The entire staff at this location is awesome, they immediately clean & sanitize the trucks when they come in & they are the most friendly staff you’ll find, especially Will B. We have rented a few trucks from this location & Will works really hard, is extremely knowledgeable & helpful & doesn’t keep you waiting for assistance! Makes no sense to opt into 24/7 pickup. Throw in a reservation time and then them call harassing you that you have not picked up yet… if I have it reserved 7a-7p and my email says I can pick up whenever… why are you trying to give away my U-Haul at 8am to someone else. Makes zero sense. If the reservation is set in stone, U-Haul corporate needs to change the email language to not say “pick up whenever” to pick up at your designated time or you will lose your U-Haul.

A small electric or gas powered tow unit would enable the employees to move trailers around more efficiently (with far less chance of back injuries!), so I could more quickly get the trailer that I rented.

The vehicle was clean and service was kind, helpful, and quick. However, both front tires were bald on the outer part of the tire. As a result, the truck was very difficult to drive and was not a smooth ride.

Nobody knows that they’re talking about and they made promises that weren’t theirs to make. I was charged nearly double, with a promise of only $40 extra. It’s insanely difficult to dispute the charges and the website isn’t easy to find things out on either. If there were more moving options, I’d choose something else. Deeply unimpressed.

I had to go to a different location even though the website said they had my vehicle when I ordered it. A Greensburg employee called and was very rude to me. I did all of the things, parking and drop off, that the original employees said to do. Then after that another employee, maybe manager, called and said I was wrong. For Al lack of better words, he was an asshole.

Will and his staff were very helpful. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Miles and Tim were great, and Miles’s wife Sara really went the extra mile (no pun intended) to help me out with a much needed cup of coffee. Great people, excellent storage unit, very cool temperature wise, clean, and easy to access. 5 stars all around. PS - Give Will a raise and more time off before you lose that gem due to burnout.

Staff went above and beyond, in partnership Sara. I was exhausted from lack of sleep the night before, and moving it all in by myself. Sara made me coffee and brought it to me in a cheerful Christmas cup, and even went back and forth again for sweetener and a spoon. One other gentleman backed my car up to the ramp for me. And a third made sure I knew where the restrooms were in the unit. When I finished, it was time for the eclipse and Sara let me stay and watch it on her computer. Great people, great job. Please give them all a well-deserved raise, especially Sara!

The Uhaul in Greensburg has great staff. I would still be renting there, but the corporate level uhaul started to raise my rent on me every two to three months making it an unaffordable option. I understood a yearly increase of possibly a few dollars, but not an increase of even 5 to 10 dollars every few months. Some of us are on a fixed low income and can't afford continually having rent raised on us every few months. I know this was not a local matter, but something that was done at the corporate level. You guys at corporate though tried to make it look like local was raising the rent by slapping the local manager's name and address on every rent increase. I have nothing but respect for William and his staff, but you guys at corporate are dealing him a dirty hand making people think it is him doing the increases. I'm not even mad. I just think you guys at the corporate level are very greedy. That is my opinion. You can't squeeze blood out of a turnip.

The beginning of this whole adventure was a nightmare. I didn’t know, until the second time I packed up my car and headed to the storage facility to secure my locker that I had to first go to the UHaul truck rental store five miles down the road. Once someone told me that I have to go there to do the paperwork before I could gain access to my locker, everything started to make sense. Even better… while I was at the truck rental store, the attendant realized that she had a locker at that location that I could rent. This facility is way closer to my house so this was fantastic! The only thing that kind of stinks is that my locker is on the second floor and there is no elevator to my knowledge. We carried things up the flight of stairs. Everything was clean and the climate control is nice to have.

I am not happy that I could not receive my refund on the day that I canceled my storage space! I was told that I have to talk with a manager. I paid in cash every month. I expect cash in return! Additionally, the phone system is the pits. Trying to get through to an actual person is time con!

We planned on renting a climate controlled unit from you, but we could not do so as your facility has no elevator. The items we needed to store were large and heavy and could not be taken up the stairs. For the price of your units, I would have expected an elevator. Also, the lack of elevator needs to be listed on your website. I would have rented elsewhere had I known there was no elevator. As a result, I am now on a waiting list for a unit elsewhere while our things sit in our garage.

Considering the computer system was down on Saturday I couldn’t setup right away (I work in Information Technology and fully understand) with the help of William Boske was able to move my items into a storage locker and finalize on Sunday, I live in Philadelphia and couldn’t wait. The staff was awesome and very helpful.

Facility was extremely clean and seemed very secure. I felt very comfortable using this storage space over the past several years. Only downside to the whole experience was that the final month rent is not prorated based on when I closed my account, and I received no credit. Seems a bit unfair.

I was very disappointed that the 10X10 storage space that I reserved by phone was not available when I came in to finalize the arrangements. My oldest son (52) passed away suddenly on September 10th from a heart attack. He was an amazing tattoo artist (Spanky’s Tattoos) and as administrator of his estate, I am responsible for protecting and preserving his art work. I requested a climate controlled area to facilitate this task. Instead, I am in the basement which I was told is heated. Is that the same as”climate controlled)? I am rather disappointed to say the least!

Your staff was great and listened to my complaints about the original pickup in Sharon, Pa UHaul location. I’ve tried to write a written complaint and request money back due to an obnoxious stench and filthy muddy truck that had been smoked in!! Additionally, the truck should have NEVER been allowed to be operated by anyone! I have an incurable lung disease along w/asthma and a severely compromised immune system. That being said, I was the ONLY person able to drive your truck. I requested another truck from the Sharon location and at first, it was due to the horrendous smell and filth inside the truck. The man said it was fine and I wouldn’t be charged for it being dirty but I explained I was gagging after seconds of opening the door! He said to air it out and leave windows down. He claimed he couldn’t release any other trucks and that’s all I could use. Again, all of my complaints are directed to the Sharon, Pa location ONLY! The employees in Greensburg Pa were kind and helpful!

It took over an hour to check inbecause of off site issues. All parties were professional as issues were resolved. I did mention there was a dead bird in front of the bay door that never was removed.
