3 Car trailer tires were at 30 psi and one at 10. Had to find air myself and the website does not specify the reservation fee. I paid almost 100 for one day in person and also had to pay a 50 dollar fee online and then had problems with the lights and ratchets on the trailer.Daniel H.

I am unsure of the name of the person who helped me when I picked up the auto transport trailer, but if I could clone him and hire him at my office, I would make at least 10 clones. Maybe seven- Ten is a lot of anything. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable. Those three attributes will get you hired anywhere....but this guy was displaying them in real time without hesitation or need (no one was looking). He had no one to impress, just me and my eight year old son. He went out of his way to explain the process, not oversell the insurance (which I opted in for), and found a way to save me a couple of dollars. There are negative things everywhere -if you look-, BUT this type of simple interaction is the reason â€œgoodâ€ keeps prevailing within companies. Hiring individuals who care about people...PEOPLE. Pretty awesome. I know this verbiage is a bit much for a simple transaction, but I was super impressed. Thanks Uhaul- keep hiring â€œthat guyâ€Ryan K.

Use a better service to repair your equipment. There was a great deal of difficulty opening the door to the trailer. The manager even admitted that whoever had repaired it before we rented it had done a terrible job of it. But over all, we were pleased with the service and would recommend and/or use it again when needed.Correne B.

GM was great to work with- but there seemed to major issues with yard jockeys not maintaining records as they should have been( odometer was 1 mile over what was listed on my contract- I pointed this out & was told it would be fixed- it apparently wasn't) & not doing any kind of pre-trip inspection or sterilization of the cab & trailer. My truck had a rat trap in the back from the previous user & I was unaware of what it WAS until I returned the truck and was told I had â€œ left a rat trap in the truckâ€ which I then had to explain had been there from the start & I wan unaware of what it even was/ that I assumed it was supposed to be there/ that I needed to leave it there.Jessica N.

I will not use this location again, the employee continued to make flirting comments to me with my boyfriend right there. It was very uncomfortable and I could not wait till we were done and could leave to get away from the situation I recommend to go to a different locationAlyssa B.

Reserved trailer on line and received an email that my vehicle's hitch and wiring needed to be inspected prior to pick up. Called pick up location and they were not aware of the need, but said that if I had a 2inch ball and a 4 pt flat connector that is all they needed. Computer at pick up location very slow.Larry E.
I rented a truck November 14, pick up in Appletion WI, 9:30 am and drop off in Green Bay WI 2:30 pm, Contract 20012317. I was charged in excess of $125for a 4 hour rental. When I contacted the General Manager of the Green Bay store I was told thats the way it works, "You no rent from my store so I can't give you money back" Chargining that amount for a 4 hour rental is unreasonable. I scould have been charged the In Town rate. I will use other services for the next rental.David N.

Mr Kong the manager/owner has not resolved a billing issue. This facility billed my credit card for three days rental when they should have only billed me for a one day rental. Mr.Kong said he would review the contract and issue a refund. Three weeks later I'm still waiting to see that refund. My second request for a refund has gone unanswered.Nicholas D.

Rented a motorcycle hauler, no issues with the trailer and customer service at this location is outstanding. Had a few issues with the hitch on my vehicle, and the rep took extra time to help me out. Highly recommend this U-Haul facility!George C.

Tall guy knows what's going on! Other guy without mask took FOREVER to check me in and didn't know how to connect the trailer. (So I had to be inside with someone without a mask for 40 minutes!) So communicate with the tall polite young guy. He's awesome!Lil L.

The original location that I was supposed to get the truck did not have it, they could confirm the reservation but still no truck. I was sent to the Uhaul location down the street. Wasn't sure I was getting a truck there either but they did come through, though we were about an hour behind at this point. I did find a plastic bag with a broken jar and what looked like mayonnaise in it, otherwise the truck was clean. Not the first time this has happened when the truck is reserved through an affiliate.Steven S.

One employee to handle all the customers. The electric cord had been damaged on trailer and not repaired so we had to wait additionally for the repair. The trailer had not been swept out and had quite a dirty floor.ROBERT B.
