The unit is not accurate to description, the hunt has n ok lights and a small entry door. Very disappointed in this facility.

The trailer had a squeaky wheel/acel and would start vibrating, then it would go away and randomly start up again. It made me very uncomfortable driving it, not know what or how bad the problem was. I advised them of the issue when I returned the trailer.

Horrible experience to rent a truck. Personnel insisted the transaction to be done completely online and nothing worked., There was a long delay in verifying driver license as the person in their call center did not respond for nearly 20 minutes with ok. The guy at counter can see i have valid license but he has to wait until online approval. Completely broken process. Online or computers suppose to make it fast but this was opposite.

EVERYONE HERE ARE GREAT, THE MANAGER GOES OUT OF HER WAY, ALL THE TIME!!! HOWEVER. . . . . . The price per mile is INSANE... $1.69.. JUST MAKES IT UPSETTING. But when your in a jam, you have NO CHOICE.... RENTING IS AN UNDESIRABLE NECESSITY........

The staff were friendly. Picking up the vehicle was super easy. I received an email telling me to download the app, which I did, but then couldn't create an account...it kept saying oops something went wrong try again later. The vehicle was free of debris...looked like maybe something has split on the floor mat below....no biggie. It's a truck with a lot of mileage...it's been around for a while. Overall. My experience was really good. I would recommend and would use again.

The mobile app was very time consuming to use. The facility was staffed and the person there was very helpful,, but it took easily 20 minutes to process the rental, what with all the pictures, and the delay waiting for approval once everything was submitted. I had to follow up with the chat function due to non-response for 10 minutes.

I had to file a claim because the U-Haul employee dented my car while detaching the trailer off the car. Could have been completely avoided as I asked him if he wants me to back it up to make it easier for him. He didn’t listen

I am super happy with the entire experience. Making the reservation was incredibly easy, picking up the equipment was fast and easy and dropping it off was fast and easy also. Most of all your staff were all great from start to finish. Very nice cool guys that knew their job well. Thank you!

I had to come to this location because my reservation at a location closer to home was cancelled right before I was supposed to pick the truck up because the person before me didn't bring it back in time. I'm sure your company charges them a late fee but its quite unfortunate that I see none of this to make up for my inconvenience. Really makes you wonder what the point of reserving something is when nothing is guaranteed and you receive nothing if they cancel on you last minute. I will look elsewhere to rent in the future for this reason alone.

That storage place is a rip off the units are extremely small that location is not for furnitures the lady told me it’s like a two bedroom when I go there the unit small I had to get two different units she even told me the ceilings are tall nothing goes like that she mislead me n I’m so angry I named out on the phone all what I have n the lady said it will fit this is ridiculous thy need to stop telling lies to the customers

Truck was dirty, mechanically truck was making engine noises like a failing power steering pump and passenger windsield wiper didn’t function so you couldn’t clean/clear the filth from the viewing area. Truck was rented and in unsafe condition probably should never have been rented in this condition

Everyone was excellent at the location. The equipment provided was in proper working condition. However, the trailer was quite dirty with rubber gloves, random metal in it, and upon me sweeping plenty of dirt and sludge. When I pointed out the condition the response was a shrug and my bad. With this said otherwise the service was excellent. Easy pick up and drop off. Just please fix providing dirty and gross equipment.

I went to U-Haul of Jericho to pick up the car on the afternoon of January 29th. The staff there was very friendly. He said Happy New Year to me because that day was our traditional holiday. He was very patient and dedicated. I will definitely come back again.

Let me be very clear. the customer reps i dealt with were fantastic. With pre checkin I was in and out quickly. The issues were with the truck itself. Overall was very clean inside, however the window seal on the drivers side was almost entirely off and the box door was completely frozen shut. I've driven many Ford box trucks before but this one used 10 gallons of gas (1/4 tank) and I only drove 28 miles with a 400lb load in the truck. There is absolutely no way that should happen.

The Best experience was in the morning , where the employee was helpful & listened. The return of the vehicle was a Horror story. Truck was received in the morning, seemed ok. When returning the truck, we noticed the HEADLIGHT was out, had to talk out of a ticket, your staff didn't care. Then all the Horror break out from over charging to being rude and not letting me finish speaking when they got to talk and finish speaking

Be more friendlier, have better listening skills and be more honest with charging customers. The staff was extremely rude, I came in the shop asking for a heavy duty dolly. The guy suggested I needed a regular dolly. He took out what I did not ask for and got mad at me, when he was not listening to my request and I just realized I got charged $10. 81 extra for his mistake.

The person who checked me in was a lot more helpful that the agent who rented me the truck. After I told him I over filled the tank, He told me that the app told me how many gallons I needed to purchase to fill the tank to the level I received but did not know.

Dropped off truck after hours and had to pay the $20 fee. Does not make sense to be penalized for being on time. Truck wasnt due until 1030am on Tuesday 12/17/24.. meanwhile it was dropped off on 12/16/24

The staff was very helpful, both for storage and trailer. The issue was a terrible smell coming from somewhere in my row. When I first came, it was strong smell of urine or sour wet pet smell. The odor lingered the entire month, and even seeped into the fabrics of my unit. Many of my belongings now smell this way. For this reason, I would not recommend this location. May i suggest contacting other owners to inspect their units,as its probably coming from a unit.

Everything about this storage facility is great barring the fact that the storage facility has a very odd smell, especially when it's hot out. Also, I'm not 100% sure it's actually climate controlled. Beyond that, it was a fine experience. The people who work there are very kind and helpful.

Clean, well maintained. There is limited parking space in this facility, which is inconvenient: a trailer is parked in the parking space in front of the entrance to the storage units, only one person can unload at a time, limited space to wait with your vehicle

The storage unit that I used started to smell like mold and mothballs. I left several messages with management and they never called me back. I would like a credit of one or two months. I have used the storage facility for over 10 years and I’ve spent well over $25,000. I looked back and it was obviously a tremendous waste of my money. The contents of my storage unit was may be valued at about $1000, so paying 25 times that makes no sense.

I just wish the person checking me in would have put my correct address in. I corrected him when he put the wrong address in and he said "it doesn't matter." Well the print out had the incorrect address on it and I imagine it does matter. So I corrected it myself on my online profile.

If I could give this facility 0 Stars I would. Reserved lower level storage unit that they gave to someone else who reserved after me. Dirty facilities. Nasty manager said “Don’t give her anything.”
