I order a u haul and I broke the key accidentally, I reported it as soon as it happened the lady in the front was giving me attitude as soon as I told her even though I mentioned it was an accident and was asking if she had an extra key. Instead she yelled at me to call u haul and make a new key well they couldn't send anyone out so I had it towed to there shop never again will I ever rent from this location again. I was already having a bad day and her attitude just made it worse I was willing to pay had no problem with it but she could lose the attitude.Andres A.

The passenger mirror was broke and would not stay in place as I was driving. I was pulling a car trailer and could not see if I could merge or change lanes to the right. It was a safety issue. I reported it to the worker when I returned and he said he knew and already wrote it up but hasn't been fixed. Customer service when picking up was not what I would expect. Very poor. The guy would not explain anything on the bill and walked away after hooking up the trailer. I was waiting around for him after when I asked about the damage i found but he just walked away. I am on the fence if I would recommend if there were other options in our locationTodd T.

I had to drop off after hours because I work a lot. I was told by the nice lady that rented me the van to make sure I used the uhaul.com/share website when I dropped off the van to avoid the $20 service fee. When I went to put the keys in the box the website was offline so I got charged the fee anyway. But the website apologized for the inconvenience so I guess it's ok since Uhaul felt bad about it, right? Not bad enough to not charge the $20 though because they still did.Derrick S.

All around shitty and unprofessional services. The truck I reserved ended up not being the one they gave me keys to or put into the system and the general manager told me that because I didn't verify it on the contract before I left that it's my fault. The mileage was wrong and they overcharged me on the miles knowing they didn't have the correct numbers in there in the first place. I tried to ask for the measly $13 back because that's not my fault they fucked up and the GM hung up on me then ignored my phone calls the remainder of the day. Fuck him and fuck UHAUL. I will NEVER use that location again, the managers need a slap in the face for how they treat their customers.Hailey J.

An Asian Filipino worker with blonde hair in location near hnl airport charged for damages that I wasn't responsible for.. he claims that I should've did the inspection on my app/text message/email. Ixx CD will challenge this as my cousin's card for charged and IWill tell everyone I know to go to a different moving /rental company. NEVER EVER AGAIN.malia T.
I made a reservation online and called customer service to confirm my reservation. When i got to the facility, they had no record of my reservation, except for my credit card. My card was on file, but NOTHING else, so they were prepared to charge me, but I had to repeat the process to reserve for a third time since the first two times were not good enough. The supervisor of the employee helping me was not very helpful and they let her struggle and it took over 30 minutes for me to REDO my reservation. Waste of time and then they forgot my dolly and made the swipe card wrong for the facility. Will not use Uhaul again after my one month of storage is up.Tim F. | First Impressions

I had a horrible experience as I physically went into the field office one week prior to my reservations to ensure my rental and was sorely disappointed. The morning I went into to pick up my rental I was told that the 20' truck I had reserved was inoperable. I did not receive any advance notice or email and would have made other arrangement had I known. I was told that if I wanted a 20' truck like I reserved that I would have to drive 26 miles to pick it up. The place I reserved with is a mile away, not 26. U-Haul guaranteed by reservation and having to go 50 miles out of my way does not suffice. Further more, when I returned the rental, I was told I had a VIP discount which amounted to less than $37. That's barely the cost of the one way extra miles I need to commute because U-Haul's original rental was a no go. This is ridiculous and needs to be properly addressed. At a minimum, I need to be comp 120 miles for this inconvenience, especially since half of the first day of my rental was wasted due to U-Haul's failure to provide the reserved rental as booked. VERY DISAPPOINTED and immediate corrective action is NEEDED!!!kawika F.

Please be more specific about gas usage and filling up upon return. I rented a truck and drove scarcely 17 miles. I was told to return the truck at the same level of gas that was picked up. I picked up the truck at a 1/4 tank and it was at a 1/4 tank upon return. I genuinely did not know I had to put in hardly one gallon of gas. Given the meter was still where it was when I picked up. I was charged $10 for gas upon return. I know for a fact $10 of gas was not even used during the time we had it rented for. Just being a little more specific about gas mileage and how to return when not a lot of gas is used would be great to know next time. This was also my first time renting a uhaul, so if i would have known it needed to be filled up with slightly less than 1 gallon of gas I would have done it myself and saved $5.Angela T.

The gentleman checking me in was not communicating to me. I informed him I didnt have a pic of fuel level to match because it was submitted in the app. I was asking how to see that so maybe I need to put more gas. He just said his cptr will let him know then proceeded to turn on truck and run the truck for a good 5 minutes or more. I expressed the same to the cashier in the store. The cashier in the store said I wasn't charged for gas and then we left. When I got the email receipt, it does show a charge for gas.
