Great service and attitude. My only negative was that I did not want the insurance on a trailer being used locally, which was $56. This may not seem like much, but as a veteran on a fixed income, it is a lot. I never get the insurance when I rent at U-Haul, since I have my own coverage. Somehow, this escaped my attention when I picked it up. Other than that, the equipment worked well, and the staff were very polite and professional.

All employees in the morning appear to have been struggling with the computer system as it was slow and it really affected their performance. Employees were nice and willing to help, but they seemed frustrated and felt limited as to the amount of help they could offer customers. Also, I waited almost one hour to get my rental even when I completed the online check-in the day before. Staff during return were nice and speedy. My guess would be because they didn't need to deal with the computer system.

Due to Hurricane when we picked up truck had less than 1/8 in gas tank and gas stations not opened or lines over 1/2 mile long. So not even enough gas to be able to wait in line. As result, after the Hurricane we had to keep the truck 4 more days as no gas stations were opened in the Florida Keys and there was not enough gas in truck to be able to get back to Homestead rental location. Not sure if any consideration can be granted regarding.

I was not happy with the clerk. Keep talking to the other while taking care of the customer. Talking about thing that could wait later. Truck was very dirty outside as if it was coming from the mountain. Inside was not the best I had to wipe down the seat. And they did have more truck on the lot. Was not happy at all

The front passenger light was missing and we were not informed. An oversight from my end due to the rush of moving out of my home. No biggie it just delayed our plans from working later than we intended too and ended using the vehicle an extra day.

I always use this location for but the office charge me for gas and the gas was put into the truck. I receive the truck the gas was incorrect so I went back in for them to change it. the guy at the desk looked at the gas in the truck changed in on the sale slip and signed it but they charged me for gas anyway. I have never had this problem before with.

Please investigate the supervisor Jeffrey Davis he is rude, confrontational, and by far the worse customer service Representative I've dealt with. He poorly represents your company and it his is rude and unprofessional behavior that has me taking my storage needs elsewhere. I can't believe uhaul would allow such disrespect and lack of assistance to us the customers that are the reason the company keeps its doors open.

The employees that were at the facility when I picked up the truck were amazing, they were helpful and very patient with me. When I drop the truck off the night of the rental I feel they overcharge me for the gas, I wasn't told it was the surcharge for gas. I was told I would pay three dollars and change a gallon. The max that I need to replace in that car was 5 gallons and I got charged almost $70

I don't approve of advertising a daily rate and the customer does not get the entire day he pays for. I paid for saturday, sunday, and Mondday and was charged for a 4th day. I don't see why I pick up the equipment on Sat. at 11 that would give me Sun. at 11 and Mon. at 11 equals 60hrs. I paid for 72 hours and was charged for 96hrs. I feel that is false advertising and it's cheating me out of my rightfully paid for time, as well as overcharging for a time i didn't have the equipment. I realize this may seem like a rant and I Know nothing will come of it, but I do want whoever monitors this review to understand your company, while employing very good and competent people, is not serving the customer and is, in my opinion, short changing them greatly.
