Not relative to this location specifically, but i was called the night before i was to pick up the truck by a representative of Uhaul and told my vehicle was not available at the location i had originally reserved it for the prior Monday. I was told i would be picking up the same sized vehicle at a location off Trinity Ave in High Point (30 minutes out of the way from my current location and even further from the move location) after about a 20 minute conversation with the representative. I even called the number provided and confirmed the reservation Friday night. When i arrived at the Trinity Ave location Saturday morning, i was told i needed to drive another 12 minutes away to the Main St. address to get my truck.


The lady who helped me was amazing. Efficient, polite and very helpful.

Do not go to the 1st location i went to in Winston-Salem. It was the worst experience and very poorly maintained equipment. You will have your money on hold waiting on a refund and have to still pay to go to another location. It was awful at Sav Way 😭 😪


2 agents approached truck as I opened rear and were very snarky about folding the blankets. The blankets came in bags that had leaves folded into the blankets Someone needs to clean them. Was hoping someone cared enough to do so. Over all unhappy with toal experience because of service provided on both ends.

The employee KJ was rude and condescending to myself, other customers as well as his fellow employees. This was my first time ever visiting this location and I will never return. I reserved a truck online. When I arrived 2 other people were there who reserved the SAME truck. Needless to say we were irritated and confused. KJ did nothing to ease the frustration. He was rude and disregarded us all as customers. Told us no one would be getting that truck because SOMEONE ELSE needed it for out of state purposes. He gave me a BIGGER truck then I asked for which was entirely to much space and more gas then I planned to spend on the long trip! He was sure to tell us how irritated he was with the “system” also and how it wasn't his fault. When we went to return the truck, we were advised to just leave the keys in the truck and go because they were too busy to check it out. The young lady advised they had too much going on right then to check me out. As well they did because the entrance was blocked with other Uhauls and trailers. They were just rude, unorganized and down right nasty! I'll wouldn't recommend nor return. I spent ALOT more money then I anticipated as well as was treated terribly.

Picked up the truck and it had none of the items we ordered with it. On the phone we were told we would be discounted since we had to drive back and get them but our final charge included no discount

Clean up the cabin of the truck and I was double billed for the truck, 32.29 on 10/16 and 55.35 plus mileage which is correct but not the 32.29 please credit back ASAP as I am moving and will need to get another truck for the weekend, thank you. Service was great

I've had nothing but the best service here. For my work and sometimes pleasure I rent from this same location. Brianna helped me this time with a trailer and also a propane tank purchase and fill. Brianna has helped me before and I think TC is the gentleman that she works with? These two are simply excellent and even though sometimes they may be outside helping someone when you walk in, just be patient. They are working their tails off here for you! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ All the way!!!!

The area that now have the auto trailers it is to difficult to get in and out of , I almost scratch my trying to get to , a not experienced tow driver cannot do this , Im a regular customer of this location and where was before parked more easier

I feel I was overcharged for gasoline when returning the van that I used for 2 hours and only 13 miles. I disagree with the the amount of gasoline shown- I looked myself when returning the van and since the line had not gone down, I returned the van. There is NO way that I should be charged 20.00+ for gas. I did not use this much. I reached out via email to ask about this and have yet to receive a response. You guys quickly charged my account- but have yet to respond to an email when I questioned the charge.
