Renovation's are ongoing but that doesn't stop Rodney from being professional, courteous, and personable. This is the second time I've rented from this location and both times Rodney has been a delight! This location was friendly and helpful and once contact established, the process went very smoothly! The overall communication with regards to the UBox and where it arrived (there are SO MANY UHaul locations in our area) was more difficult to determine. Emails include only a toll free number and reps are unable to determine specific information about the box and it's location. Clearer information would be much appreciated.MONICA K.

I would have given a perfect 5 stars but when getting my truck it wasn't at 1/2 tank. The app wouldn't allow me to upload a photo so I was. Forced to mark it at 1/2(I took a video incase they try to charge me later). I returned it less than half but again it was at (actually above) where the previous driver had left the fuel mark . So my only issue is getting equipment in proper working order you if the cust brought it with no gas you have to fill it and because it leave the next customer with stuff.Jermel H.

The pick-up location at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Iliff was wonderful and helpful. The drop-off location at U-Haul Storage of Bremerton and Gorst was the worst experience with a company that I have ever had in my entire life. I will never use U-Haul again after this. Every single step of this experience has been an absolute pain and honestly, I wish I had looked at all the complaints on your instagram before I had booked this because I would have gone with a different company.Elizabeth W.

I had originally ordered my UBoxes before knowing where I was moving to from AZ to CO. However, I had an address before receiving my boxes in arizona and told the AZ scheduler (Kayla) the new address for the final destination of the boxes. Unfortunately she didn't update the system with the address but did get the date they were arriving in CO moved up. So instead of 6/26 it was 6/11. When the 11th came I called uhaul to make sure the boxes were coming and that's when I found out they didn't have the address in their system. Afer back and forth with the Colorado local schedule she created a shipment to my house but it wouldn't be till the 22nd. When it got close to that date I reviewed my account and noticed there were 2 different reservations I called customer service to find out that indeed the individual created a whole new reservation instead of putting it under the original and would follow up and call me back. I didn't receive a call back so I called again and was transfered to the Colorado scheduler who confirmed my boxes would be at my house on the 22nd. They did arrive (finally) and were taken back the next day. This was a really bad experience for someone who is spending a lot of money to move to a different state to a company who can't keep their information straight nor keep track of their reservations/boxes. Even though this was a uhaul screw up I had to pay the delivery fee on top of the 1400 I've already paid. Never using uboxes again.Lydia B.

Rented truck for ten hours. Truck rental was a 10' truck for 19.95 a day. I rented 1 dolled for 14 dollars and 1 piano dolly for 14 dollars. I overran my mileage by about 50 miles at 79 cent a mile. When I returned truck on time the after hours drop box was locked so left keys in cab of truck. We filled the gas tank up full past the 7/8 the said we needed to be at on the Guage. Mu bill after totally cleaning both inside and out was $265.00. I do not recommend these crooks to anyone. Very unprofessional! They did not care one bit about the over charge. My initial experience was abhorrent dealing with Jessica. I was assured I had a 24 hour rental by Jessica. She called back 40 minutes later asking where I was and claimed no memory of our previous and recent conversation. I was then assured my 24 hour rental was squared away. I showed up to get my mobile accessed truck at 5pm. After 5 hours on hold and multiple hang ups and disconnections I was finally able to access the truck. At 1:30 am I received another phone call asking where the truck was. The thing is, after all that; I received the best customer service I've ever had when returning the truck. Rodney, the GM and Kevin at the front desk were awesome. They even helped me jump my dead battery when they'd already closed and could have just left. 100% 5 stars to these guys. Great management and attentive to my gripes with the experience. MyPeter B.

It was a land line and it was too late to change it when he mentioned the link would be sent, so we never received anything to help us when we returned the truck after hours. The truck I rented wasn't available for me at my requested time and place. I had to drive nearly 20 miles across town to pick up the truck. I'm charged to get back to my side of town. I then try to return the truck to the nearest Uhaul and I'm told it'll cost me $200 to do that. I was never told I would be required to drive back to Aurora. Your initial fumble cost only me time and money. Nearly an extra $75 I had to pay because the truck I rented wasn't ready. The whole experience will keep from dealing with you again.Chris M.

The mileage on the contract was different then on the vehicle I rented. I advised the clerk of the wrong mileage issue. He told me take a picture of the actual mileage before I leave and a picture when I returned. I did so. I used the truck for a few hours, drove 14 miles and returned it before the store was closed. The next morning I was charge an additional 245.00 for the miles. To date no one has taken care of this issue. I've called in and talked to a very nice lady named Vicky who told me a supervisor would call me. No one has called me. I have chatted in online and the person chatting with me could only let me know the charge was for the extra mileage but stopped chatting with me when I told them the situation. If there was a protocol that the clerk should have followed when addressed with the issue, he did not. I should be refunded for the miles I did not put on that vehicle immediately.Richard H.
Stop cheating customers on mileage they didn't use because you drove it around the lot. Mileage on my contract stated 2210 but when I got in odometer said 2222. Returned with 2256 and had estimated 40 miles. So I was charged for mileage that I didn't do. NOT COOL!!!Michelle S.

Inform the renter of the braking and transmission condition of the vehicle before they drive away. For example, my rental had soft brakes and the transmission needed a tune-up. The help was otherwise excellent. The building was very cold.STEVEN B.

It took 40 minutes to get my truck even though I had completed on line check in ahead of time.Joel H.
I made my reservation at a specific location. I was told they didn't have the truck I originally requested. I had to get a smaller truck. When I went to pick the truck up, my pick up location was changed by a sales rep with out any notification. I got to the other location. There were no keys in the truck. The truck was not ready. I my original reservation at 8:30am by the time I got the truck it was 9:3am, due to all of the mishap.lucy C.

The truck smelled terribly of smoke, I was not provided a discount for this, and had to take the truck because I was moving and no other 26 foot trucks were available. I then tried to get money off when I returned the vehicle, and they said to call customer service there is nothing he could do on his end. Lastly, I called customer service and they said only the drop-off location could provide the discount, and they are not able to do anything. Honestly, this is extremely poor customer service, and I should be provided a discount for the truck that literally reeked of smoke for the entire time I had it. Even after picking it up my wife asked if I had smoked because I then smelled of smoke. ZERO STARs, you should give discounts when your trucks are not clean, and epsecially if they reak of smoke, I know you charged the previous renters for the smoke smell, and then provide zero discount to me. VERY VERY UPSET, your profited off me having to breath in an ashtray for 3 days while I drove from Denver to San Diego.Patrick D.
