CHARLEIN P | First ImpressionsI asked for climate controlled. They didn't not give me that and argued withe that it was climate controlled until they realized it really wasn't. I have health issues and the unit was unbearable. I was also not sent a late notice and they sent it to the contact I had on file which is my elderly father. That took a while to get to me and by that time a late fee was already applied. I feel wronged and very disappointed in my first storage rental.
