Melody MI made a reservation earlier in the week for a 15’ truck, and a couple of dollys. I got a call the day before my move that none of that was available. This put extra stress on me and my parents as we were counting on that equipment and had I know earlier I would’ve made other arrangements. The manager gave us a $45 discount, but I’m not sure id use uhual again (and we have been customers a long time)

jordan pMy email reservation said my rental was for two days. I got a call the day after I received it saying it was due that day. Representatives were not helpful at all and did not care if my confirmation said two day rental not one. Had to pay extra and made the entire experience more stressful than it was already.

Micheal NThe two employees that were there were very unhelpful when I was trying to rent a truck. They said the one we wanted was unavailable because it was broken down, which is understandable. I then asked what is available because it doesn’t really matter I just needed something bigger than my car. The girl was obviously brand new, possibly her second day on the job, and the other girl couldn’t care to help her. She kept waking off when she would try to ask her a question, knowing they were about to close and needed to get our rental done as soon as they could in order to close. She ended up taking long enough that we only had 10 minutes to closing before getting the answer she needed to continue. Then the more experienced girl said “I’m not even sure it’ll let you rent to them since it’s so close to time to close.” She should’ve taken over for the inexperienced girl if she really wanted to get out that quickly. They weren’t very helpful and both had an attitude. I would definitely not be coming back here if there was another U-Haul in town. The customer service has plummeted tremendously in the past couple of months.

wesley mUnlike the pick up location, this place was actually clean, presentable, professional, answered the phone unlike the pick up location, was professional, articulate and helpful.
Wendy EAfter I checked out from uhaul with my van I went straight to the gas station. Needless to say the wind was blowing hard and my door closed and my keys got locked inside the unit. I called the uhaul store to see if they had a spare key and was told that they didn't have any. You know that's a lie. Bullshit lazyass employees is what it is.

Joe CThe UHaul app does not work often enough to be useful. The location finder seems lost, despite my location being used by other apps without trouble. Overall the app and the app-based check-in and check-out are unusable and frustrating. Due to this reason, I will never use UHaul again because I feel your product is not fit for use or publishing, yet a defective product is pushed on me all the same. This creates a trust issue that I will mitigate by not using UHaul.
Thomas MPrices for a small storage are ridiculous and you guys raise the rent every few months definitely would not use this place again

Craig LMaybe don't say a rental is $20, at this point it's false advertising I paid nearly $80 and only had the truck for an hour and a half. No damage or anything the lady said it had something to do with the gas that we used and the insurance but thing is when I did an online quote I still ended up paying $30 more than I saw I would be charged online. I had to pay in store because your website wouldn't work. I'm low income and literally had no idea I would be charged nearly $100 just to go throw away a sofa. I trusted U-Haul because for years y'all were known for the $20 rentals. I feel scammed.

MILSON GThe agent I rented the trailer from was friendly and went above and beyond when we discovered the left brake light was inoperable. There was not another trailer of that size available, so she replaced the tail light on the spot which resolved the issue. Thanks!
Craig BI made my reservation online for September 25 and tried to get it 2 days early for my delivery because it was coming sooner than expected, so I went by Uhaul and the rep told me I couldn’t do it I hade to come on the day I made the reservations for and that caused my driver to have to wait 45 for me to go inside and get the storage unit. More training for the customer satisfaction. But the manager that registered was very nice and helpful

I knew it was getting close to closing time on a Sunday, I unloaded 3 carts of clothes and the last cart had my hope chest. When I came back down, Nathon and another employee had put the hope chest on the cart and put a blanket over it and actually brought it into the building for me. Please let him know how much I appreciated his kindness and for making me feel like a valued customer. I really needed that extra help. I will highly recommend U-Haul to anyone needing to move. He was told the wrong unit number and after the locksmith cut the lock off the wrong unit the alarm went off and management just shut it off without coming to check why it was going off. After he mistakenly emptied the wrong unit, management contacted the owners of said unit and told them to press charges on my nephew to pass their responsibility onto him. The Manager should be fired because she obviously is lazy and doesn't want to do her Job.

Elijah G | Online Move InTemperature gets to high in the summer, should be between 65 degree Fahrenheit and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. But constantly goes above 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Not happy do to the fact that it above room temperature. It’s critical for my property not to reach certain temperature or it will cause damage. Customer crevice is fast and friendly. Needs maintenance or upgrade on AC units for indoor climate control.
