Truck jab severely warped front disc brake rotors which caused excessive front end shake and vibration every brakes were applied. Truck had AZ plates on it in Fl, so I guess the previous renter rode the brakes downhill coming out of AZ /NM and warped them It was evident even at moderate speed and should have been noted just driving around the lot to fill the tank. Truck was not in good maintenance standard when released for our rental. We would have come back and returned / exchanged it butt we were pressed for time. Based Strictly on condition of brakes I would Not recommend this location to others, brakes were a safety issue, I am an experienced OTR driver and could safely handle the defective brakes, but the average driver would not know how to use engine braking and transmission to slow vehicle without applying excessive brake force to minimize the front end shimmy.WILLIAM H.

Cab was not clean. Oil should have been changed before trip. Windshield wipers were bad causing dangerous driving conditions at times. Tire pressure was not checked as one tire had 30 psi less than the rest. Disappointed that truck was obviously not inspected thoroughly before given to me to drive 2000 miles.Jeremy P.

My reservation was initially at another location and when I arrived they had no truck for me. They had me call and see if another location had one. Someone finally sent me to the location on S OBT. When i get there they give me a truck and tell me that the dolly i had reserved was available. When i get home and open the truck there is no dolly. I return to the store to be told that there are no dolly's available after being charged for it. I understand it was a busy day for the staff but the entire experience was very stressful.Dennise R.

We received a different van than what was on the paperwork and didn't realize it until we filled out the online return.RICHARD W.
The hours are not at all convenient. I work afternoons and sometimes I need to go after work. The facility has an alarm system that activates at 10pm. I’ve had to clear out items with the alarm blasting, After hours parking is horrible. There are trucks blocking both the entrance and exit. There is a male staff member who thinks he’s in charge of everything. He told me to love my car since there was a uhaul truck coming in. The After-hours drop off procedure is horrendous. Your app and website could not find my reservation. Need to have manual backup procedures for when the network is down and/or the app isn't working well. Calling the 800 numbers pit me on hold for over an hour and once I connected they weren't empowered to check me in.... Really?? In this day and age? Empower your people.DOUGLAS F.
They said there was more fuel in the U-Haul when I went to pick it up I have a photo and they still charged me additional without refunding any money for the 4 gallons of fuel that they stated they needed to put in there even though that when I picked up the truck it was not at the level they stated it was I have photos to so all of this yet they have not refunded my money or even responded to my requests.MELISSA B.

I could not get to the 5-star rating due to an annoying complication. During the drop-off, I was unable to take a picture of the odometer or fuel level as instructed with my phone and the process could not be completed. I returned the truck way in advance but had to wait close to 2 hrs dealing (waiting) for customers and trying to figure out the solution. Luckily I had someone with me that had a phone (old iPhone 11) that seemed to be able to take the photos. Now, I have an iPhone 12 and it's relatively new. I don't know if the technical issue was on my end or the application on yours. I tried everything (settings etc) nothing worked. Nevertheless, perhaps updating customers on the technical requirements for using the mobile drop-off process could be helpful. Overall, it was pretty simple and I will be using the services again as in the past.HENRY K.

Truck was completely dirty inside. Also when leaving the truck overnight, one of my personal items fell in the truck and I couldn't get in anymore. I know the item was inside because I saw it.
