Bahja B. | First ImpressionsThe manager and few of her office employees were the rudest UHUAL employees I have ever dealt with. After our interactions she all of a sudden had a unit (after I had been told there were a few) it was the furthest unit you could have. I was on my own to unload a uhual truck after a long drive from Michigan and she thought it would be appropriate to put me at the very back wall! I noticed some way closer and she said customers get to pick their units and that was for someone else that day. (I was there all day no one came to claim that unit) Anyways m, at this moment I can’t refer all the things this message said but I would never go there or recommend to anyone! Oh and they never had a key pad you could order much walk in. The doors to enter the building open but barely wide enough for a pull dolly to fit through with jumps at the door so all your things fall off!!! Worst facility I have ever been in!
