SHAWN N | First ImpressionsIt says 24/7 all over the place, but they do not allow your access to your stuff after 10 PM. You can return your truck at any time. This fact, though not necessarily their fault, frequently results in people returning trucks late in the evening which can literally make the driveway impossible to exit or enter. When my wife and daughter called the 24/7 helpline, no one picked up. On the nice side, place is clean and well lit. Large elevator can take several carts at once to your level if it is not on the ground floor. Staff has always been cheerful and helpful, even one they’re being slammed with returning trucks . Prices are the same as they are at most U-Haul‘s, making them a better deal than most other you-drive it companies, especially if you just need an in town move. I do not have experience with their one-way pricing thus I cannot speak to it Bottom line: if you want reasonable priced moving trucks, and you don’t see the likelihood that you’re going to need to get into your storage unit after 10, hard to beat. Added bonus: they sell propane by the pound rather than by the cylinder exchange. So if you are facing Thanksgiving dinner and think you might have half a tank or so, they will top you off rather than charge you for an entirely new cylinder, while you have to give up your old one and whatever is left in it. Darn convenient.

The attendant was in a bit of a rush though when my storage unit was assigned because It was close to closing hours 7pm which was not very convenient for me. Other Uhaul places have layer hrs....I couldn't do the process online of getting my assigned unit because the app did not work..

NOW on the other hand, Calling the Uhaul call center customer care center, to close out the account, was HORRIBLE !!! I ended up driving back to Orlando to close the account with location staff members. Your Call Center Reps need Serious improvement.
