steve h | First ImpressionsIt was all great but there is something very creepy about all the ominous warnings that management has posted in the elevator. Why are those necessary? I have used lots of storage facilities where that kind of scolding and warning doesn’t seem to need to be the way that customers are treated. It leaves a bad feeling. Is it really necessary? The staff were great though and everything worked well so overall it was a good experience.

When we called your phone number people were much friendlier. I tried to cancel my unit on the weekend, the 16th Not able to leave a message. Couldn't find out how in the app On the 15th my husband went to the store at 11 am. When we met the movers. Couldn't wait any longer too many people he didn't get to cancel it then. MARK D | Overall ExperienceBecause I put a hold online I wasn’t able to get insurance. I have to go back tomorrow. The code they gave me wouldn’t work. They said it was because of the power outage. The power was working and so was the employees code. I waited outside for ten minutes in the cold. I complained to head office then all of a sudden he came out and it worked. The paperwork I was given the worker kept, and he set off an alarm. She got me to sign the agreement before giving me the agreement to read. Hidden costs happened. Will not return.
