We reserved online a 15’, that wasn’t available. So was told we had a reservation for a 20’ at a different location. So we had to drive further and was charged more when the sales rep said we would only have to pay for a 15’ and wouldn’t have to pay for the extra miles. Terrible customer service and how all the U-Hauls make it look like they work all together on the same system but said I have to talk to the store that credit from them directly? How is that possible?

I waited for 12 minutes for service with no one in the store or behind the counter. the store was empty of Uhaul reps. the trailer was in good shape.

When picking up the vehicle i was told by the person that closed the contract that the fuel was full. So i signed off on the agreement. Did the vehicle walk around for damages but was not told that i needed to check the milage and fuel. After leaving the parking i noticed that the vehicles fuel was not full. Upon returning the vehicle i brought up the situation with the attendent and was givien abrupt rude explianation that i shouldve checked it before i left. I explained to her that it was not explained to me that i shouldve signed off on the fuel portion of the agreement after i did the walk around. This is a very unfair business practice allowing employees to withhold vital information and then throw it in the customers face when problems arise.

I am not happy at all. First I asked for a dolly to be in the truck. When I got to my location to pick up the truck there was no dolly in the truck. Then after I returned the truck the next day I got charged $75 for a missing dolly that I never had. So I am really upset that I am being charged for something I never received.

The truck that I rented was in need of servicing, it constantly lurched when you were trying to accelerate. I definitely believe it has some transmission issues. I told the representative about it it after I returned it and he said he would have someone look at it.

The guy that helped me was wearing sunglasses the whole time helping I don’t even know how he looks! All I wanted was to pay the difference from the small unit to the next size up he ended up canceling the reservation so my card was charged $89 and I had others fees on my card I didn’t won’t to charge my card again so I walked out very hurt and sad.

Not enough "counter" help. Both on pick up and drop off, the store was empty. After waiting 5-10 mins in both cases I had to go wandering around the facility to find someone.

AC in truck did not work, I really didn’t feel like the employees cared about that inconvenience. They should have offered some sort of compensation for that major inconvenience.

Female Worker that checked the vehicle after I returned the car told me that the gas wasn’t at the correct level. She said it was at the “line” and it was and she was looking at the gauge from at lower angle. She said it was an extra charge and was surprised that I didn’t want to pay for extra charge and told her I’ll go fill it up more. I drove around and didn’t even fill it the gas and it was taken by another attendant that helped me. She was rude.

The self rental is abysmal. There needs to be a way to select the vehicle that is readily available and visible in the lot. Scrolling vehicle by vehicle was a huge waste of time. Also, I took a picture of my entire license and you requested a second picture of my entire license. It was at that point that I gave up and went to the counter and was out of there in five minutes

Very good experience. Don’t like how the filling of tank works. Should always have full tank then it’s easier for the next person to fill it correctly. Otherwise very good experience.

I like the storage location near Home Depot on Alakawa St.! They used to rent out u-Hauls. They now longer have truck rental. Bring it back!
