I dont appreciate being told I didnt select this store as my preferred store even though I appeared in person to make the reservation. When I went to pick up the trailer, I received a text message telling me I needed to go to another location over 50 miles away to pick up the trailer. They eventualy were able to give me a trailer in greensburg, but it took me over an hour to work it out

The first employee was rude from the onset after I told him I went over the allotted miles and needed to know what the additional charge would be for the overage. With his attitude, he took his time to rearrange his desk before going out to the unit with me, then proceeded to sit in the truck, close the door and window to "process" the return on his personal cell phone. When he opened the door, I asked how many extra miles was being charged - and he refused to not only tell me, but then explicitly told me to pull out my calculator and do the math myself! I had already done the math based off what my allotment was (45 miles) and was ensuring confirmation that I was being charged appropriately due to his suspicious behavior and horrible attitude. He continued to refuse to tell me the additional miles, stating first that the extra charge would be approx $5 extra but then asking me to authorize a charge of $150! When I asked for explanation, he again gave me attitude and again refused to answer the question. He even mentioned that I needed to "back the fuck off before he loses his job." He then transferred me to the other agent working, proceeding to tell him that this "fucking faggot" was being rude, and then falsely stated that I called him the N-word, something I did not utter. The second agent then proceed to tell me that if I did not move past the issues with the first agent, then he will leave and I will not be processed in person - which is poor business at that, especially when he refused to give me the name of his coworker who had now verbally accosted and sexually harassed me as a customer. This second agent again refused to tell me how many miles over the allotment I went, however noted that it was "only $4.95". When I asked him why the first agent gave me that number but then proceeded to next tell me the charge was $150 something, this second agent retorted that he had charged my card regardless of what I was asking or wanted to know and that it was done! When he asked if I needed a receipt, he refused to allow me back inside the building - which I would not permit as I am entitle to a receipt to verify the amount charged. I was then shoved out of the building by this second agent - thankfully with my receipt in hand. However, the "4.95" charge was not the actual amount charged but and amount for $155! Exactly what I had been trying to explain and alleviate from the beginning as, per company policy with one-way rentals, the order must be repaid -and had not only been prepaid, but cleared my bank account! The matter is now in the hands of the regional manager via UHaul customer service, but I would avoid this place like the plague unless you with to be verbally accosted, sexually harassed, questions not answered, and more.

My reservation was for a pick up at Dreistadts in Jeannette. I wasn't aware of a change to pick up in Greensburg until I arrived in Jeannette Poor communication

The attendant when I picked up was very good, fast, competent. The attendant when I dropped off, less so. Over all a good experience. I thought charging a per mile and having to provide my own gas a little excessive, but I don't rent this type of thing often.

My first experience was with Munro Ville I called them first or the closest. Unfortunately they were not able to help me and was very nice about it to look up a place that could They gave me to the Greensburg Uhaul I called out there talk to a nice lady she took my reservation. And when I picked up to Uhaul trailer A real nice man helped me with a great attitude upbeat made me feel like I was important and only focusing on my needs at the moment he was able to get my paperwork and I was able to get out there quickly thumbs up to that gentleman I would gladly drive an extra 20 miles to do business with the professionalism I received from the folks in Greensburg Yours truly Brian Henning

There was 2 older guys working on the Friday i picked up the truck, neither of them was big on personal hygiene. Now if i am saying that then it was bad, cause i never judge people on there appearance.. Then i was given my truck, now i do not know if it is just my luck or what happens BUT every time i am in a U-Haul it is always the oldest one on the lot.. The new one must just be for show or something cause i never get it.. Then the dolly i rented, it was the appliance dolly, it needs to be retired, the wheels are falling a part, the black plastic on the sides cut our hands when we tried to use it!!! Seriously!!! We went and bought our own dolly and never used the one we rented... It was that BAD.. Honestly i would never use that store again... It was a horrible experience.

My pick up location was changed, and no one told me. I ended up an hour late to my destination. Also told there was over 3/4 tank of gas. Realized a mile up the road it was at 1/2. Already too late, I couldn't go back. So for the very few miles we had the truck (65 miles) I had to spend double replacing gas that wasn't in it when I picked it up!

A competitor informed me at 4pm the day before my move that they had no truck available, even though I made my reservation 12 days prior. The Greensburg U-Haul location was able to rent me a truck at the last minute and saved the day. The truck and facility were immaculate, the gentleman who did my paperwork was very polite and professional. Couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend for your moving needs.

Mr. Joe Morgan was one of the nicest and most personable people I have ever met and I have been in sales for about 40 years. His attitude was incredible and he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. I saw him interact with some other customer as well in the same manner. My compliments to Joe! We needed a small box truck not the bigger one and the lady was unhelpful n a little rude about what they have is what the have and we put to much gas into the truck when we returned it
