I paid to rent a dolly and never received it. I called the same day to report it was nit in the truck. When I received my deposit back I did not receive the rental fee for the dolly not being assessable.
Stop using dealers and stop taking customer complaints lightly.

The store manager was very unprofessional and I've been waiting to do a review. The truck I reserved was not available and I asked about the 50$refund and she told me that I wouldn't get it because it had to come through her and then she walked on me and the CS rep was right there to witness all of this. I was giving a van that took me all night to move trying to fit all in the van.
I was over charged and contacted GM via email never received a reply back nor got a credit back
Get some competent and professional people to work in this location. My mother was charged for 300 miles when we only went 37miles. The lady that checked us in when we picked up the truck noted the wrong mileage on the contract. Luckily I took a picture when I first got in the truck.
We were charged twice for a truck that was returned earlier than due back. I am trying to get the charge fixed and cannot get through to a human to fix it.

The associate had given me my 1st Key and the vehicle did not have gas. She asked me if I wanted to put gas in it ( I hope she was kidding, since this was Halloween). I responded, as long as you want it back empty, she said no. Apparently someone else returned it on empty. This was the 1st time I had to put such a small charge on my major credit card.... It should be an option apply the charge with cash or debit card once the vehicle is returned...

Personnel were very friendly and helpful installing and removing the trailer. The pick up and drop off procedure was very easy. You can also download the app on iPhone for easier transition. Highly recommend

The girl was eating and never came out to help me check the thuck in, so I went inside after ringing the outside bell. When I went inside she was more interested in eating and said just leave the keys and we will email you a receipt. I wanted to know what my price was and she acted like she couldn't pull it up after 10 minutes of waiting. She told me that she emailed the receipt but I never got the email. Very terrible service.
