The track I took was not safe at all. It is very dangerous on the highway. I don't know why the gave that bad track while a lot of tracks was just parking there. Just the gas cost me almost $100 and they didn't refund, they charge me $60 extra. I extremely don't recommend that locationBelkacem L.

I am Totally Not Happy with my experience this far with the storage unit. I booked a "15 truck for 2days and the storage following and it's been a total nightmare since. I booked online for "Immediate" Access I have not had immediate access yet. Someone has to assist me Every time the last 4 times I was there. Now I'm given a pin number to Access my unit. I first had a pin via online set up. That didn't work. I was given a card. That didn't work. The card was switched. It STILL didn't work. When I left that it was magically working. Returned yesterday and it wasn't accepted. Now I have a pin number again.. when I ask for assistance the staff are not detailed and seems they don't want to help. They are not too friendly nor are there smiles. Everyone spear angry or tired. The ONLY worker who was Awesome and Always smiling , and wear a name tag. is the maintenance worker Gwendolyn who was very helpful assisting me. I nominate her for the BEST employee. I cannot wait till I remove my belongings out of this storage I have to walk up to. It's no telling if I will have access when I arrive. I will Never use the storage online service. Ever. Nor at this facility. I will stick with the truck and motorcycle trailer as I have used in the past. This should be Free use of this storage after booking a truck for 2days and now the ongoing nightmare with this onine storage. I don't know what to expect when I return. I will be sending out a few emails after reading the fine prints this afternoon regarding this Experience. I need to know what am I paying for. i went to a location and they didn't have a key for me. I had to uber myself to another location where i was lucky to find something somewhat nearby with a van available. I was upset i wasted a lot of time in the process.CARLOS R.

The first truck didn't have any gas. The second truck I was given, barely had gas. Then Jazmyn, the representative at the location, looked like she hated her job. I rented a dolly and it wasn't even in the truck. I had to ask one of the guys outside to give me one. It wasn't a very pleasant first experience at all.SYLVIA G.

The pricing is not consistent I've been renting here for about six months now and I notice for the past couple weeks I've been using the same mileage . I used 84 miles And I paid $164.67 and this week are used 89 miles And they charge me $ 184.88 and I never used their dolly . Other than that the employees services are excellent.OLIVER C.

The pickup process was not smooth at all. No one was available for the self checkout and had to deal with a very unhelpful customer agent inside. The truck had a problem with the key but was asked to manage on my own when I asked for help. When I enquired about extending the return time by a couple of hours, the agent at the location refused and I had to call the customer care to get that done. Although the workers were very friendly. I still had an issue. When I got in my rental the mileage was inaccurate. It was off by one mile so I had to pay for that extra mile. The gas they reported was inaccurate. They said it was 1/2 a tank when it was actually less then that, and I got charged for that as well. I took a photo before pulling out the lot thinking they will make adjustments when I return the vehicle. I explained to the guy and showed him the picture and he said I should have sent the picture when I picked up the vehicle. i wish someone would have told me this at the beginning. For all we know, they're probably using the vans for personal use and charging the customers for it. Which I think it's so wrong.LISA R.

I am a loyal customer who was treated poorly and overcharged for the miles I did not drive. I rented a U-Haul truck yesterday, Wednesday, 28 Oct, and drove it for 31 miles. But I was charged for 47 miles. I checked out the truck at 73,771 and returned it at 73,801. I have the pictures to prove with date and time. This is wrong, illegal, and unacceptable. I hope someone corrects the wrong. U-Haul has the opportunity to right this wrong: 1- Immediately refund the money you wrongly charged me 2- Apologize for causing me so much pain and headache -- I called last night and spent 1 hour on hold and on the phone trying to speak to someone about this issue 3- Uhaul should properly train its workers in this location for basic customer service. Customer service was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. What an unfortunate situation triggered by poor customer service for a great company. I have been renting Uhaul trucks for the past 6 years. I never had an issue with them. This time, not only I was poorly served but also I was illegally charged for miles I did not drive for. I have the pictures to prove it.Ismael T.

