The staff were great but the facility was understaffed. I waited 30min on the phone ðŸ“ž to be connected with customer service and 60min. and roadside asst. never answered. Each U-haul store is independent and sets their own rental rules. So I had to call numerous u-haul stores before I found a 10 ft. Truck ðŸ›» My impression is of a chaotic system and God help the person please who breaks down in one of your trucks because roadside asst is on vacation.ROBERT C.

When I return the truck. The owner was standing there with the attendance clerk. I mentioned that the attendance clerk had told me the truck had come from California and I told him obviously they didn't inspected well enough. I moved during tropical storm Claudette the corner of the truck leaked. Also when I got in the truck to turn it on the music was blaring. Also I went to turn a knob when I touched the knob it fell off in my hand. The owner said well did you get the insurance? And I said yes I did. She says good will file a claim. And then she asked me where it was leaking in the truck and I said well you should do an inspection and find out for yourselves she got angry with me and told me fine you can't check out then. I said can you please check me out she said where is the leak? Finally so I could check out I told him where the leak was. The attendance clerk was very nice and very kind. The owner was not a very nice person. And all I'm gonna say is it's insurance fraud if they file a claim because I did not damage that truck in any way shape or form. They should have inspected that truck and made the repairs before letting someone lease it. I will not use this location again. I would not support this owner in any way. In fact I may not ever use U-Haul again. I don't appreciate being spoken to the way that the owner spoke to me. Thank you for allowing me the time and for him to express my dissatisfaction.Beth B.

I reserved a unit online, and recieved a confirmation email that guaranteed my unit and price. Lucky i called on my way in to find out my unit was no longer available, and that i needed to get a larger one. I had to pay more for the unit, when i should have only had to pay for the amount agreed to in the contract. I have heard others who had similar issues with this location giving away reserved units. Honestly, the front office reeked of weed. When I dropped off and also when I picked up. The workers seemed friendly but also seemed high (maybe). The lady who helped me was really nice. The guy who was there when I dropped off was helpful and friendly. But in an area where customer service is described as rude. I'd rather take the sent of some pot over the horrible customer service the I have found in other places.Jonathan M.

Esta persona que es la manager de este establecimiento es una persona . Maleducada racista , Malcriada . Solo por que le pregunté que quería saber por qué me estaban cobrando 15 dólares más y me respondió obvio por que tu Targeta no tenía fondos y yo le dije eso es imposible esta es mi Targeta de negocios que uso todo el tiempo y tengo suficiente dinero en ella . Luego le dije que quería una prueba de los días que la Targeta y no pasaba . Luego comenzó a gritarme y ofenderme . No traspases mi counter no traspases mi counter . Yo e rentado U- haul por muchos años y siempre e tenido experiencias muy agradables . Pero definitivamente a esa localidad no regresó por el trato de esa mujer y no se lo recomiendo a nadie . There were a lot of nicks and small paint chips on the truck that were not marked with an X. I had to take a long time photographing each flaw so that I would not be charged when I returned the truck. The truck bed had water in it, which did not bother me, but it was not clean enough that I was sure I wouldn't be charged for returning it uncleaned. The level of cleanliness and the paint chips on the truck needs to be explained better.Amanda P.

I reserved a 15 foot uhaul and appliance dolly a week in advance when I arrived either one was available. The only choice I had was to take a 20 foot with no dolly. I had to wait 30 minutes because nothing was prepared. I was also the only customer I ordered this vehicle for 8 am and return for 12pm. I had a problem with my movers and they didn't show up until 12pm. I received a call from this uhaul around 1:30 or so asking where's the uhaul it was supposed to be back at 12 pm and there was another family waiting for it. I am not renting this vehicle per hour I can't help if things run behind schedule. You shouldn't rent things on up of one another. I told them I was hurrying as fast as I can. 15 minutes later I get another call asking when can I get it back. My experience with this uhaul has caused me stress from the time I arrived to get until the time I drop it back off. I will never use this facility again.DONNA L.

I'd reserved a utility dolly with my uhaul a week before my move date. There was no dolly, they did remove it from my bill, but over all very disappointing as I needed to move several large appliances.Ashley W.

I was not told that I needed to do a walk around and check the trailer I rented for damage. The employee came out to my truck and hooked up the trailer for me. Once it was hooked up, I was free to go. When returning the trailer I was accused of damaging the trailer. I know for a fact that I did not hit, sure swipe or damage the trailer in any way. But there was an area of the Uhaul decal that was torn off. The size of a quarter maybe. I was charged full price for a complete new side decal . I did not choose to get insurance on the trailer because my auto policy covers it if I was to have an accident. But honestly, had I been told to check the trailer for damage, I'd be looking for body damage such as dents cracks sheet metal type damage. Not whether or not the decals were in mint condition. I feel like Uhaul should have done a better job at informing me of what to look for and do a walk around with me before I left the parking lot if they were worried about a decal having holes in it. I feel like I was screwed out of money for damage that I am sure was not caused by me and likely was there before I rented the trailer. This will be the last time I go with Uhaul. I seriously doubt the decal will even be replaced due the hole not really being that big and your still able to read UHAUL on the side.BARRY M.
Storage area closed. No way to find out any necessary codes or storage room number for â€œfreeâ€ storage room. Had to unload everything st my house. Called 1-800/u haul and they were less than helpful. I have HAD to use U-Haul several times over the last few months due to locations. EVERY TIME there was a problem. Mostly cancelled reservations. He also mentioned that the Veterans and Williams Blvd location constantly tells people to go down the the Marietta location because they don't have any equipment to rent out .david G.
