I booked this unit online. Once I got there, they told me there was no elevator to the unit. They told me they had a split unit which had elevator access. The elevator in question was the size of a broom closet. Ended up having to walk a super heavy couch up stairs and halfway down the building. Along the way, there's plastic flaps you sometimes have to walk through. All the flaps were covered with mold, some brown sticky substances, and God knows what else. Huge rat trap in the unit. 10/10 would NOT recommend renting a storage unit here.
