LORENZO LGas guage did not work properly. I had to put in over 13 gallons for a 21 mile rental. Also, it was raining, and there was a leak in the front top of the truck. No serious damage was done, and I reported the leak to the check in attendant.
STEVEN LHorrible experience returning the truck. The store was closed early so i could not check in the truck with an associate. I was charged additional fees that could have been avoided had the store been open to its posted time. Worst customer service when speaking with Uhaul customer service and the manager next day. Nothing but excuses. I would not recommend this location.

My wife expressed she was upset cause the items in her unit arw for her business and the staff was rude about it and now has put the lock on it and told her unless she signs the stricter acces agreement she will not be allowed to to have access to her belongings .

They had everything I needed, and made sure my trailer was clean and functioning perfectly before I left. I would recommend booking your equipment pick-up here, even if it's a bit further than another location. You'll be well taken care of, and leave happy.

DEBERA MLoved this location and staff always kind and do their best. The only thing I wish that could be improved on is the sliding doors. The first door is slow to open, the first and second doors seem narrow. You can’t really have anything hang off the sides of the carts and it fit through comfortably. Plus if you’re struggling with a cart or visuals the narrow doors can slow you down trying to get in and out. This can cause someone to make more trips based on the size of what they are unloading. Or accidentally hit the doors. Just my opinion.

ralph p | First ImpressionsI would give 4-5 stars but 1 and half months into move in, I get a call from the main office saying “you’re in the wrong storage unit.” They tried to say that I was stealing since the alarm on the unit kept going off when I swiped my card to gain access and open the door via my personal lock. I ensured I could name everything inside of my unit. Overall, the building is safe and secure.

I had asked for help moving 2 pieces of furniture out of my unit (head board and foot board) they weren't extremely heavy however my shoulder was in a sling at the time and that all that was left in my unit. At that time of day noone could help bc they were short staffed and extremely busy but I was told they would get it taken care of. Well maybe they forgot bc of being so busy or something but when I tried to finalize and close my account online I was responded with I left items in the unit and they couldnt close it out.. I was told there would be a cleaning fee of 50.00 which sure whatever I tried to remove everything and was told they'd take care of it then receive these calls and emails. And instead of the cleaning fee I additionally received a late fee of the unit and was charged for a full month. That has now went on and on like I didn't try to take care of the problem in the beginning. Ridiculous. No I will not recommend them to anyone for the sheer fact I've been charged and harassed over the phone, emails, text messages when I literally was told by employees they would help take care of 2 not heavy but awkward pieces of furniture being removed and due to whatever reason they forgot or something and this is the end result.

And he looks forward to dealing with her in the future. If I have another need for storage in the future I will also come back there, especially if she is still there. You don't find help like that, so I suggest uhaul make it worth it for her, because she definitely deserves it. Goes above and beyond 100% of the time! Wish I knew her name. margaret b | First ImpressionsDuring checkout of closing the storage unit, we were immediately assisted by a worker. The woman was around 5-7/5-8 tall with brown hair and skinny. She said that she would be right back that she has to go look and inspect the unit we had. The worker walked next to the entrance of the door and just talked to another co worker which seemed to be casual friendship talking and nothing do due with uhaul. She continued talking for 25-30 minutes with myself and my pregnant fiancé standing there when she was supposed to be check out our storage unit so we can close our account. The other associate noticed we were stopped being helped by this associate, the other associate was female with dark black hair and glasses. She was far beyond superior and apologized about the other employee. This other associate ran to check out our unit to close our account and within 3-4 minutes finished our transaction. I just feel like the first employee did not care about customer satisfaction or her job to help in customer service. We were at the Maynardville pike store in halls at 06/02/2023 at approximately 1230-1300.
