The guy at the counter wasn’t in the store we had to walk around outside to find him, then he gave us a trailer with lights that didn’t work and told us if we get pulled over to tell the cop they worked earlier in the day, then he wouldn’t give us a receipt because he told us the printer was out of paper. I will NEVER go back to this location. I shouldn’t have to pay for a trailer with lights that don’t work. Very disappointed.

Answer the freaking phone. Don't pass off all your calls to the call center. Also, you might want to inspect your trailers more thoroughly. The aside from being heavily rusted, the safety chains on my trailer were nearly worn through from previous renters dragging them on the ground. They would have failed if they had been called upon to do their job. Additionally, you need to check ALL the lights on the trailers, and fix the ones that don't work.

equipment was excellent and so was customer service but feel like I got over billed somehow but don't understand the contract enough to be sure but don't believe I should have been billed 3x the advertising when I did everything correct on my part....even brought truck back early because uhaul had it reserved for someone else within my 24hr rental period and I brought it back with more gas than when I took it.

I had done the express checking prior to picking up the trailer but I still had to wait about 10 min while the staff was helping people that were trying to rent or pay on a past due bill for a storage locker

The young man (only person working) was so very helpful!! He even repaired the wiring harness on my jeep, I recently bought the jeep and have never used or even looked at the trailer wires so although busy he took the time to repair them for me. Super nice man!! There was an angry woman who was defiantly in a bad mood with life when we walked to hook up the trailer, he still greeted her with a smile and was very polite with her telling her that there are people ahead of her. She was very snooty towards him so he's a MUCH BETTER person than myself.. He was wonderful 10/10 he was juggling a lot and kept his cool and had a smile the whole time after being argued with on the phone and in person. Thank you so much to the young man who helped me this afternoon/evening.

Bad experience. They did not inspect the van before I took it. I am being charged for damage I did not do. Very unprofessional. Manager never contacted me as I was told he would before money was taken out of my account.

I always use U-Haul for any vehicle rental, why go anywhere else.

Can’t reach local shop by phone. Spend lots of time on hold with corporate office who just transferred me to local shop. Had appointment and was not told would need to leave car. Rescheduled appointment and got call it was changed again. Returned call and was put on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. Brought to rescheduled appointment and was told it should take 4 hours but took 8 hours. All in all a bad experience. Will look for another vendor in future.

I picked up and dropped off and had the same young guy to help me, an extraordinarily nice and helpful man. I had to wait since he was the only person there, as is the case most times at this location . I tried to use a different location for pick up but it (website) always sends me back to this one which I don’t appreciate because the other is more convenient for me

The employee scheduled to open the store was 20 mins late and it took a call to a manager to get that employee to come in. Not good customer service. Will not be coming back to that location any time soon.

This location stepped up and stepped in after the East Town location in Green Bay totally botched the job - the store wasn't open during posted business hours, screwed up my travel schedule, and the GB never responded to the message I left on his posted "call my cell with concerns" number. What a difference a change in location made.

People were helpful but the reservation system needs work. I reserved a 5x10 trailer which was switched to a 6x12. Luckily my vehicle handled the larger trailer otherwise a move traveling 400 miles would have been in jeopardy at the last minute!! Very disappointed that the trailer I wanted wasn't available. Do not accept reservations for a trailer that is not available!!!

I was renting a 17 foot truck from U Haul for the letter Carrier Food Drive as I do every year for our food pantry. I have always reserved at the Packerland U-HAUL as I did this year. Without any notice to me other than a phone call 3 days beforehand I was told I needed to go downtown to rent the truck. I confirmed this with the Packerland office. So instead of driving about 10 miles and having our nonprofit pantry spend $10 for miles, we had to pay $25 due to the extra 15 miles I drove the truck. Not sure the pantry should have incurred the cost for the unavailability of my reserved truck at the Packerland store. Thanks

Upon arriving 10 minutes early for a 1 day rental as reserved. Daniel contracted it as a 2 day rental. ??? Said then we didn't want it. Ok. Then he would change it as when delivered. Mgr was there at that time. He did apologize. Said it should have not happened. Charged as quoted. Two weeks prior we used Uhaul at East Town. Excellent service. They did not have the size we we needed. They sent us over to downtown. Not good for us.

The morning started out with a 1hr delay when the manager had no morning staff. Granted Phillip was very professional and made every effort to make sure customers where taken care of. I’ve been here before and not much has changed. There is a big need for supervision to step in and mentor these people. They seem to have a good customer service background but the staff needs to be at work.

I would assume on the busiest day of the week, Saturday, more than 1 person would be working. picking up was ok, i waited 20 minutes to drop of the vehicle and was finally told i could just leave, he could not get to me

Have what I reserve...had to end of getting different bigger and more expensive truck because of error on uhauls part and I had to pay for it...I don't think that's right but it's corporate America

The service at green bay main st was very rushed and confused. Though friendly, they first tried to hook up a smaller trailer than the one i reserved. Then they ended up giving me the wrong trailer, which caused a lot of confusion when I returned the trailer to Monroe WI because the number was "not in the system". Figuring out what happened wasted a lot of my time. Please do better.

The breaks on the trailer were not working right . They were acting up and snapped my pin on my trailer ball. The trailer fell off and hit the back of my truck when the brakes on the trailer started to go with out stoping the truck with a full load. I'm not sure if I would use uhaul again or refer anyone to go there. I paid a lot of money for the trailer to not work right . When I brought it back and said what happened the employee just blew it off.

The owner of the U-Haul store served us. We were extremely impress with his friendliness and his efforts to make sure our experience was excellent. He called after we were late by not showing to pick up the truck to verify all was alright after we were an hour late for our appointment. We have moved our daughter approx. 12 times or more since she graduated from School. From Northcentral Wisconsin, to Minn, Minn. to Green Bay to Appleton and back several times and places in between. We joked we should be getting frequent flier miles with all the moves we have done We have to say our experience with this owner and this store was the greatest. THANK YOU to the U-Haul Company and affiliates Dan & Lynn Beck -Wisconsin.

The counterperson who referred to himself as "the boss" was anything but professional. He was crabby (because someone called in sick so he had to work and rambled on to say because he makes more money than them cause hes "the boss". Guess during "boss" training they did teach him how to check-out astore item purchase on the computer cause he struggled huge time making many calls trying to figure it out. He was so smug, rude, impolite and miserable--he really needs to find a new job, one where he doesnt have to wait on people.

Making sure the contract is priced correctly. The manager/owner here was fantastic and handled the situation of a bad customer before me perfectly so that I was still able to get a truck even though the customer before me hadn't returned his that I was supposed to get. He did this all right before the 7pm close.
