RUSSELL Q | First ImpressionsI found the security lacking. Though they gave me a swipe card, I could pull my car in and walk directly to my unit upstairs without even encountering a closed door. It appeared that the only security was the lock on the unit. I have to say the staff were magnificent and helped me very much any time I had a question. I was just very surprised to the fact that anyone could waltz in and go straight up to a unit??!!!