Desk service was ok, was charged for 2 utility dollys and furniture blankets though and that is not true- i only rented one dolly, not 2 and no furniture pads. so thats a bit annoying. The truck also has mechanical issues that should be addressed with the shifter and transmission.EMILY C.

When I stepped into U-Haul requesting a bike rack, I did not know that the hitch was separate from the rack. Alisha showed me a few and I opted for one. She was supposed to call me the next week when it was to come in and set up the install. Two weeks went by and I still didn't hear from her. They never answer the phone, so I went there. That's when she told me that one wasn't available and showed me another. We set up for install. When I went to pay the total was incredible. That's when I found out the hitch is a cost separate from the rack. After explaining to the manager that she didn't explain it to me and what the misunderstanding was, he didn't offer discounting it or nothing. I left with only the hitch and purchased a more reasonble rack somewhere else. The customer service is awful. It is a profitable fast paste business which seems they need not put forth good customer service for they're over-blessed.petericia H.

The helpfulness of the staff at this site was the only redeeming feature of our U-Haul storage rental. For unknown reasons our contract was cancelled and was a nightmare for us. We had to sign up for automatic withdrawal of payments several times. Also, we always had problems accessing our unit via the cryptic sign-in procedures. We always had to ask help at the office. When I first called several weeks ago about moving my storage space, I specifically asked that it be located on ground level with no stairs. I was assured that it would be. That didn’t happen. The main issue I had was gaining access to my storage unit. The access code that was emailed to me did not and still does not work. I went in to put something in my storage and my card wouldn't work. I went into the office to let them know I was having issues and all 3 employees looked so bothered because I was asking for help.. All the questions they asked were with such an attitude and my only guess is because I was there around 5:40pm and they close at 6. To my surprise, the guy at the front desk tells me that they can't find my info and that my storage was emptied out.. I was so confused and scared that I had just been robbed somehow.. I asked them how that was possible when I was still receiving invoices and paying monthly and all they said was "I don't know. You must've cancelled" I told him that even if I cancelled, I would have came back for my stuff and he just looked so unbothered by my concern. I insisted they give me access to check my storage to see for myself. When I got there, my belongings were still there LUCKILY. And when I asked for an explanation they couldn't give me one. I had to sign up AGAIN.. give my information AGAIN.. and deal with their attitude for working a few minutes longer. It would be nice to deal with staff that actually care and look like they WANT to be there. The customer experience was abysmal. From the moment I entered, the staff treated me like I was a bother. The owner Alisha was a NIGHTMARE, she had a huge attitude whenever I asked her questions, looking at me like I was an idiot for not knowing things that she considered basic. This was my first time renting a storage unit anywhere and I had no clue what to expect. More importantly, I don't work at UHAUL so I expect the staff to be polite and helpful. The person handling my order was new I guess and Alisha was training him, but was video-calling someone the entire time. When I asked that new person questions, he either ignored me or answered while walking away. He handed me a card to swipe at the front desk and did not tell me to hold onto it to access my unit, then he got an attitude with me when I didn't hold onto it. When I asked where to pull up the truck Alisha told me to drive to the end of the lot with an attitude; it turned out I needed to make a right and pull into the garage - again, I DO NOT work for UHAUL and need as much information to accomplish what I am there to do. When we get to the garage, the new staff member just watched us pull up, instead of instructing us to back into the garage - again, directions and guidance are so important. The lack of customer concern was appalling. When we got to our storage unit, it was locked so we were reassigned a new unit. When we asked for an updated contract, Alisha was yelling at us - it was an awful experience. She kept saying, "we're closed" and my husband had to insist before she finally gave us an updated contract. Mind you, had the staff been helpful and politely offered clear directions from the start, we could have gotten done much sooner. Overall all the employees treated us like everything was obvious. Some questions they didn't even have the answer to, but somehow we are supposed to know. The staff acts so recklessly with customers because they know customers trust the UHAUL brand and just need their items faithfully was stored. Alisha especially was so disappointing - her badge says "owner" but she doesn't even behave like a supervisor. The worst part is, the model she sets is what the rest of the staff emulates and it's obvious no one in this location cares about customers. But I have never felt so humiliated by an entire staff of people ever - it felt like a joke they were all in on, it was so embarrassing.
