This is my second rental in a matter of a week or two and once again there was missing equipment, no notifications, etc. Not pleased with Uhaul service in general. This is now at two different locations.

There was only one attendant at the front desk who literally did the work of 5 people and did it with a smile and extreme grace even when customers were getting antsy after waiting sometimes 15 to 20 minutes after their appointment times to be served. This guy deserves a raise. Because of his patience, customers that would have normally lost their minds gave him and the store grace.

It was an awful experience. Things I was told and promised were but followed through with when I rented another uhaul and emptied my storage out. I use Uhaul at least 10-20 times a year if not more and I’m considering going to a different company after this

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. What I was originally promised and quoted was not honored. My first experience here was fantastic, but when I returned, there were different employees working, and one of the managers I had originally spoken with was no longer there. As a result, none of the commitments that were made to me were followed through. To make matters worse, it is nearly impossible to get ahold of this location. I called multiple times a day over the course of several days, and every single call was forwarded. I was specifically instructed to follow up, yet no one would answer the phone or return my calls. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re trying to resolve an issue and can’t reach anyone. I would appreciate having someone from management contact me regarding the experience we had. I rent from U-Haul and use their storage facilities 3–5 times a month, so I’m a loyal customer. I don’t want this experience to change that, but after everything that happened today, I’m seriously reconsidering continuing to do business with this location. Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from someone soon.

When you come into the store location to pick up a rental reservation and the people working behind the counter say " WE CANT HELP YOU, BECASUE WE ARE A FULLY AUTOMATED location, YOU MUST DO EVERTHING ONLINE. THIS IS FRUSTRATING.

My reserved trailer had a broken tail light and the technicians upgraded me to a trailer too big for my truck to reliably handle empty. I ended up having to reserve another trailer at another location.

I lost an entire day of moving and had to rearrange my schedule, as well as my friends who had volunteered to help my family move. The lost day was due to your network failure on monday, May 18th. I am sure it doesn't happen often but it happend to my family and I. And it was a major inconvenience to our lives and our move since we had a reservation for a truck that could not be fulfilled at the time I needed it. Alot of moving parts go into a move across state and when a piece falls out of line it's a domino effect. Let me know if U haul wants to make this right, so our next move still includes your company. Thank you.

The person who helped me was extremely nice. I was owed some money back and didn't even know it. He called me and let me know I was owed 100.00 back I went and picked it up and it was nice to know how honest he was. Kudos. I will be renting a moving truck this weekend from the same place. There was a bit of a mixup in drop off sites. I went to 12300 W Cedar, but should have gone to 601 Washington St. Isaac was working late (3 hours late) at the W Cedar location. He helped me move the trailer into place and checked it in. He was good-spirited and as helpful as one could hope for.

Isaac, is a excellent customer service person. The other person working with him, first name starts with T, is not a customer service person at all. One customer was very upset, had problems with another location. Isaac, calmed him down and got everything under control. I will go back to this location because of Isaac.

I honestly can't recommend this location and gentleman that were working it more. A+ everything. This will likely sound crazy, but it all needs to be said. On top of awesome service and clean/well maintained equipment the person providing the service completely made my day. Dude deserves a raise. He's personable. Extremely polite to everyone that comes in the door. He's a Zen master. Honestly I'll carry his mentality into everything that I do in life. You're lucky to have him as an employee and you could have a better person representing your company.

When I checked back in I was having difficulty with a credit that was supposed to be applied. The representative at the store assisted me to make sure everything was handled correctly. He was polite, courteous and went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience! Great job!!

Improve your check in process! Due to the length of time it was taking to check in, the assistant on-site completed my check in manually. In addition, the final step was take a picture of the mileage and upload the pictures of the van, they never uploaded. I left the property with the van, used the van for approximately 75 min or so, the uploading of the submitted pictures was not completed. When I returned the van, I explained to the assistant that the uploading of my pictures and added information never processed.

Will definitely like to spotlight Isaac for the best customer service I’ve seen at any U-Haul station! He really made my rental easy and flexible on a day where it could have been harder and busier for me. He was the only person working there today but still managed to have a positive attitude and take care of all of the customers! Five star service and Isaac was a huge part of that!

I told them I had a family emergency and had to drop everything and deal with that during the move and as a result I was unable to get the truck back as soon as I wanted to. I was told I would be given a deal amd that I would be charged for 2 days rental but I was charged for 4.

This review assumes I just moved in. I have been a customer at this location for 7 years. Your website would not let me pay my bill online hence a phone call, which generated this review. Your customer service online is faulty. I still need to pay bill online NOT using an app on a cell phone. Aside from that, I have nothing to review

U-Haul has been a life saver for me, I never once had to worry about the safety of my belongings. The staff was always helpful and available when I needed anything at all. When I move in the future I intend on using them again!

The storage unit was clean and ready. Only complaint is we have the corner unit where the mud collects - moving in and out with dollies was a bit more difficult, but we were still able to do it!

The one guy that works there outside is fine. He’s fast moving. It’s not the people. It’s U-Haul itself with weird and outdated administration. The van itself is great for moving. But I would not recommend the storage situation that comes with a one way drive. I was charged twice for what was supposed to be free. Was given NO direction ahead of time with how to deal with that. The website said they were open until 7, but only open until 5pm! You have to go to the front desk to get a key to get into your unit. I was practically yelled at for not following rules yet they did not give me any ahead of time in terms of how the locks work. Then the website says there is a gate when there’s no actual gate. Every time you go there they hassle you about what or if you owe the next month. It’s just a very outdated system.
