Christophre H.I reserved online using my credit card. Someone else picked up the truck and drove it for me. At the time of payment, the person who drove the truck had to use his credit card to pay instead of Uhaul charging my credit card on file which I had used to guarantee. Screwy system.

brad N.I needed an extension for my trailer which was going to cost about $ 5. When your teammate rang up the sale it came up as $ 25. Your teammate didn't question the amount. When I questioned it the manager explained that your system added a $ 20 installation fee. I don't understand why you would ever charge $ 20 to install this extemsion. If I had not questioned it I would have been over charged.

A check engine light came on at mile 10. The attendant when I returned said the tire pressure sensor always malfunctions on this vehicle.

Tess S.Didn't appreciate that I was told that I was being charged an additional fee for "not filling the gas tank" back to where it was marked on the paperwork that I signed. Glad I did the virtual walk around and took a pic of the gas gage and mileage. The gas line on the paperwork wasn't even close to being accurate. I showed the employee the picture and had him come out to double check that it was indeed filled correctly.

debra C.The guy who got me ready for pick up was absolutely rude. Not to just me. He was rude to the lady prior to me as well. He left the truck without the zip ties on and there was stuff all over in the back (glass, leaves, paper). I took pictures prior to loading and when I checked it back in, the assistant manager helped me out. Andrew was really very nice and explained how my experience was supposed to have gone. None of what he mentioned was done during pick up. He was very helpful and took my concerns and made the situation right. I'd go back and ask for Andrew any day. I'd wait in line for an hour before going to the other gent again. Moving is stressful enough, dont be a dick!!

Roger S. | Overall ExperienceThe rolling hinges in the roll-up door needs to be lubricated. They squeaked a lot, which made rolling up the door sometimes difficult. It would be nice if the trailers came with an adjustable jack-stand so when the trailer is being unhitched from the vehicle it can rest on the adjustable jack-stand. This would not force the customer to find some means of bracing the trailer while loading and unloading the trailer.

Jomar A. | First ImpressionsRented a storage unit and the manager Phillip told me that I had till 10 at night but the Building closed at 7 p.m. Got all the way to the storage unit a little after 8 p.m. and my card key was denied. I had five vehicles with being with a bunch of stuff and had to leave everything outside because nobody could do anything they couldn't get ahold of the manager and he was the only one that could change it and he made my card so I couldn't access the building after 7 p.m. it was pretty cold to be standing there trying to figure out what was wrong all for us to just leave again and then not even that now we have to come back again in the morning and figure all the vehicles to make it back there on time or all at the same time so it's just extra work that we're doing now all because somebody made my card not work so that is my only complaint. Thank you

When I went to pick up the keys, the unit I reserved wasn't available. We were moving the next day. I was told no other units of the size I needed was available. I was told, "RESERVATION MEAN NOTHING." But the Main Street store did have units. Thank goodness for Chi Lee! He called the U- Haul who refused my reservation and confirmed there were units available, but they hadn't been cleaned. So not happy! Chi got me a unit for the next day, showed me how to use the digital key, and apologized giving me 1 month free rental. So appreciated his great customer service. Even though the 1st choice was more convenient to our home, I will Never recommend them to any of our family or friends.

Since I did not get the insurance I was told there was nothing that could be done. I already was paying $40 more per month for the same size unit as the uhaul 15 minutes away. There is no light in the unit and just a small doorway instead of a garage door type door. So it's already a lot worse quality for 50% more cost. Then to have my 'climate controlled unit' not even control rain is ridiculous. I will be contacting the BBB as well as leaving reviews wherever I can to make sure people know to stay far away from this location. It is absolutely unacceptable, especially when they're already price gouging.

However, I was not officially changed to moved out status until 8/5, despite repeated emails and attempted phone calls. On my attempts to call the facility, I kept getting connected with corporate. I only had one conversation on July 30 with corporate during that 3-week period as I was did not have the time to wait on hold for the estimated time. Even then,it took a week for the facility to finally have me as moved out.
