The lady there on 10/4 ran this place solo and did not balk whatsoever at all the customers coming in at the time of my rental appointment. She handled business like a general with much grace and I truly appreciate that!

No one was here, I put the key in some little boxes but I wasn't sure which one to put them in because the have 3 boxes and its not indicated which one to use so this morning I have an email that say my truck was never returned.

Double check all equipment is in the van/truck. I had to wait for a dolly and there was only one rep working inside, I was only able to save time by stating that I just need a dolly, and the rep went to get one while the customer in front of me was paying.

I can understand being understaffed but try not to have an attitude when a customer asks why sensitive information is being photographed. I asked the general manager (who handled my reservation) why she was using her phone to photograph my identification and she said " no offense I dont want your information". This response was extremely unprofessional and speaks to her attitude and lack of skills. It is her job to explain why she is doing anything, that is my personal information and I have a right to know what shes doing and why. She lacks the ability to explain the company's protocol in a professional manner.

Have more employees working during prime hours. Saturday mornings is when most people move. Have someone perform a quality review of the uhaul and make sure everything the customer pays for online is actually in the truck when the customer arrives. Only rent the older trucks to customers that are moving within the same city or get rid of the older trucks. No one wants to deal with issues when they are traveling/moving long distances.

This is not a location issue, but a corporate issue. Computers freeze during check-in causing what should be a 10-15 minute process to an hour process. I used early check-in and still didnt help. Also, the inventory is off with the online registration...so you may or may not have what you reserved. Very poor business practice.

Horrible wait. No lock for back door. Wrong fuel reading, and worse of all I could not turn in the truck the night before because I do not have internet on my phone so had to turn in next morning to avoid the $20.00 penalty. If Ryder were still in business I would use them to avoid the abuse of the $20 fine; and I have use U Haul for 40 years

Pay more attention to the equipment going out the trailer I had and the trailer I revived are 2 different numbers on them I had trouble when I returned it to a different location and the manager wouldn't get on the phone she talked to me through her associate

U-Haul always recommends this location but on any given day you will wait at least a hour. The statement the employees always say is the system is slow.

Improvements to the computer system is necessary. My reservation was at 8:00 am. I was running late and didnt get there until 8:30 am. I waiting in line until 9;00 am. At that point, I made it to the counter. All I was doing was picking up the truck I had reserved. I didnt leave the counter until 10:00 am, an hour later, because the computer system, the software I assume, was slow. It was beyond frustrating, especially because I was only going to keep the truck for 6 hours and I was supposed to return it at 2 pm. I told the clerk that I would need to return it later because it took so long to claim the truck. They said ok, but I received a text at 1:12 pm saying I need to turn in the truck at 2:00 pm. I had to call the office to request longer. And then when I did return the truck, I went in, the line was still there, but when I mentioned that I was just dropping off the truck, I was immediately helped. The clerk said he would review and check the truck in and give me a receipt. 15 min later, I am still waiting. I walk outside to see where the clerk is but can't find him. A few minutes later he comes back into the store. He asked if I got the receipt, I say no, I was waiting on him. Come to find out, before he left to check the truck in, he mentioned to the other clerk that the receipt would print up and give to me,the customer who was waiting. The other clerk didn't hear or didn't want to be bothered and didn't give me the receipt when it was printed up. This was the most frustrating, disappointing and irritating experience.

The unit was small and stuffy hot in the summer . The door was off center and it always took me a long time to unlock it . It wasn’t the best but it was clean and dry and the staff was friendly
