The employees there were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. This location is my favorite of all U-Hauls I have used.
Tall guy knows what's going on! Other guy without mask took FOREVER to check me in and didn't know how to connect the trailer. (So I had to be inside with someone without a mask for 40 minutes!) So communicate with the tall polite young guy. He's awesome!
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Only negative was that I couldn't rent the uHaul for 4 hours instead of 6 because I was just moving a couch and a small lightweight desk. Easy cost friendly for what I needed.
The original location that I was supposed to get the truck did not have it, they could confirm the reservation but still no truck. I was sent to the Uhaul location down the street. Wasn't sure I was getting a truck there either but they did come through, though we were about an hour behind at this point. I did find a plastic bag with a broken jar and what looked like mayonnaise in it, otherwise the truck was clean. Not the first time this has happened when the truck is reserved through an affiliate.
One employee to handle all the customers. The electric cord had been damaged on trailer and not repaired so we had to wait additionally for the repair. The trailer had not been swept out and had quite a dirty floor.
My paper work process went smoothly and the employees/staffs were very helpful in getting me my rental truck. I will surely use their services in the future! Awesome employees, and management was kind and respectful towards me as a customer.
Better instructions for self return. Where to leave equipment if self returning. Does equipment stay under the canopy or do you find a parking spot? We ended up going inside and asking.

Truck was a little beat up for only having 3000 miles
I picked up a truck and put 9.5 miles on it. When I filled it with gas it cost $12.58 to fill up which is a little over 6 gallons. The gas gage showed full, but apparently it is broke. 12 dollars for 9.5 miles was B.S.
The van was very old, with worn out seats, and a very dangerous broken driver's side visor that flopped down at will, partially blocking my vision at least 50 times in 78 miles driven!
We were 6th in line for return but the young man, who was working alone, made every effort to take care of everyone as fast as possible. He was Very polite despite the congestion and all of us were on our way in a matter of minutes. He scored high with all of us in line. He did an awesome job.
Waited over an hour because clerk was having issues with computers. Had to re do the contract 3 times and due to the wait the furniture store closed and I was unable to get my furniture. I want a refund for this rental!
I came in at 4:45pm hoping to get the uhual a tad early because I was supposed to leave at 5pm. I waited in line after a customer well then another couple walks in behind me to return a vehicle remind you I already had a reservation and he tells them he is going to take care of them first and then walks outside for another 20 minutes, he finally comes back in and laughs at me. At this point I am angry!!! Never again will I go to that location I have never had that poor of customer service in my life!!!
Associate was not wearing a mask indoors, a violation of WI mask mandate.
Took 50 min to check out a pre reserved truck. Handed me the keys didnt show me how to find my truck or where it was. Had to load the dolly myself, tried to give wrong dolly. This whole incident caused me to be late for the movers, which luckily they waited. One guy was working the whole shop.
They were very understanding when we needed the truck longer.
Truck not ready when scheduled. The truck was to be picked up at 7:30 but unless I drove to the prior renters home 30 mins away to pick up the truck they weren't going to bring it back till noon. I drove to the priors renters home and started 2 hours late, causing the labor to be rescheduled. Normally not an issue but this was a one way rental and I hired labor thru U-Haul. The GM at the site did everything he could to try to make it right but not how anyone wants to start a move.
Very helpful when I arrived. Time spent checking in and loading the trailer was within 15 minutes.
The checkin process was not contactless as I indicated on my reservation. The interior of the truck cab was not very clean. The doors were dirty with leaves and small stone. There was food particles on the passenger seat and what looked to be the residual of spilled liquid on the dash and cup holder area. In this time of Covid, I would expect a better cleaning process for a shared vehicle.
For all the work i did to make the reservation on line, and check in on line, it simply takes far too long to pick up a trailer. If i take the time on line to not select insurance, etc, why do i have to do it again at the store? Way, way way too long a process.
