dislexea and cant read and i told them that when I first started to rentted from them I'm all so half deaf and I have learning disabilities

You guys have the best Staff here. Thank you so much for all your help, You are the only place in Green Bay that I would go through for my storage or transport needs. I have to admit, that I have utilized any other place in the area, but I was so impressed with the manage and the employees there, I have to say that I know I will be treated fairly and respectfully. I'm so lucky to have come to this store first. I appreciate the customer service and the people there. Thank you, than you and thank you. You made a life changing event (like an out of state job transfer) so much easier on me. Your the best.

This is the place to pick if you want to be charged almost 3Xs of other nearby places. But don't worry, for the privilege of having an auto-payment system that doesn't work, you'll get late fees. To top it all off, you'll get zero response when trying to contact the management. Number one star!

I did have an issue with late fees and billing dates. The manager took care of everything after I contacted corporate about what was happening. Others I know had same problem and not being able to get into unit. After contacting corporate, the manager has taken care of everything for me personally and I'm very satisfied.

Rented a storage unit and the manager Phillip told me that I had till 10 at night but the Building closed at 7 p.m. Got all the way to the storage unit a little after 8 p.m. and my card key was denied. I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. Thank you

I had called 2 weeks ahead of moving my Mom's things into storage after she was admitted to a nursing home and received a reservation number. When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

My unit had a significant leak. Around $1,000 in items were destroyed from water damage. Since I did not get the insurance I was told there was nothing that could be done. I already was paying $40 more per month for the same size unit as the uhaul 15 minutes away. There is no light in the unit and just a small doorway instead of a garage door type door. So it's already a lot worse quality for 50% more cost. Then to have my 'climate controlled unit' not even control rain is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB as well as leaving reviews wherever I can to make sure people know to stay far away from this location. It is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they're already price gouging.

On face-to-face interactions, manager Phillip went above and beyond expectations up to and including night of move out on 7/16. However, I was not officially changed to moved out status until 8/5, despite repeated emails and attempted phone calls. On my attempts to call the facility, I kept getting connected with corporate. I only had one conversation on July 30 with corporate during that 3-week period as I was did not have the time to wait on hold for the estimated time. Even then,it took a week for the facility to finally have me as moved out.

I just need a service agent to extend rental & request a credit of sorts for the 3 hours spent wasting my time in the middle of a move. Agent couldn't find keys, have to wait for mgr to come back to store after he left for the day. Poor overhead bad internal decision to shut system down during business hours

Your code doesnt work. Anyone can just walk in. Alarm always going off tobthe point nobody even looks. Cant use the restoom facility there. Drop off was 20 miles away. Y couldnt i use gb u guys suck
