There was a line of people when I arrived to pick up my equipment which caused a bit of a wait for me. I would suggest having more staff working to handle the customer volume or staggering reservations to avoid this issue.joe G.

Both of the guys that helped me coming in and going out with the truck were among some of the most amazing men that I've ever had to deal with at Uhaul. The man that helped me was Thai Vang and was very helpful and knew his stuff and was eager to get me the truck I needed and get me out the door so I could move and be back. The whole process took less than 10 minutes and I was back with the truck in 40 minutes. Whole process was less than an hour and he was amazingly helpful. I had trouble locking in a Uhaul for May 14. I had one in Menominee, Mi. Then I had one in DePere Wi. Finally I got one at 700 Main st in Green Bay Wi. The guy there was great! Nice job!Nicholas L.

I drove the truck I rented 11 miles before returning it to the rental location. I put just over 1 gallon of gas in the tank before returning the truck (I have a copy of the receipt for the gas I purchased). I was told by "Philip" that I needed to put "a couple of gallons" in the tank or be charged a re-fueling fee. That resulted in an additional charge of $12.75 to my credit card . Philip's request to put "a couple of gallons" of gas in the tank was extremely inappropriate, so I refused. I'm asking that the re-fueling fee charge of $12.75 be immediately credited back to my Mastercard (ending in 7011). Otherwise, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It my also be a good idea to properly staff this location (Philip was the only person working) and consider re-training Philip in proper customer relations. I've rented trucks at this location on numerous occasions without incident. I'm at a loss to explain why today's experience was so different.Charles M.
Please be more accurate and consistent on your information. I was told I would be credit back if I pumped more gas into the truck. When I returned it, I was told that I was just making a generous gesture. Not satisfied at all.Tou Bee V.
The lock tab on the trailer wouldn't properly engage, so I stopped several times on my trip to ensure it was still locked onto my hitch. Otherwise it was fine. Attendant properly engaged the trailer, attached chains and lighting wiring, and checked to ensure all lights worked. Also was one of the fastest and best visits I've had. Normally it takes close to 45 minutes for me to get in out and on my way. Far faster this time around.William M.

Was suppose to pickup a truck at a satellite pickup point but no one was there. They did a good job at the Main Street location to get me a truck.Michael G.
About 45 minutes into my trip the windshield gasket on the passenger side blew out and was slapping the window so had to take that off. Then the outside mirror also didn't hold position and kept dropping down which would be fine if you were 5'10â€ or shorter...at 6'3â€ this was a safety issue. Front tire tread was Getty thin on this truck as well. I've rented about 4 U-Haul trucks in the last 5 months and all were in great shape...this one not so much. The guy at checkin when I brought the truck back was great!Robert I.
Phillip is a complete jerk. I didn't receive a dolly that I ordered and I called the national number and supposedly they said I would be reimbursed at this location. Not only was I not reimbursed, but was told to pay another $30 because I was one hour late apparently. You have lost a customer because of Phillip.Tracy R.

3 Car trailer tires were at 30 psi and one at 10. Had to find air myself and the website does not specify the reservation fee. I paid almost 100 for one day in person and also had to pay a 50 dollar fee online and then had problems with the lights and ratchets on the trailer.Daniel H.

I am unsure of the name of the person who helped me when I picked up the auto transport trailer, but if I could clone him and hire him at my office, I would make at least 10 clones. Maybe seven- Ten is a lot of anything. Thoughtful, knowledgeable and personable. Those three attributes will get you hired anywhere....but this guy was displaying them in real time without hesitation or need (no one was looking). He had no one to impress, just me and my eight year old son. He went out of his way to explain the process, not oversell the insurance (which I opted in for), and found a way to save me a couple of dollars. There are negative things everywhere -if you look-, BUT this type of simple interaction is the reason â€œgoodâ€ keeps prevailing within companies. Hiring individuals who care about people...PEOPLE. Pretty awesome. I know this verbiage is a bit much for a simple transaction, but I was super impressed. Thanks Uhaul- keep hiring â€œthat guyâ€Ryan K.

Use a better service to repair your equipment. There was a great deal of difficulty opening the door to the trailer. The manager even admitted that whoever had repaired it before we rented it had done a terrible job of it. But over all, we were pleased with the service and would recommend and/or use it again when needed.Correne B.

GM was great to work with- but there seemed to major issues with yard jockeys not maintaining records as they should have been( odometer was 1 mile over what was listed on my contract- I pointed this out & was told it would be fixed- it apparently wasn't) & not doing any kind of pre-trip inspection or sterilization of the cab & trailer. My truck had a rat trap in the back from the previous user & I was unaware of what it WAS until I returned the truck and was told I had â€œ left a rat trap in the truckâ€ which I then had to explain had been there from the start & I wan unaware of what it even was/ that I assumed it was supposed to be there/ that I needed to leave it there.Jessica N.
