I had reserved an appliance hand truck online. There was no indication that it would not be available. No call the day before to let us know that it would not be available when we picked up the truck. We had to put on more miles on the truck (at our expense) to borrow a hand truck. Over a few years, my family has rented UHAUL vans to move around Oahu. At every encounter with a local woman working up front (Airport location), we have been poorly serviced. It has been an emense disappointment. We would be embarrassed to have an employee like her working with us. She may improve with retraining on customer service. Correcting her bad attitude may not be an easy task. It is not attractive to be sassy. Yet, we are writing in to better this local woman. Regards. The gas gauge never seems to reflect the amount of gas filled in the vehicle. When you start driving, the movement of the gas Gauge changes. There is an infestation of roaches inside your van it's completely disgusting I called road side assistants to get it towed they told me to take pictures of the roaches, who the fuck wants to get up close and personal with the infestation for a photo. Was told tow would cost me money. Had my husband dress in military gear and tape the pant legs shut to prevent them from crawling up leg. I can see how this problem got out of hand. Once you rent YOU are liable for the uhaul. If you don't take a picture it never existed. And if I would've held the uhaul I would've been charged. ROACH INFESTED should get no questions asked no pictures asked come get your van. You may be wondering how did we not see them. It was daylight and inside of van appeared clean. Terrible. I started off the van with 1/4 tank. I drove a total of 18 miles. Upon returning the van, I first filled in $9.00 thinking that'll be more than enough to reach 1/4 tank since I drove only 18 miles. I was wrong. The meter didn't even reach 1/4 tank. I then had to put 12 more dollars in just so I was able to reach 1/4 tank. Ridiculous. The van gets 4 mpg and the person helping me when I returned it didn't understand what I was saying. He told me next time to not go a â€œlittleâ€ over when filling in gas. Absolutely ridiculous! I could've paid $10 more to return a van on empty gas.darren T.

The front counter agent tried to charge me for another day when I already paid for 2 days. Then she couldn't figure out my return adjustment price. I was held up for over 45 min. I ended up being late for my 1st physical therapy appointment. I've been doing my business not location for years but that place has gone down by reading the customer service is so poor. The attendant lied to me, there was a dent on the bumper that clearly was a couple of days old because you could see the rain residue he said my charge was $11 for the milage. On date of pickup, crew members were tardy/missing for over an hour after location open time. Line of four customers took an hour to service due to single employee staffing entire location. On return of vehicle, staff identified damage to the roof/corner of vehicle not seen by me on intake inspection. I couldn't have taken pictures nor could I possibly have seen it due to my height. Vehicle was used on open roads only and not damaged by me, I was forced to pay $317 damage fee. I was told that staff inspect vehicles for damage once they're returned. This is clearly not true, as I had to take pictures and make notes of several scrapes on sides that were not shown in photos. Overall, the vehicle was functionally perfect and was easy to acquire, but the poor service and unreported damage left me feeling frustrated, disappointed, and robbed.Tomas J.

I reserved a pick up truck from this location because it was the only location that showed on the website that it was available. When I went to pick up the truck, I was told it wasn't available and had to get a cargo van instead. I tried to call this location later that day to see if there any pick up trucks were returned, but the phone number goes straight to a general Uhaul support, I couldn't call the store. I drove to the UHaul location only to drive back because they still did not have any pickup trucks available. When there were 5 other pickup trucks parked around this location. The employee told me that I couldn't use those because they were either broken or reserved. Which doesn't make sense because I reserved a pickup truck. This is probably the only time I'll use a UHaul so the experience wasn't bad. I still hada vehicle yo transport my things. It's just unfortunate that I couldn't contact the location directly over the phone like the employee told me I could. And that my intended vehicle type was unavailableDillon P.

It would be nice to inform your guest that 5G does not work at this location due to its proximity to the airport and would need to change the network mode. This would alleviate time for your staff to explain. In refilling Gas for this vehicle, the gauge did not move until the end. Allowing the user to be generous by filling more than what was used. I order a u haul and I broke the key accidentally, I reported it as soon as it happened the lady in the front was giving me attitude as soon as I told her even though I mentioned it was an accident and was asking if she had an extra key. Instead she yelled at me to call u haul and make a new key well they couldn't send anyone out so I had it towed to there shop never again will I ever rent from this location again. I made a reservation online and called customer service to confirm my reservation. When i got to the facility, they had no record of my reservation, except for my credit card. My card was on file, but NOTHING else, so they were prepared to charge me, but I had to repeat the process to reserve for a third time since the first two times were not good enough. The supervisor of the employee helping me was not very helpful and they let her struggle and it took over 30 minutes for me to REDO my reservation. We have clothes in some of the boxes, we can't afford moths in our clothes.
