It would have been nice as this was my first experience driving a U-haul truck, to have had someone go over the truck with me and point out any important operating and safety details. Instead I was told the truck was parked out front and I was left on my own. Thanks U-haul.

I reserved and was confirmed for a 20’btruck. When I got there a 15’ truck was available for me. Therefore I had to make two trips instead of one which in turn costed me more money for miles and gas. If you are going to confirm that a certain item will be available, you should make sure that is what is there.

The rented car dolly was falling apart. One fender had a hole in it and one taillight was held in place with a piece of wire. We had to push the light back into its location and adjust the wire to keep it in place.

The battery died on the uhaul. I called customer service and kept getting disconnected. I had to call my wife so I could jump the uhaul. When I returned the Uhaul I informed this to the attendant. I explained to him I could not get through to customer service and if there was some compensation I could get. In front of three other customers the employee told me no, we have no control over batteries dying. He then proceeded to tell me you could have at least cleaned the truck before returning it. I was embarrassed of the employee spoke to me in front of other people and furthermore of how this employee handled the situation. I hope this issue can be resolved by some compensation to us or I will not do business with Uhaul again. Ryan Ravis 724-454-5153

I begged and pleaded with my husband not to use Uhaul. But he fell for the add. So stupid. The 29.99 truck cost us 130.00 It is a joke and a rip off.

I was criticized by an employer regarding cab cleanliness. It was an inclement weather day, no floor mats were included in truck, so difficult to clean floor. I did try to clean out some mud, but difficult. Also, I returned vehicle back 16 hours earlier, fully washed outside, with full tank of gas. Employee scolded me for interior and told me it will need fully detailed inside and could not be used for a day. I offered to continue to clean cab to his satisfaction, but he denied this. Truck was still being rented by me til 7a next morning, but wouldn’t release keys back to me. Companies only have one chance to lose a customer. Congrats! You did it!

The wait was horrible cuz there was a huge line. I did self check in but wasn’t aware and didn’t know all I had to do next was jump the line and show that and get the keys and leave. So we waited in line forever. And had a couple jump line didn’t even have a reservation but the employees didn’t even say anything to them about jumping and waited on them next. I think ppl who do self check in should be told or let known even if there is a line just walk up to the counter and get your keys u don’t need to wait in line. Cause then we wasted about a hr waiting

The customer service I received from John was Immaculate. He was extremely friendly, thorough, and efficient. As stressful as moving can be, John made this part effortless.
