Rhonda McCormick has terrible customer service & is a BAD representation for uhaul!! She not only lied to me saying I came in requested an extra dolly that was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND ON MY BILL TO SHOW RECORD I SIGNED FOR THAT but she even went as far as telling me the customer that she wasn't going to fix my bill asap just as she quickly sent it out. She is definitely doing fraudulent activity. But it doesn't stop there while on the phone with her explaining to her why she needs to change this asap, she hangs up in my face! When I called back she told the dude, tell her leave me a message. WHICH I CAN HEAR HER SAY THIS! Instead of her rectifying the problem that didn't add up from the jump, she added more fuel to the fire with her bad attitude & ghetto behavior. I actually went up there to talk to her & she told the man to tell me to wait a second but was running from me trying not to talk to me & Im the customer with the messed up bill. I told her over the phone run the cameras back, when I went up there just did just what she said she couldn't get done that day. Make that make sense please. This lady is terrible, my father is the superintendent of that countyâ€¦ I'm about 5 seconds away from blasting this situation & adding fuel to the fire with media! Get a better manager!!!JEHLON B.

This location has faulty technology and will end up finding fees to take your deposit. I had to call the police, however my issue was not resolved because the cops took to long. This location is not attempting to work with you or correct the problem. They are there to justify their charges and take your money. The vehicle could have been swept. The AC did not work and I had to switch to Max AC for the AC to work. The truck did not have cruise control. I was doing a 450 mile trip and without cruise control the need to push the accelerator pedal continuously was painful.Gamini B.

Be a little more detailed with the cleaning of the trucks. The truck we rented had a pest control issue, there were ants inside & outside of the truck. Not jus from maybe being parked underneath a tree...they were all over & once we killed & sprayed more would come out...the day of the return therefore ants outside & inside the console of the truck. Be more respectful. Chris is rude af! He hung up on me during our conversation about the gas not being recorded correctly on my contract correctly and that I did not receive the text to check vehicle until 15 mins after I left when I wasn't informed that I would be receiving that to check the truck! The process wasn't even explained to me! It was a rush process cuz they were busy! I ain't like that!! I hope they're not my last resort again! Called and informed of extended delay. Employee took key for rental truck, but yet didn't get checked in. Got a call saying Where is the truck because vehicle wasn't returned when clearly didn't have the truck. Than was charged an extra 60 something for something that wasn't made clear before hand pertaining to gas fill up fee. Pointed it out and was responded with a smart remark. Gave the same energy back than employee got mad said to take it up with legal. I look forward to response from corporate. Please ensure the employees that are hooking up the equipment actually inspect the compatibility of the trailers to the cars. The worker didn't check the lights and they ended up not working with our vehicle because of a fuse problem, so we got stranded for 4 hours waiting for a family member to come and switch the trailer to their vehicle so we could finish the move at night.Austin R.

After hours drop off DID NOT WORk for several tries. We tried different phones and different web browsers. The location just didn't work. Another family had same problem. Finally Firefox was able to get the location to uhaul. There was someone in the building but would not come out to help. A few days prior to pick up, I rcvd a voicemail with instructions to pickup at another location and that the vehicle would be ready for an 8AM pickup on May 9. I arrived at that location at 8:10AM, logged into the app and was notified via the app that the pickup was converted to hand pickup and I had to wait for the store to open at 9AM. I called into the 800 # and waited for approx 30 mins before speaking with an agent. They looked into the reservation and found out that the store did not put the key into the lockbox for my pickup. She apologized, made some notes and trasferred me to CS to get the $50 Reservation Guarantee credit applied. CS told me they see this issue happening often. I also hired movers via Uhaul and needed to finish prepping before they arrived. Once the store opened up, the in store asked for my name (didn't greet me as a customer, just said "last name"). After I gave him my info, I told him what happened. He then told me that the app should still let me complete the check in process and someone has to fix the broken app. He also told me how the system shouldn't have let the agent closing the night before without putting the key in the lockbox. He provided me all the reasons why things didn't work properly. He didn't once apologize or empathize for not having the truck ready. I am going through a divorce and was on a very tight schedule with movers. This delayed my entire day. I would like a call back from a district manager to discuss. Thank you.Steven G.

And when I asked for a refund for the inconvenience the manager told me the only one inconvenienced was here since she had to pick up truck. It was ok until I didn’t need storage anymore. The lady at the front desk was lazy. Instead of assisting me with closing my account and storage unit she just sat there and then neglected her duties. I turned in my access card and lock. She assured me my account was closed but now I’m receiving phone calls, letters, and emails saying that I owe money and late fees. It’s really frustrating and embarrassing for my reference to receive a letter saying I’m not paying my bills. Also it takes more than 20 minutes each time I call in to get a representative on the phone.
