I traveled 13 mile and had to put 18.00 in Gas because the staff did not put the correct fuel on the contract. Never had this problem before

Employees were great. Vehicle was new and easy to drive. Service was fast and easy. The only thing I noticed that could be improved was the counter area was blocked by lots of boxes and was awkward to get to. But that is minor and would not stop me from going there again.

Not only do they not honor their reservations, they don't even tell you you don't have a truck until the morning of your move. This ruined my moving plans. I called and an agent apologized and said my receipt would have a $50 credit to make up for the trouble, but that also didn't happen. I've used Uhaul MANY times in the past and this was by far the worst experience. To top it all off, when I went to the location to pick up at the new time they gave me, the truck was STILL not available. But it turned out they had a truck ready the whole time but simply hadn't put into the system. Very very poor organization from a normally great company.

Rented a ten footer for in town. Van had 82K+ miles and sure drove like it, Visor torn off, cab not clean, paperwork from two previous rentals still in cab, engine light on, back of van not cleaned. Did the job but could/should have been better .

The initial contact to make the reservations was great but the reps should tell customers that if the key is lost or in my case accidentally left in the rental where the doors locked your out of luck. I had to call a locksmith and paid $129.00 to get the van door open. When I explained to the rep that they should tell people that there’s only one key so keep it safe or you will be responsible for towing or unlocking it he looked at me like I was crazy.

Mat was excellent. The manager was rude, he made us feel the need to take our business elsewhere. I appreciate mat and the way he assisted us and he was attentive to the full need of the customer. He deserves a raise.

Tried the mobile rent process for first time and it was a great experience. All car rentals should be like this, without salespeople in between renter and the truck. Easy pick up and returns.

Too many questions in order to rent a dolly. In many cases, these questions could be much more general. But that is a corporate problem the facility is always great

When we arrived at our destination we waited for an hour and a half while the workers tried to get the car off the tow dolly. They ended up having to cut the straps off to get the car off the dolly. There were knots that were wrapped around and through the ratchet from when the person who helped secure the car in Hamden.

When reserving by phone I was told the storage units are prorated, I found out at checkout they’re not. But, the process to reserve online & follow-thru to get keys was easy + the workers are kind.

I had trouble with the doors to the building not being unlocked at opening (7am)& it took a while to get assistance. This is tough when the only time I could go is 7-7:30 to get to work on time for 8.

The rooms have no lighting, narrow halls, low beams, small doors, no air conditioning or climate control. Stairs and no elevators, completely inconvenient. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.
