I had great service at the location. I had tried to reserve a truck online and was having trouble. Your professional said he would help me do it online if I wanted to, but he’d be more than happy to help me right there and he did. And his advice was invaluable. Pick up was easy drop off was Ray and I would highly recommend it.

The truck was clean enough but the passenger side seatbelt did not latch. In light of the fact that my helper was unable to be properly restrained, the truck was not suitable for lawful use. This seems minor, but had there been an accident, this could have had serious ramifications for both my passenger and your company. I'm not asking for anything - just letting you know.

I did not reserve the trailer online and there was only one person working. He was able to help multiple people at once while answering questions. He was great and I hope he's appreciated by his manager and by Unaul.

Associates were friendly. Equipment was dirty. Crumbs in the center console, dust on dash ,dirty windows and smelled like pot. Service airbag message light keep coming on and sounded like it wasn’t shifting right but I’m not sure. It was also very noisy in the cab. I would think the back wall would be supported/ insulated some what so the sheet metal didn’t shake

Uhaul gives a receipt for a price u expect to pay that price then they add 21 dollar on top of another 21 so I will not recommend u haul to anyone

The staff need to be trained on how to complete rental, they had me do several of the steps on my phone. When I had an issue, they shrugged and said it wasn't their department.

The staff at this U-Haul location are excellent and the overall rating would be 5 stars if it was only about them. Unfortunately, the technology gave them much trouble, bad on the company for that because you should provide the staff with a fail-safe platform. U-Haul needs to invest in their people who must jump through hoops to get the customers taken care of and out the door on time.

The box truck was not clean, tire pressure light was on, tire maintenance warning was not engaged. Tape was applied to the outside windshield.. when I brought it up to the store, there response was don’t worry about it is fine. I drove the truck one way from New York to Virginia. Not really secure or confident that the truck would make it.

The location was busy and it took a little longer to check out than I expected. The same with returning the vehicle. With your mobile app., I figured it would be quicker. Lady behind the counter said leave the key and it was one and a half hours later before I was sent my receipt. By then I was long gone and if there was an issue with the bill, your already gone.

I am contesting the charges for the hand truck! I had to load a motorcycle with a sidecar and the hand truck was in the way so I moved it out of the way, if I had known that the hand truck was in the back I would’ve had them remove it when I picked up the truck. Not Happy!!

I have used this U-Haul location a few times, and it is great! The only disappointment was that the 20' truck that I reserved was not available when I got there at my reserved time, as it was not returned by the prior renter (which of course is no fault of your office), so I spent 1/2 an hour trying to figure out the best option size-wise and cost-wise for my moving needs. The guys at the desk were GREAT and spent that time with me, trying to accommodate and provide the best alternative renting option. I ended up renting a smaller truck and a trailer, and all went very smoothly after that. The guys at this U-Haul location gave great service, and I will, of course, use them again if and when I am in this area! Thank you very much for your great service! Kind regards, Loyal Customer

Reserving a truck online is very easy, and it helps with creating certainty that the proper equipment is there when you need it. The U-Haul staff are all-business and generally humorless. that disposition serves efficiency and accuracy, but does not engender loyalty.

I got blankets, and they were wet. I had to dry them, causing me to delay packing the truck - can't wrap wood furniture w wet blankets.

I rented a pickup truck and auto transport. The physical uhaul location was small. Very tight parking lot with no maneuverability. The pickup truck was very dirty inside. Had not been cleaned probably ever. The license plate on the auto transport was 3/4 torn apart and only 1 side of it attached to the trailer with a zip tie and it also was totally delaminated. The auto transport also had one of its license plate lights hanging on by the wires only due to the mount being ripped off. The uhaul rep came out to look after I said look at this damage and he brought 1 sheetrock screw out and I had to help him install the screw into the bracket to hold it on because he couldn'tdo it by himself for whatever reason. The bracket had 4 rivet holes and he only put 1 screw in and said that ain't going nowhere now. That was when I picked the equipment up. When I returned it all, it was a different rep taking it back in. He was great. Uhaul, you can do better. Do better.

Hello. The team at UHaul was great. The automation was ok, the fee for what it was seems very expensive. I loved working with your team in person and they did a really good job, all of them. I do think the value for use was a challenge but it was very convenient and again the team was fantastic. The reliance on app and the lack of ability to call in in a timely manner was a challenge at times.

