The tire went bad immediately and it took you hours to get out here to fix it even though I paid for this extra preferred road side assistant fee. Your equipment is suppose to be well maintained and you made me late for an important appointment I was suppose to be at. was over charged by $64.00 for fuel i want my money back ASAP or i will sue the company. Thank you to the lady in corporate customer service she was so kind and professional upon taking my complaint on the phone (is it a normal practice to give a customer a truck almost empty and try and swindle them out of money upon returning the vehicle.) truck was below 1/8 of a tank and your associate was notified before i left she took a ink pen and noted it on the contract which she had at 1/4 of a tank. The worst service i have ever received of my 62 years on this earth. I also felt racially profiled. Is this what U-Haul represent. i ask for the newer truck parked next to it she said" no this is your truck "with an attitude she was also having problems with her computer and credit card scanner and seemed upset at me about it. i felt so disgusted. aand now this come on man can i please have at least my $64.00 you guys don't have to reimburse the appliance dolly money back which i requested and never got. Create window blocks for late returns, before accessing fees for example: 1hour late fee 2 hour late fee 3 hours is considered next day, especially when calling your Uhaul rep. and explaining your 30 min to an hour late return only to be faced with fees. NOT FAIR!!!

I asked for a 5x8 utility trailer but somehow they managed to get me a 5x8 cargo trailer. This made my task slightly more of a challenge. The guys at this location were in no hurry at all to get me out in a timely manner. Dude could have been a tad more expeditious walking from spot to spot in my opinion. Perhaps it's because I had a 4:45 reservation and he was just dog tired.

The staff and management are extremely rude and have the worst level of customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been in customer service over 17 years. I would never recommend another person to spend any money here. U-haul should sincerely consider allowing these people to utilize their brand. They have tarnished it for me, and I will not use U-haul, in the future.

There was glitch in the system. Not my fault. The charges showed as paid with corporate and with my bank. Now I'm being told that the mileage payment was not processed. When I submitted a claim the representative assured me that the charges including mileage totals $74.69 was all cleared.
