On the day of move in, no deal existed. The GM of the site NEVER answered an urgent texted. He NEVER responded or followed up. I can’t wait until I have a new storage site secured so I can move out from this facility. Truly horrible experience.

Joseph s. | Overall ExperienceMade reservations 2 weeks ahead for storage not knowing what I need I explain to the staff I hve 3 nice size bedroom kitchen living nice size bathroom he says ok u need the huge 3 bedroom with extra space ok with the 26 ft truck in I ask for first floorok all was good on the day to pick up truck was fine no gas but ok get to the storage room was 10 by 10 oh heck no in wasn’t on first floor so we had to pay extra for the next storage room place need to understand extra money u really don’t count on spending on a budget is a no Jon plus paying people to love you
