I think communication is the biggest improvement that I can suggest. I rented the truck & was going to return it after hours & was told to return it in the driveway. When I got there the driveway was full & there was no signage or anyone to communicate with to locate another area to park the uhaul. I was told to only park in the driveway because vandalism to trucks were happening often such as, car battery & gasoline theft. There was just enough room to park the uhaul behind the other trucks in the driveway with just alittle of the rear of the uhaul blocking other uhaul that were parked. I double checked that the uhaul was secure and left only to receive an email the next day saying that I was being charged $624 for my uhaul being towed. I feel really lost because this charge has blindsided me and really does not seem legitimate. How can I have known that the way I parked the uhaul was not ok without proper signage or even communication when I first rented the uhaul of proper parking. I wanted to insure that nothing happened to the uhaul & that is why I figured atleast parking in the driveway would be the safest. I also did not have any other options given that the driveway was where I was told to park the uhaul. I don’t think that I should be getting charged $624 for a miscommunication or a lack signage clearly stating where I could have parked the uhaul. This situation has really caused me to think that maybe uhaul is not the best option when moving. Uhaul was one of the first things I thought about when we began our move as I have used Uhaul in the past on previous moves. I will never use or suggest Uhaul to any friends or family and my situation will be an example why. I have no resolution with this matter.

Le t customers know when you bring back vehicle after hours if there's no parking where to park vehicle on the road in the lot so it don't get towed! I parked truck inside and it still got towed Poor customer service I'm going to yelp this place and it's not going to be good

I was disappointed when I paid for the truck rental I was charged a weekly rate for the second week. If I had been aware of this I could have kept the truck for 2 more days instead of the daily rate.

Got there on a Sunday at 8:35 am early for my 9 am reservation. I needed to use the restroom and I saw that the door was ajar to the Uhaul office. I see a gal at the counter thru the window so I walk in to ask to use the restroom. I approach her to ask but begin by greeting her with a cheerful "Good Morning". She snapped back with "We're closed! The door's supposed to be locked! Not a hint of smile or friendliness at all. I tell her I just wanted to ask to use the restroom. She replies "Last door on the left" in a very irritated tone. When I come out my wife asks where the restroom so I tell her, and as my wife walks in the same gal yells out out very rudely "We're closed!" My first impression of this location was not even worthy of one star. We left, and returned 20 minutes later. I was not looking forward to interacting with Ms. Rude. Fortunately there was another gal. She seemed much more friendly and warm as a watched her help the customer in front of me. She went out with her customer to look over his vehicle. When she returned several minutes later she very sincerely apologized for keeping me waiting even though the wait was not that long. She was very knowledgeable explaining everything I needed to know and very patiently answering all my many additional questions in detail, and offering helpful suggestions when asked. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She turned around negative one star experience into a positive 5 star experience. Her name I think is Jamie Fuentes, and she deserves a star if not a hefty raise. Please give Jamie the praise (and raise) she deserves.

The truck was old with 122,000 miles, The steering was loose and wandered going down the highway. When I picked up the truck they said it had a 1/4 tank of fuel. When I got in the truck, it was slightly below the 1/4 mark but I assumed it was close enough. I brought it back with the exact same amount of fuel and they tried to charge me $16.50 for fuel. I ordered 1 dozen pads but noticed when I got home that they charged me for 18. They also tried to charge me for a dolly which I did not order. The seal was missing but I never looked to see if it was there when I started. We did not use it or even ask for it. If you charge by the condition of the seal, it should be check point to acknowledge on the contract before I leave. Advertising a truck for $49 and getting charged $182 sounds dishonest. Your mileage charge is way too high.

The service was good, but not enough counter person, it took almost 45 min because only one counter person at counter, finally the manager stepped in and helped, dropping of was anot her experience, no place to drop of equipment, so trucks got moved to make room