June I rented a storage and didn't anticipate staying longer than a month. Ended up being six. The staff was excellent. Amanda and the other gentlemen he works at quik chek too were very helpful and understanding. They had to reach out the the Branch Manager who was also had great customer service. I appreciate this experience keep up the good work. Im bringing them baked chocolate chip cookies real soon. I promise.

I rented this for my grandson who attends Bard College. I had to pay for an extra month even though I only needed 11 days before he could move into his dormitory. It would be good to have half month rentals to accommodate this.

Average because the storage unit itself was not particularly clean, and the first unit I looked at had a leak in it (they gave me a new one). It was also very low security with little space to turn around a truck. It wasn't so bad that I would say NO to any of the above questions. All good. Thank you.

I told Nathan and team multiple times that the entrance gate was up. It remained up 24/7 for the last 4 months. This storage facility is not secure in the least. I also requested multiple times that the door to the unit be fixed because it could not stay open without being propped open. It was never repaired.

The measurements were inaccurate and they were unclear of the dimensions. I rented a 8 foot long by 5 foot tall by 5 foot wide trailer and when I was told the dimensions of the storage unit were the same it was 4’6 by 4’8 by 8 ft tall and had cob webs and leaves with trash outside of other units next to mine.

The male working Sunday was very rude and very unfriendly. The pretty young woman there was very friendly and helpful, I had rented a uhaul cargo van the day before as well as a 10x10 storage unit. I was there Sun to move my belonging into the unit. When I was done, I had stopped at the main office to get something from my personal vehicle the was parked there while I was renting the cargo van. I pulled into a parking space to stay out of the way of other things that were going on our would be going on. The male employee came up to my window very rudely and with an attitude and told me returns were over there. He never greeted me or acknowledged me. Or asked me anything at all. I told him I was not there to return anything, that my personal vehicle was there and I was retrieving something from it. At which point he said nothing and just walked off... He should have greeted me in some pleasant manner, he did not. He should have asked me nicely if he could help me. Again, he did not. Instead he approached me with and runde and very unpleasant attitude. I have worked in many many different jobs that had me in contact with customers and people in general, this is not how you approach them and treat your customers and the general public. I would like him made aware of his bad actions and have him re-trained in customer service. Other than him the other employees were great, from the young pretty female to the older gentleman and the heavy-set male employee. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very easy and pleasant experience when they were there, bad experience with the male on Sunday.

While I was pleased with the way the staff treated me, I was appalled at the state of the storage unit. The four was left open when I arrived, which I thought was to ease my move in. However, I quickly discovered that the door was off the rails, and bent, making it difficult to close. Additionally, the unit was absolutely littered with trash, especially a ton of broken glass and ceramics. I expected it would have at least been swept and checked before I moved in. Had I known it wouldn't be, I would have brought a broom to clean up before unloading. The broken glass was a safety issue, and the damaged door is at best disappointing, and at worst will make accessing my belongings difficult.

When I moved out of the unit I went to the office to notify them I was on my due date when I moved out they were trying to make me pay for another month that my stuff wasn’t there they were very young courteous staff I had to explain to them blindly what was happening as far as maintaining those water leaks throughout the building the plywood has water damage and moose I think you need to look at the staffing in the maintenance staff of that building fixing problems and may be Relocate all the staff or re-train in better customer service

Gate was never locked, fence is broken in several areas and anyone could get into the facility at any time. Staff is super friendly and helpful and with the pandemic storage units have been hard to come by. Uhaul did the job. I bought a house and no longer need to unit. Thanks!

This facility had one large unit available according to their online inventory, I reserved it, and i paid for it upon arrival. Though there were only two free units left on the lot, the one I had reserved had mountains of garbage in it that had not yet been cleaned out, rendering moving in impossible. I did not move in to a uhaul storage facility, and am unlikely to try again. The staff arranged a storage unit reservation at another facility and that is the most I can say for my experience at Uhaul’s storage facilities.

Had a storage reservation for destination point and drop off point after my drive from Florida with a. 4x8 trailer. You didn’t hold my reservation and had no space available. I was told that’s a problem between your office and customer service who takes the reservation. No. That’s a problem for your customers.

Was not told till end of registration that I could not store my car. The paper work was reversed. But following Tuesday I received a late notice for my rental unit. Since the call to the facility was differed to a call center and I waited 40 minutes on two different occasions to no avail. I replied to the late email that I did not have any rental with U- haul Final received phone call from Kingston facility asking me if I had a storage unit at the Kingston location. I replied no I did not.

I asked one of the employees to have the manager call me in regards to my concerns that the door to get access to my unit was always jamming. Never received a call the gate was NEVER open on time
