The staff was very helpful and understanding. It would be nice if the lot were a bit larger, as there is hardly room to enter sometimes, but at other times it is fine. All depends on how many people are there renting equipment. More than two creates a lot of congestion.

Staff was efficient and helpful however the truck rented had leaks in the roof causing puddles of stagnant, dirty water to drip and soak into furniture pieces. Also unsatisfied with storage facility at same location. Furniture and items stored were in excellent condition on date of move in but upon move out had sustained water damage and heavy coats of dust. I had already addressed the issue of dust at a previous interval; major internal cleaning had been scheduled around the time I signed up for a unit and I was never notified, I received a minor, temporary discount for my troubles. Sustaining dust and water damage would be acceptable if I wasn't spending money to store my goods in-doors away from said elements. Customer contact info is mandatory and staff are well aware of storage unit configuration, there is no roof, therefore scheduling a major dusting of interiors should be followed by notification of affected parties OR precautions should be taken to preserve contents OR both. Water damage sustained could not have come from anywhere but overhead and, due to the fact it was raining the day I moved out, I know whatever caused the damage had to have been fixed. This means that after already being informed of their negligence, the company again opted to not inform affected parties of possible concern relating to stored materials or, at the very least, notice of damages sustained. There is no discount that can cover lack of professional courtesy or the minimum respect for the belongings of others, the money I did save from the discount mentioned previously covered less than a 1/3 of the cleaning services necessary to render my furniture usable. If you use a different card to pick up the truck as when you dropped it off that pending charges will take 7 business days to go back to your card! I called customer service the lady that I spoke to was rude! She told me that it hasn’t been 7 business days yet! It was 6 business days and that I should wait and call again the next day!!!!! Poor customer service! Make sure you check your bank statement for pending charges.

THE CARGO VAN I RENTED WAS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES IN THE CARGO AREA & UNDER THE MATS CRAWLING ALL OVER ITEMS IN THE BACK AND FRONT CAB.

Charging per day for the use of a dolly that is in a truck which has already been rented is absurd. Are you going to rent it to someone else? No. It is in the truck. This is a blatant opportunity to gouge the customer for something that should be included in the already outrageous price of renting a truck. Secondly, when a customer drives a truck for less than 30 miles over two days and the check engine light comes on, best to not have employees that ask what the customer did to cause it. Not good service to have the customer accused of braking equipment that is overused and poorly maintained to begin with. Thanks for the truck, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. Aloha.

The service was good however, I've got to say the price I looked up was very misleading. The price for the 15' box van as advertised was $39.95 plus $1.19 per mile. Sounds pretty good, but when it was all done and said, the total came out to be $85.54 for 4 hours rental, plus I had to put $7.00 in for the gas I used. It broke down as $39.95 rental rate, $1.00 Environmental Fee, EZ Fuel Sales $8.93 (not sure what this is for because I put gas in it. $3.45 Rental Tax, and the infamous rental insurance of $14.00. If I did recommend UHaul to someone else I would make sure to tell them about all the "hidden" charges.

There is no customer parking at this location. Staff didn’t allow customers to park in the office parking lot and told us to go find street parking. Some staff were rude and unprofessional, while other staff were nice and helpful. Over all good service.

The truck was old the acceleration pedal was very touchy. Because of it, I almost got into a couple dangerous situations. Please fix it. The acceleration pedal is rather high too.

Questionable after hours drop off. Person there did not look like an employee. No uniform or name tag to identify who he was or if he actually worked there. Was hesitant to leave the truck there so we called manager and took pictures of truck and key dropped

they lost my invoice for over a week and then are now trying to charge me late fees a week later. super lame
