Checkin after hours with the app worked ok, except I was 15 miles over the mileage limit, and was changed the extra .40 per mile. That would have been acceptable HAD UHAUL NOT SENT ME 15 MILES FROM MY HOME OUT OF MY WAY TO PICK UP THEIR TRUCK when I reserved 1 mile from my home. When I asked for a manager to call me back to discuss my experience, I got no call. Just an email with a $20 UHaul coupon for my next rental. Well there will be no next rental. Nothing. The staff are very helpful, the facility is easy to access and park and the trailer was in good condition. This is the fourth time this year I've rented from U Haul at this location. Peter and Dennis were most helpful.GEORGE P.
One of the staff members had a disinterested demeanor while helping me, but he got the job done just fine. When I was on the phone regarding the reservation, the person helping me (she may not have been at this location) gave me a quote for a certain price after I told her I needed a reservation for 12 days. When I arrived at the Uhaul store, I was told that my reservation was only for 9 days and that I would need to extend my reservation close to the end of the 9 days and pay for the additional days. The cost of the additional days was reasonable, but I was under the impression that the quoted price was for 12 days, not 9.Craig M.

The first gentleman that helped us has poor customer service. I asked if he had a suggestion on how to keep items from moving around in the truck and his response was an abrupt NO. He seemed like he did not want to help us. After checking out I spoke to the other rep that worked and asked the same question and he showed me several options. I dont expect for the reps to know everything but at least try and provide suggestions. So thank you to the second person that helped.Sean M.

The drivers side seat was broken and did not move forward or back. It was stuck in the back position, which is very awkward for someone short! Also, the key did not turn consistently in the ignition, I was sure I would be able to get it started each time.Barbara F.

I was charged for gas that was not in vehicle. This was reported on Condition Report. I put gas in for all the miles I used. I was told there was 1/2 a tank when it was 1/4 a tank. Returned vehicle with 1/4 tank. I wrote to vendor about this issue twice with no response. Vendor is trying to steal revenue from customer.Vincent B.

This is my favorite U-haul location. I use U-haul whenever I need moving trucks or supplies. I never had issues visiting this location but this last time was my worst experience. Agent in this location was rude to customers, on his phone when answering questions, and didn't provide the highest customer service. Normally, when I rent a truck, I find my truck ready for pick up up front, however, this time I was asked to go get my truck from the back which was very unusual. Truck was not clean. There were dirts in the back of the truck, and a used face mask in the front, which means this truck was not even cleaned or checked before renting it out. This was unexpected to experience at this U-haul location and I hope this will be taking seriously to ensure better customer experience. ThanksAsem H.

The truck was clean however the inside windshield needed to be cleaned. I couldn't see out of the windshield because of the glare from it being so dirty. Should be cleaned after every use along with the side mirrors.Heidi D.

It was kind of hard to find the correct truck. No one told me that the number on the key would be on top of the truck so I had to figure it out on my own. Some more guidance there would be appreciated (maybe tell us what part of the parking lot, or that the number is on the truck)Shabaab K.
