Clean up the cabin of the truck and I was double billed for the truck, 32.29 on 10/16 and 55.35 plus mileage which is correct but not the 32.29 please credit back ASAP as I am moving and will need to get another truck for the weekend, thank you. Service was great

I've had nothing but the best service here. For my work and sometimes pleasure I rent from this same location. Brianna helped me this time with a trailer and also a propane tank purchase and fill. Brianna has helped me before and I think TC is the gentleman that she works with? These two are simply excellent and even though sometimes they may be outside helping someone when you walk in, just be patient. They are working their tails off here for you! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ All the way!!!!

A 60.00 charge to my debit card was unauthorized and without my knowledge charged without any type of COMMUNICATION with me by the manager. He denied the fact THAT he did it and REFUSED TO LOOK AT THE RECIEPT I had obtained from Corporate. HE WENT BEHIND MY BACK AND CHARGED MY DEBIT CARD WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT WHILE I WAS STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. NO RECORDS EXIST FOR THAT TRANSACTION BUT I HAVE AUDIO AND VIDEO OF HIM DENYING THAT HE DID IT... I HAVE INDISPUTABLE PROOF FROM MY BANK AND A RECEIPT SHOWING THE TRANSACTION.

My overall experience with U-Haul was TERRIBLE! The unit (1810) had a horrible odor that developed after the first few days. The smell was much like a dead animal or rodent. But my main problem was the LACK OF COMMUNICATION that existed. Even though I paid my bill I received three (3) "Pre-Lien" letters stating stating I had not paid my bill. When I told the manager he stated "those letters are from Corporate, they don't mean anything, just throw them away." This made no sense. Why didn't the manager simply inform corporate my bill was paid?

The area that now have the auto trailers it is to difficult to get in and out of , I almost scratch my trying to get to , a not experienced tow driver cannot do this , Im a regular customer of this location and where was before parked more easier

The back door kept getting stuck when it rolled up and caught my hand when I tried to get it back down so I hope that can be improved upon in the very near future! Very frustrating but otherwise no complaints. Thanks so much!

I feel I was overcharged for gasoline when returning the van that I used for 2 hours and only 13 miles. I disagree with the the amount of gasoline shown- I looked myself when returning the van and since the line had not gone down, I returned the van. There is NO way that I should be charged 20.00+ for gas. I did not use this much. I reached out via email to ask about this and have yet to receive a response. You guys quickly charged my account- but have yet to respond to an email when I questioned the charge.

We rented 17" truck on September 11, 2020 and due to a lot of pending work at my bodyshop I was unable to download the truck when I was supposed to which make me call in several times to extend my rental. I went to the location on Thursday 17 to notify in person that I was going to need an new extension until friday, the lady in the office told she need manager approval them she called the manager whom answer was that he needed the truck that night because other people were wanting to rent it the truck that I'm paying for and because my card was declined due to a payment not being posted at the time, any ways I was welling to pay cash when I went to the office but the lady told me there was not amount showing. At this point they already had charge my card for the amount of $218. On Friday I received a call from someone yelling on my phone about his truck not being returned and we got confuse we were thinking this was a angry customer asking for his vehicle and we told in our my is this someone in drugs or something, but no; I was surprise to learn that that person was the manager of the store were I rented the uhaul truck telling me he was going to call the police and report his truck stolen. What in the world is wrong with this people 😕. He missed with the wrong person and we reported him to the corporate office. Unacceptable way to manage a business, the owner should take a close look at him. The girls were and provided us with an excellent customer service.

Don't take up storage space with blankets and a hand truck that we don't want or need....it used space that we could have utilized. Also, the truck was not well maintained and smelled like smoke in the cab, ashes in the ash tray. Additionally the parking lot was inadequate for the traffic in and out when we returned the truck.

The store was late opening and I was 40 min past my reservation time. The counter associates were nice enough, the other ones were not. I went over my reservation time due to the store opening late and having to wait in line. I had to pay extra for that. I would not use this service again.

This is the first time I've ever received poor service from this location. They lady who "helped" was on her personal cell phone when we arrived, and I'm not sure she ever got off the call. She was rude! She asked if I could back the trailer into a space for about 1.5 parking spaces with no room to actually turn around. After driving 1600 miles I was in no mood to do more than drop the trailer and drive away. I've used UHAUL for more than 40 years, and with the exception of them not having the equipment I ordered back in 2011, this is the first time I've ever encountered poor service. The store manager was nice enough, but the other help was awful.

Personnel didn't even attempt to have a mask on. Not one around their neck, nor did they go get one even after seeing us using one. I also asked what height the hitch needed to be and they said it didn't matter. Terrible experience.

It would have been nice to know a head of time that all trailers do not come with a ramp. I think this should be will all trailers. Add $2 to $5 automatically to cover it.

Only thing I can think of is maybe mark designated spots for late night return. The website says to just park somewhere not blocking any doors or entrances, but I wanted to be sure I was parked in a good spot. Other than that everything was great and a smooth process using the mobile options

Nothing special. Customer service was subpar. No communication on drop off so kind of was running around trying to get help. Not sure if practices change because of covid but used to be where the truck was ready outside door for you and did inspection with associate but this time I had to go to it and remove the window cardboard and inspect myself. Just an average experience.

After returning the truck with the exact amount of fuel as the truck had when I picked it up, I got an additional bill for fuel. I know the amount I returned the truck with was correct because I marked the gage when I picked up the truck. When I requested a refund via the email information I was given, I never heard from anyone or got the refund.

The truck that was designated to me had no gas in it. They told me I could go and get gas. I stated that I did not have the time as I was on a tight schedule moving my mother into a nursing home. They told me I could take the truck that was just brought in. Not cleaned at all. Did not care for the professionalism of this location. Will not rent again.

I was only 2 Miles away from the return location and contacted them multiple times for help but hard luck no luck. I have tried reaching U-Haul Roadside assistance but they were not able help me on 'DEAD Battery'. I have called local help to JUMP START the U-HAUL Truck and paid 80 from my pocket. I'm surprise how can U-HAUL give a faulty truck to a customer without making sure that truck has not issue. I want my money back and had very bad experience with U-HAUL.

Location failed to check in trailer when i returned it, attached to the 26 foot truck I rented. They called and stated I had not turned in the u-haul trailer. I called the corporate number, was promised the manager would take care of this and call me back. at 5 PM on 8/4/20, I had to call this store to get them to FINALLY get my contract closed. The young lady I spoke with was rude and acted as though it was my fault and an inconvenience to her to get this addressed.

My locks were changed without my notice. I had mold on my things after one weekend. There was so much moisture in the unit Rats/mice droppings aplenty were found in my unit. They ate thru some of my things. I saw that rat poison black box was put in my unit. I had to throw things away cause i saw rat droppings on them. Truly disgusting. I was not warned about rats.

Some staff lacked the proper skills needed for job. The key cards given never worked and you would often have to wait for someone to help you. My unit had a roof leak and damaged my items. NOT HAPPY!
