If I did a on-line reservation. Why I had to wait on line? the process was not up to speed. Recommendation: have front desk personnel ask if any customers waiting on line have an on-line reservation.

when I called to reserve a van I was advised by your agent that I can use the van for 4 hours, however when I went to pickup the van the general manager advised me that I only have 2 hours, he extended the time to 11:30am however since I left the parking lot at close to 9:00am this did not give me enough time to move all of my wife's items and felt really rushed.

The shocked on the truck were in near of replacement. Going over bumps made for a queasiness inducing roller coaster ride. Otherwise the truck ran well and really served the purpose.

We arrived right around 9 am, but then the lines to be helped were quite long and took 20 minutes just to check out. We were on a pretty severe time crunch. I think there should have been more people helping or at least some having a sense of urgency would have helped.

The people at this location are very professional at what they do. Customer service is very good. They take time to go over all the details of renting a vehicle from beginning till end. Would deconstruction rent from this location again. Keep up the great customer service!

Average: Parking was being paved, a hassle to park. Wes, Derek great and also a lady I called to make a reservation for the last vehicle. Got three different vehicles one 10' truck had a padlock another didn't and one had a gauge to estimate fuel used that didn't work.

I'm not sure about recommend some one else. The truck check engine light was on and the truck was running rich and bad. The front end was shaking bad also. And the gas hand is a flowing hand, because I put $10 in gas and that charge me $22 and some for more gas.

Misleading on prices. Online says one thing but then you get nailed with the mileage price once you turn it in. Representative should inform customers their account will be charged twice.

I received my bill via email and I was charged for use of the dolly and moving blankets but I did not use them and the seals were intact when I returned the equipment. I have responded to the bill via email but have not heard anything from the store yet.

office and parking lot under construction. waited 30 mins for service to rent. Truck transmission is in dire need of service. Due to heavy rain I was unable to complete our move and return within the 48 hours I had rented for, I was 3 hours late,, no prorate,, was charged a full day ,, not impressed, will not use your Company in the future

Since you guys bumped my reservation it caused us to be late on our move which then caused us to have a fine in our new building for being late on our elevator times. I tried contacting the manager but no one cares to call me back. Will not use this company again

Need better signage to indicate where to park so that we do not drive into the area used to dispatch vehicles. Also, staff needs to believe customer - I suggested that a sign be put up to indicate EXIT only. Staff person said there is and I said not, so he said he will show me, but when he went to show me, the movable sign was not facing the street (so he apologized but he should have believed me when I first reported it.)

I rented a 14 ft truck and discovered that it was filled with roaches .as I was tying up my furniture on the wood broad attached to the truck , I was extremely hesitating to continue loading it with my furniture I had to go out and buy raid roach spray to contain it . I was surprised that upon reporting it to the staff at haul that I wasn't compensated for the trouble that I had to go through. From a very disappointing customer

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND UPSET AT LOCATION. FIRST THE DAY I PICKED UP VEHICLE WES SIVA JR WAS THE ONE HWMELPING ME BUT!!!!!! THERE WAS ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AS WELL. THAT SEEMED AS IF SHE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING WHICH INTERFERED WITH THE ATTENTION OF MY ORDER AND PAPERWORK. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE WORKING AND THE DISTRACTION OF WES TRYING TO DO THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ORDER AND ANOTHER CUSTOMER AT THE SAME TIME WAS UNSATISFACTORY TO ME IT TOOK FOREVER BECAUSE OF THE DISTRACTION SECONDLY THE DAY I DROPPED VEHICLE OFFICE WAS THE SAME THING LINE WAS LONG A BUNCH OF PEOPLE WAITING AND ONLY ONE!!!!!!! 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING WHILE THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER WENT TO GO PICK UP THEIR KIDS FROM SCHOOL MIND YOU LEAVING THIS EMPLOYEE JERMEY ALONE AT A RUSHED TIME JUST SO THEY COULD DO PERSONAL STUFF ON COMPANY TIME NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S SO BUSY THIRD I MADE SURE THAT I PUT THE GAS BACK TO WHERE IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT I MADE SURE VAN WAS IN CLEAN AND GOOD CONDITION BEFORE DROPPING IT OFF NOW DO TO THE WAIT AT THE TIME OF DROP AND AND HOW BUSY IT WAS WITH ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE WORKING I ASKED JEREMY IF THERE WAS A SELF DROP IN BECAUSE I HAD TO MAKE IT BACK TO MY APPOINTMENT HE SAID SURE JUST LET ME HAVE KEYS AND HE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT AS HE WAS WALKING A CUSTOMER OUT TO INSPECT I HANDED HIM EVERYTHING AND SAID THANK YOU AT THAT TIME I WALKED OUT OF BUILDING AS WELL TO MY FRIENDS CAR WAITING WHEN I NOTICED TWO UHAUL EMPLOYEES AND THE LITTLE SCHOOL KID GETTING OUT OF VEHICLE AND WALKING TOWARDS OTHER PARKING LOT OF BUILDING I ASKED THE SAME GUY (DARREN OR SOMETHING OF THAT NATURE SAME GUY WHO GAVE ME WRONG DIRECTIONS THE DAY I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE) THAT HE SEE MAKES SURE TO NOTE MY ACCESSORIES WHERE IN THE VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF MY DROP OFF I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I NOTICED A GROUP OF PEOPLE OUTSIDE CUSTOMERS THAT WERE OPENING THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE I JUST TURNED IN AND I DID NOT WANT TO BE HELP RESPONSIBLE IF MY ACCESSORY TURNED UP MISSING I ALSO MENTIONED I GAVE EVERYTHING TO JEREMY ALREADY ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES LATER I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND FOUND THAT UHAUL TOOK OUT MORE MONEY I CALLED THAT PARTICULAR UHAUL 2721 KILIHAU, HONOLULU HI I ASKED IF THEY COULD EXPLAIN THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED IDENTIFIED HIMSELF AS MANAGER HE SAID I KNOW WHICH ONE YOU ARE AND I HEARD EVERYTHING YOU TOLD MY EMPLOYEE (WHICH IS A LIE) THEN I ASKED IF HE HEARD WHAT THE OTHER EMPLOYEE AND I HAD SAID INSIDE AND AGAIN ANOTHER LIE BECAUSE HE SAID YES.... I TRIED TO ASK HIM WHY I WAS BEING CHARGED THE AMOUNT THAT WAS STATED AT MY BANK HE BEING THE MANAGER TOLD ME IT WAS BECAUSE OF THE GAS AND SURCHARGE FOR GAS AND ACCESSORY I SAID BS BECAUSE I PUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF GAS IN AS WHEN I GOT IT. HE ASKED ME HOW MUCH AND I TOLD HIM HE SAID NO WAY AT THAT TIME I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH HIS SUPERVISOR I SAID BECAUSE AS A CUSTOMER HE SHOULDN'T BE TREATING ME THE WAY THAT HE WAS AND THAT JUST BECAUSE HE IS THE MANAGER HE SHOULDN'T BE TAKING OFF WITH THE ASSISTANT MG

Best service I've ever received. Thanks Wes. If he doesn't get a raise he may be gone soon. Aloha and thank you! The mileage cost kinda caught me off guard. Penske, Ryder, and United don't have that charge. More service people bc I got there at 830 to pickup at 845 and there was 2 people working with 7 people in line. That needs to change if you care about repeat business. Aloha

Absolutely perfect. Only way could improve is : customers returning trailers get a massage after all the lifting /carrying they did !!
