Provide better customer service. When the initial contract was generated the rep was friendly and engaging, no issue then. Upon return of the trailer the rep was horrible at customer service wanted me to park the t trailer for him didn't ask if I wanted to leave the charge on my card or pay cash. Threw my receipt on the counter. There was another guy there when I asked if my charge could be removed to pay cash I was told I should've stayed outside and waited. To the worker that was there at 7am on Monday that passed me 4 times on the lot and never asked me if I needed any service, maybe headphones should not be worn with explicit lyrics and reciting those lyrics while conducting business. Also did not appreciate the mix up in names that would have resulted in higher milage used. His attitude and initiative to be there to service is piss poor. Upon entering one of the employees was on speaker phone with a guest trying to extend a rental. Rather than explaining the process and associated fees the employee told the customer a price and then immediately charged said customer. When the customer said they wanted an explanation of the fee which was higher than they anticipated, the employee said sorry your card was already charged and then hung up on the customer. Incredibly rude customer service and it immediately left me uncomfortable doing business with the Hazelwood U-Haul team. Following that interaction, I recieved my vehicle. The vehicle looked as if it hasn't been properly maintained in some time, damage to the pain schemes, rear wheel well on the driver side as well of a loose gas cap immediately caused me more concern about the reputation of the site. While the vehicle ran fine and handled its task, I will not be returning to this uhaul location in the future and encourage the company to re-look at its customer service methods and vehicle maintenance protocols.Joshua S.

There's nothing that I haven't said that wasn't said before. I rented a until there. Then became an employee. The GM Anthony covered for all of the employees lazyness. GM had a medical emergency and didn't leave instructions with a responsible adult. I basically am one of many people who found it a waste of time working in a hostile work environment at that location. I'm the only one that is brave enough to let you know. I moved out after I was jumped on by the group led by Eerica. Instigated by Anthony. That's been months ago. If Eerica Mann (the gold tooth lady with the cigar hanging out her mouth who walks on the back of her shoes), Anthony Chiello or anyone from that location calls me or anyone that I've removed from ALL list there, an attorney will contact uhaul to represent me further. I had my storage for a little over a year. Originally, it was all good. One particular time I was late but ended up paying. Went to my storage and it was still locked. I called and they fixed it immediately. My main concern was the roaches that came later in the year. It was the lack of cleaning the area that I didn’t like. I was in a storage inside of a building. Really thought it would be secured from all things. Most definitely thought me purchasing insurance would benefit in a way and it didn’t. Insurance is a complete waste. The greatest thing I did was get my belongings out. Although I trashed most of it due to roaches. I moved out on my payment date which was 12/28/21 not 1/2/2022.
