Reimburse the client for the extra gas left on the vehicle just like you charge for the gas if it is short. Very Disappointed with the way it was handled. Just because of this I will not be returning or referring any customers. However, I will be telling everyone how you took my money!

Returns at the Bank of America parking lot are a little difficult. The hold time on the phone is long (20+ min) to tell the store that you're at the bank. Maybe have return equipment phone calls go straight to a cellphone that the returns employee carries? Or have a person available there?

This location was very busy and there was no order in the line for returns. We again waited for 20 minutes but the agent was kind enough to email me the receipt because I had to leave. My son was late to work because of all the delays.

I was disappointed that U Haul nearly doubled their rates since I last rented in September. Over$2 per mile for a 15 foot truck seems excessive.

The truck had the check engine light on, shifting to reverser had a delay to engage. Truck with jump a lot pass 40 miles an hour. Staff was excellent when I return told them about it and they checked the truck.

Worse experience ever! I've used this location various time and ive always been treated fairly but this will be the last time I ever use this location! I am a female and was told me unhook a auto transport by my self because I arrived to the location at 5:01 pm. I had to also return the hitch the guy working advise me to unhook the auto transport at the Bank of America and then come back to the store to return the hitch . I came back to the store after struggling to unhook the auto transport and I see the guy in his car waving me goodbye. I was so disappointed. And I got charged extra because I wasn't aware I had to check out online. I returned to the store on Tuesday to return the hitch because I was not going to get charged AGAIN and I advised a lady working she was very nice, she told me she was going to give the manger my information to give me a call, today is Thursday and I still have not received a call

As a valued customer that rents U-Hauls for our local nonprofit La Salle Educational Center, Homestead, Fl. The reason we rent U-Haul‘s is to pick up valuable donations that I received from the community to help the families that we serve at the migrant farm worker's camp. We were very disappointed in the service we received and picked up our U-Haul yesterday including it being dirty and the handtruck out of its place. Upon our return the employee was very apologetic but did not offer in anyway they discount or compensation for troubles.

Picked up the van with a TPMS sensor fault. Didn't matter much to me but the optics of renting equipment to your customers with a known malfunction in a sensor that could potentially jeopardize someone's safety is not a good look for company.

Driving across country, you want to secure your stuff in case you have to stop somewhere to rest. Well the hinge for where you would normally install a lock was broken/cut, not allowing you to install a lock. My only complain.

To improve the service .U- haul need to cancel the after hours drop off services . When I pick up the truck at 5.30 pm and return at 9.30 pm and the U-Haul Moving & Storage of Homestead 1050 N Flagler Ave Homestead, FL 33030 close at 8 pm. . I rent the truck for 6 hours is not the client problem that the location close 3 hours after the pick up.. The 20 dollars after hours fee need to be return to me.

When I moved out I asked if there was some place to throw away things. I was told no even though it advertises on the website it does. I left large things I couldn’t take and then asked for it to be disposed of and let me know the amount due. I never got a response back. I moved in July and they just now closed my account.

I utilized a moving company by the name of “KJB MOVING SERVICES” and their movers damaged my bedroom set, showed up 45 mins late causing me to return the uhaul truck late, they refuse to address the situation and stop answering my calls.
