The web site did not inform me the different options. I could have rent the doly for only one day if I would have picked up the doly close to my place and do the round trip with the empty doly and save on the drop off fee. Plus there was no drop-off close to my place I had to drive 30km back and forth, out of town to bring back the doly...

Rental truck was not running smoothly, lurching a bit and struggling to accelerate;. I am very happy it was a short distance move. The staff was very friendly and efficient though.

I booked online and specifically chose the main Uhaul centre on Princess so I wouldn't have to deal with any independent vendor surprises. Surprise! My online reservation ended up being sent to an independent location on the other side of town. I tried to contact them (by phone & in person) the night before but they closed before their posted business hours. I knew the 7am pickup in the morning was not going to go as planned. Surprise, no one was there for my scheduled 7am pickup & their posted business hours were to open at 9am. Not acceptable. I went to the main Uhaul location on Princess (where I had asked to pickup in the first place) and they were able to transfer my reservation to their store and got me into a truck by 8am at least. I was not happy with the online booking experience OR with the Aqua Pools location. It was unnecessary stress and delay to an already stressful out-of-town move. Thanks to the Princess street location for their help though.

Wait times in store are way too long. Staff was disorganized and slow, not trained well, didnt know how to do credit return after charging the wrong card... Not happy, I wont be using Uhaul ever again, kind of wrecked my moving experience... TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

The Truck has empty coffee cups in the front, pine needles in the back when we picked it up and were also told it would cost an extra 25 should it not be cleaned. Not very happy.

Information on where important documents are kept. Even the accident recorder couldn't find the docs. Ultimately we did after a call to UHAUL.

Booking online wasn’t working at store, got the wrong locker at first. Was also told you dont get a free month of storage if with one way truck rental but say nothing about that online during booking!

The parking lot is often difficult to maneuver; sometimes the rental trucks and trailers almost block the entrances to the storage unit area. This makes it hard to park close to load and unload.

When logging in i see 'Next rent due: (date) 0$. the charge appears 1 day after the due date. So when i log in before the date I assume 0 is due, but then incur late fees as rent show AFTER due date,

Got instigated about smoking the vehicle when explained I wasn’t smoking in It, a young guy looked at me and said are you sure you weren’t smoking darts. Not impressed at all.

Since there is a 200 character limit all I can say is that after my experiences I will never recommend u-haul to anyone nor will I use it ever again. It’s prettu clear no one knows how to do their job

Used location twice over the last 13 yrs.Moved out & was indicated that I would get a partial refund (by Mgr) for pretty much a month's rent.No contact from U-haul despite calling/Email them.Disapp'd.

The truck felt like I wouldnt make it across the street. Dangerous steering column. Poor brakes. The staff are cold too customer and each other. Not one smile or a thank you. I felt sad for them

Staff at the facility seemed overwork and were always in a rush. I was never given a clear path between my u-box and my vehicle. I had to move around obstacles each time.

Overall U-Haul storage facilities are great. Clean, secure and welll maintained. I never got the after hours code so I was not able to access the facility. I only need this once so not an issue.
