At 71 years of age U haul has been there for me through out every move amd storage need. Absolutely love the workers who I can hire and they do the heavy stuff and help with the move in and out I cannot do it at my age. Thank for all your help and the greetings and smiles.

I really dislike that they do not prorate their rental fees and having to pay a full month with less than one week remaining in February. That's not a negative for this location, but with this company policy as a whole. Again, the employees were both professional and friendly during this visit. After getting set up, they explained everything I needed to do to get in and out and access my unit. Despite their instructions,there was a problem with the automatic doors to access the loading area. It appeared to be a mechanical issue because I could hear the doors trying to move but they didn't. Neither the garage nor the automatic double doors would open even though I scanned my card several times. I pressed the intercom button a few times to see if I could get some help with getting the doors to open, but there was no answer. This was around 9:30 am (not after hours). I was able to unlock and access the "after hours" door so, with difficulty, I used that. The building and hallways were clean and there were several carts available. My unit itself was also clean. There is a rodent bait trap inside the unit. I have never rented a storage unit before, so maybe that is normal to see? It's really hard to give a totally informed review considering that I have never used a storage facility before. I have no complaints about my interactions with the staff. Just had the issue with the doors not opening and the intercom not working. I hope these will be resolved whenever I bring another load to my unit.
