The idea of only having a quarter tank of gas and return the truck w A quarter tank of gas is disingenuous and just another way to make out on the customer. It’s insulting to think I’m stupid. You always win w this requirement and the customer over pays because it’s impossible to return the truck at exactly a 1/4 tank so every one over fills the tank because there is no way of knowing when you have reached the 1/4 mark so you benefit on the additional gas
james rThe first truck I was given broke down before I was able to get to get home. I waited several hours to get another truck as a replacement and that one also had an issue so I had to settle for a much smaller van and was not able to move fully after several truck issues and a long wait
Charles WGot an ‘ealert’ because reservation after mine had the same reservation number as me and representative at the counter told me that I probably owed money and they could not rent the U-Haul to me and they could not explain what the ealert was for and I had to call the number to find out what it was. He proceeded to tell me to call the number and he proceeded to give me the must his location-to which I told him you actually want me to call you and your location to find out what the issue was?end of the day i had to call the central reservation number to fix the issue-which took only 5 minutes to resolve. In total I was there for 1hour and was told I still had to bring back the before 130 pm. I showed up at 715 for a 730 reservation and I even checked in on my app. Did not get out of U-Haul parking lot until anger 8am.

ANDREINA H | Overall ExperienceI was 35 minutes late to meet my movers because there was a random woman “Vanessa L” tied to my account who had an outstanding balance and the local truck company wouldn’t let me take out the truck until the “glitch” was cleared. I spoke to two agents, the first one hung up on me, before I could leave with a truck. It put me back at least 45 minutes and cost me an extra $100 with the movers I hired. Total pain and unnecessary and sloppy on UHauls part because of a “glitch.” Not cool. I’d like a refund from UHaul.

PATSY VPersonal were super helpful and informed. My only small issue was the entrance and exit was difficult, especially since we were renting a tow trailer so pulling out and then in. On our returned proved a traffic problem. Other than that everything went better then expected.
TKO TI worked with Kevin who was fantastic to work with. I have rented from this location several times and it is always a smooth process. I was less than thrilled that the mileage charge for the trucks is higher on weekends. Otherwise a good experience as always

Peter FThe store forced me to do a one way rental making me return the trailer 2 towns over instead of back to them which Oct me 3x the amount it should have when I wanted to bring it back to them. Also the dollys I rented wheels did not function and were unusable when I showed the store I returned it to he informed me that the small wooden dolly’s where not what I paid for the jericho store was supposed to give me different dolly’s. I am unhappy. I wasted money on dolly rentals that did not work and was forced to return at a store a few towns away for significantly more money then brining it back to jericho like I wanted to.

DEBORAH AI returned the car trailer after hours and it was next to impossible to unload it in the parking lot. Box trucks were scattered throughout and I could not return the trailer properly. Otherwise staff was friendly and helpful.

JAIRO RThe truck sounded like it has an exhaust leak the truck was louder than usual. Truck ran good I'm not sure if the exhaust leak made me use more fuel than a usual drive.

Barry CU-Haul made my inter-state difficult moving experience must simpler at a reasonable price compared to quotes I got from moving companies! I would highly recommend U-Haul!!!

When I first came, it was strong smell of urine or sour wet pet smell. The odor lingered the entire month, and even seeped into the fabrics of my unit. Many of my belongings now smell this way. For this reason, I would not recommend this location. May i suggest contacting other owners to inspect their units,as its probably coming from a unit.

Also, I'm not 100% sure it's actually climate controlled. Beyond that, it was a fine experience. The people who work there are very kind and helpful.

I would like a credit of one or two months. I have used the storage facility for over 10 years and I’ve spent well over $25,000. I looked back and it was obviously a tremendous waste of my money. The contents of my storage unit was may be valued at about $1000, so paying 25 times that makes no sense.
