The agent smell like alcohol Saturday. Act like he had a attitude that i came in to rent a u haul. He didnt go over the rental. He didnt look at the gas inside the car. I brought it back Sunday the same drunk agent waited on me again. He charge me for two days. I had put the gas at the same spot we got it. He wanted to charge me $30 more dollars. I ask for a manager. He said no manager work on weekend and he is left in charge. My card was charge an extra $29.75. Im am really upset. I alway rent from uhaual. But after this no more.

Would like to see more than one customer service person on site. When you only have one person waiting on customers wait time is almost fifteen minutes or more.

Customer service needs major improvement. Was on hold for about 15 minutes. Finally got ahold of someone just to be put back on hold. Tried to state that it was an emergency and the brake light warning was flashing and beeping but associate rudely cut me off and put me back on hold. Manager never returned my call either. Luckily road side assistance was a great help unlike the store associate. That could have been a dangerous situation.

The truck would shift from drive to first when slowing down on the interstate. The facility was well maintained and ran though im sure the problem had just not been pointed out yet and i had rented it just as they were closing or im sure it would have been replaced

My first reserved location was 7111 N Hanley Rd. and this location was closed but I was still allowed to reserve a truck online. The staff at Dunn rd location was very understanding of my frustration and assisted me greatly.

We reserved online a 27’truckat Dunn Rd location for sled pick up before store hours. The pick up was not planned well as the store manager did not assign a truck to us and so the online check in/ pick up gave errors. We had to talk to customer service and other locations three times and leave messages for the manager with no luck. Everyone told us we had to talk to the manager of the location who was not available. All of the truck Keyes were unlocked in boxes and we were able to figure out which keys went with a 27’truck after about an hour and a half on our own. I called to have the truck dispatched to us once the store opened. This issue delayed our move by two hours and was very frustrating.

Have the female rep who was sitting down on her phone be more engaging and customer aware. I pulled up with the rental and waited in the truck to no attendant. I got out and indicated that I have a return and she was stone cold and didn’t move. Extremely poor but the other male attendants were cordial

Your representative Anthony was exceptional. I started my rental on the U-haul online check in system. However, it was not working correctly and kept looping at the same stage. Anthony noticed that I was in the lot for some time and he came out and offered to help. He then took over the transaction and had me checked out within a matter of a couple of minutes. His pleasant attitude and professionalism was something that your company shouldbe proud of.
