They called after we dropped off our trailer and said we were not at the right location but we were. They had to “fix” the location even though there was nothing to fix. The entire U-Haul experience was awful. Everyone was rude and things were constantly wrong. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Some staff lacked the proper skills needed for job. The key cards given never worked and you would often have to wait for someone to help you. My unit had a roof leak and damaged my items. NOT HAPPY!

Had to check in via smartphone. Would not work because it said location services were not enabled on my phone, however it was and it would not let me finish checking in. Too much work. Not my job to check the truck in even if it is after hours. Ans im not paying extra if i dont.

It took 4 hours to get my hitch installed and they put a 1 7/8" ball on. I requested a 2" ball and the girl behind the counter pointed to them. i had to change it out myself. Never use them again,

The truck I rented wasn't clean and I had to sweep it out. If you charge customers a service fee for not sweeping out the truck and folding up furniture pads please ensure your personnel perform the cleaning task you charge for.

1st there were dirty socks in the cab of the truck where the truck looked like it had not been cleaned out for awhile. 2nd no one said anything about an after hours charge for dropping off the truck as we have done in the past. When I asked about it, was told it was in the contract and on top of the box. When I looked there is a small little sticker at the top that says contact uhaul.com.

The UHaul clerk greeted me quickly and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about his job and the procedures to get my rental van ready very quickly. Would absolutely recommend this location to friends and acquaintances. Thanks for a very nice experience.

I have done business with this branch of U-Haul for over ten years and Tom Dugan, the manager, has always taken good care of me. I would not consider using any other rental agency.

I had reserved a cargo van. It was ready when I got there. The young lady was polite, & friendly. She explained the terms, & off I went within 10 minutes of arriving.

Hire competent people. Truck had mechanical issues. Though minor the loose mirror could have caused an accident. The steering was mushy and not precise. Oh and lets not forget to clean out the truck right in the parking lot. Trash was laying evrrywhere.

If anything the placement of vehicles for customers to be able to be able to move them off of the lot and the self check in took so long, I ended up having to gi inside to check in anyway. Overall though great customer service!

LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE IN A PROFESSIONAL FASHION. I HAD TO EXTEND THE RENTAL DUE TO UNFORSEEABLECIRCUMSTANCES. I ANSWERED EACH AND EVERY PHONE CALL AND PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY DEBIT CARD IN THE AMOUNT OF $1800+ AND THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN LIEU OF BEING THANKFUL FOR OUR RENTAL PAYMENTS. WOULD RATHER HIRE A WAGON PULLED WITH DONKEYS. WHAT A CLASSLESS OUTFIT.

The "manager" was extremely rude. I did a mobile pick up and my equipment was behind the locked gate upon arrival. Had to go inside and interact as if it were a regular pick up. Aggravated at that, because the mobile pick up was supposed to save time, ended up taking more time. The manager was extremely rude and when I tried to ask about the mobile pick up not being ready and saving money per mile to drop off at another location he had smirk, rude comments and never answered my questions. I rented during the night so my home could be loaded in the evening and unloaded in the morning. Upon getting home, the lights in the trailer of the truck would not stay on. So, we had to load in the dark. Very disappointed to spend what I spent for the rental for the equipment to not fully function and on top of that deal with a rude employee. Upon returning the equipment, the same "manager" were on location. He was just as large of a jerk at return. I tried to explain the light didn't work and he stated nothing he could do about it and then had the nerve to ask if I broke it. I will not be doing business at this location anymore.

Did not like that they tried to cancel my reservation due to rentals not being returned. I was never notified so I show to get truck and they did't have any. They did rectify the situation by giving me an upgraded size so I could complete my move.

Associate did not check my lights after hooking up the trailer - I had to ask. When returning, I went over a bump in the driveway abbr discovered she didn't lock the trailer to my hitch; the Trailer popped off!!!!!!!! Luckily I was on your property and it wasn't on the road with my load. I now have to have my hitch checked for damage. UNACCEPTABLE.

This experience was horrible. I was originally support to rent a uhaul from Smile Mart in Greensboro. I arrive to the location and the gentleman took my money and sent me to the trailer to attack it myself. I informed the representative that I booked with that I did not have a ball on my vehicle and she said I didn’t need one. At the location the gentleman left me outside to figure out how to connect the trailer. He said he was going to get help and never returned. After waiting for 15 minutes I called Uhaul back and spoke to a friendly representative named Teresa. I told her what happened and she said she would transfer my request to another location. She told me she would reimburse me $50 for the inconvenience. I arrived to the next location and my request had not been sent over. I had to call back to the 1800 number and then wait on hold. I was told she told she sent the store the information. Again that was wrong. I waited another 25 mins and finally I was taken to get a truck but they still couldn’t get the paperwork transferred. This process was ridiculous. I blame the first agent I spoke to too and the Smile Mary guy. People should be trained to assist customers.

I was disappointed that the first storage unit closed at 5pm (though when planning the UHaul planner told me the site's hours were 5:30pm. It was concerning when I arrived at 5:10pm to find it closed
