Staff were very helpful! This site is currently under construction and the only access was via a garage door with a broken vehicle sensor. All pedestrian access is boarded over with plywood. Besides being a concern in an emergency or during a power outage, it was inconvenient to have to go into the office and request it be opened every visit.

When booking the unit the staff were super friendly and helpful. I had never dealt with storage before so I was apprehensive at first but Jen made my experience absolutely everything I could ever ask for. The facility has an easy private indoor drop off. Units were easy to find and everything was nice and clean.

Quite a flawless transaction. The only thing I had problem with was your website...Trying to look at my reservation a couple weeks after I made it was near impossible I thought the vehicle I rented had the ramp like the larger ones I've rented in the past which was a little disappointing.because it was a wet day and getting up and down on truck was a bit tricky. Other than it was very good value and experience! Thank you!

When someone calls for information they should be given all information including you need to have a particular lock and your first month free is if you rent a unit for moving with them there was some information that was not mentioned when I called for information you day did honour part but I did have to buy a particular lock that they sell

20 foot cargo truck leaked during rain and some boxes got wet, hence items inside became wet, uncertain of damage. Change oil light on all the time.

I was asked three times if I wanted safe move, I said no three times, I look at my invoice and I've been charged for safe move, by the time I noticed it was to late, When I returned the truck I was told to go inside and complete check out, I waited 15 minutes before a member of staff came in to see me, nobody around... I'm utterly disappointed, a stressful day was made even more stressful, we had our time put back an hour as well, even though they called to see if that was okay, I had no choice but to say yes, we had to move our fathers belongings before a certain time, as he had passed away... Awful just awful... will not recommend....

I pre-register for your service online uploaded all of the documents and I selected a location based on vehicle availability. The day prior to me picking up the vehicle I was switched to a different location who called me and told me they didn't have a vehicle available for my time at that location which makes no sense. They finally figured out that they were going to have the vehicle at the new location and they change the time on me arbitrarily. Then after I filled in all of the documentation online to make life easier, I arrived at the location and when I try to login it told me I was at the wrong location yet I was sitting outside the door nothing worked which is totally ridiculous if you're going to use an automated system

Better trained staff. I booked online, truck was not ready when I got there. When it finally was "ready" it was jammed between two other trucks so I could move it. Then a staff member moved a truck so I could move mine, and the battery was dead and it wouldn't start. So they offered me a new truck and a new text message for inspection, I waited 16 mins and the text never came. I go back in and she said "sorry just take phones we can't text you"; I never would have known of I didn't go back in. Truck was fine. Experience was terrible.

I signed up on the web site and used my login to reserve the trailer. Tried to used to prepickup forms to make it easier and system would.not let me complete forms. Drivers license expiry date did not allow.me to input any date after 2020. So still had to go in to fill out paperwork.

The equipment was not appropriate.. and so unusable. The 6x12 with ramp trailer is not Usable for transporting 6x12 objects because the ramp is too narrow. The auto carrier is too big. The 6x12 no ramp is not available because you have too few in stock.... very disappointing

My couch got ruined by something leaking from the roof of your building. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the renovations that are being done to the building. I was told someone would be contacting me about getting it cleaned. After no call back I've tried contacting you several times. After being on hold for awhile my calls get transferred to a call center in the U.S. somewhere, where nobody can do anything but send you a message on my behalf. I'm still awaiting a reply of some sort. Nobody has gotten back to me and it has now been 3 weeks. I was assured that someone would take care of it. Turns out that was a lie. I would never use your storage facility again. You advertise clean, dry units. The black stains all over my now ruined couch say otherwise. I have pictures I can send if you'd like to see.

The only real issue I had with the facility were the limited hours of access. I realize it's a relatively new facility and perhaps a proper security system isn't yet in place, but large signs are posted on the premises advertising 24/7 access and I was very disappointed to discover that in fact the access hours for storage units were identical to the office hours, far too limited for my needs. I hope that issue is rectified soon, because there are other facilities nearby that have no restrictions on hours of access, and, for me at least, that's a strong argument for going with them.

Service is excellent and the location in Bayer's Lake is incredible. Maybe a bit understaffed. When I picked up the trailer it was over 30 minute wait. I come for a car hauler about once or twice a year and there are always over a dozen of them so no advanced booking required.

Process is slow. I rented a truck less than a week prior and it still took just as long to get processed. I even completed reservation on line and provided credit card. Props however go to the individual who processed things when I returned with the truck. Both times he was very efficient and had me processed and on my way in minutes.

Rented a trailer. There was quite a bit of small concrete pieces in the bed. It could have been easily swept/vacuumed. Not a big deal for me as I was hauling rough lumber.

Seems like a waste of time to do everything on the phone and than do exact same thing in store. I completed on line registration and than answered same questions when I got to store. I already had supplied credit card and pic of license online. Took almost 20 minutes at counter waste of time.

The location was fantastic, staff was beyond professional and friendly. My experience with getting my truck was beyond difficult. After many calls to correct errors in bookings made by staff we arrived to simply pick up our truck. Not simple at all. After many many selfies and pictures being sent to verify it was us picking up the truck And standing in the rain we were advised it can only be done in person. We come to find out It was because the selfie with the license in hand I had a smile on my face. It delayed our move by 14 hours where we had no time to play with. Can't say i will Go with uhaul again after this experience.

Have the trucks full of fuel. Too hard to judge what half a tank is. Much easier just to always keep them full. Had to waste time going back to a garage to put in $10 because the needle was juts below half a tank. Not great customer service experience.

Jen, the manager is fantastic, as were your other staff I dealt with, although their hands are tied because they can’t say anything when people get upset about you ripping them off. They have to bear the brunt of it in silence. You put them in a very awkward position because of your greed. You have fantastic customer service, you just cheat on measurements. If you want good ratings, change the cheating The shame of it is you put them in an embarrassing position. Change your paperwork to reflect the ACTUAL USABLE FEET. 9x9 My feelings are you cheat people about the measurements - I supposedly have and pay for a 10x10 space, when in actual fact that is NOT ACCURATE. My actual USABLE space is 9x 9ish. You cannot store anything in the ripple of the corrugated metal, nor can you store anything from where the slide door comes down to the middle edge of the step. I was told the measurement is from the inside ripple to the outside of the step. Try being honest and charge people for ACTUAL STORAGE SPACE!!! If asked, I would definitely tell people how you cheat people. I moved over from Metro self storage, based on Jen’s help and great customer service - she sold me. I actually measured and they cheat people as well??? What the h*ll is with you people. Just change your signage to reflect the TRUTH instead of ripping people off.

I recently left an abusive relationship and the staff were very accommodating. Glad there was a truck short notice when I needed it. Jen is a very friendly and accommodating manager. I highly recommend this location. Thank you to all the staff that has helped me during the last week. Very much appreciated. Love the fact that first month storage is free...moving is expensive so this truly helps.
