Everyone at the store was extremely patient and very helpful getting us set up for our trip. They offered advice for such a long trip and assisted me putting my car on the transport and hooking everything up. Usually I have a good experience with them but this time it was infuriating. I reserved the appliance dolly together with the 26' truck few days ahead. But when the day I came to pick it up, I was told he (Steve?) rented out the dolly because I was late. That infuriated me!!! I needed that dolly for the heavy appliances like washer, dryer, fridge & treadmill. I had to scramble to find a dolly somewhere... causes delay & unnecessary stress. I think that was inconsiderate of him & bad customer service! He didn't explain the policy (if ever there is) of renting out when late. Or at least give me a courtesy call on what's going to happen. Originally I rented the truck for two days however after that bad experience I returned the truck the same day. Took my business somewhere else.Rommel M.
The particular truck we used was clean. However, the check engine light was on when we got it. We mentioned it to the attendant he said that it was just the o2 sensor and it will be fine. This truck also had close to 200,000 miles on it. We had to travel about 230 miles that day. I feel like when you are traveling that far with the check engine light on and a 200,000 mile vehicle, that might be an issue...we got the job done. The truck struggled though.DAVID M.
I put in my reservation 2 weeks in advance and there were no utility dollies available. I reserved 2. They gave me a 1 basic dolly. It made it harder for my movers without the right ewuipment.LaTisha K.

I've rented from this location a few times and the customer service has always been top notch. Steve Miller was my cashier and always polite and helpful. Debra is awesome, she explained everything in detail about the truck and especially the tow ? to make sure it was off,something I wasn't aware of the first time I rented. Have rented from this location many times, always a good rental. There was some rain infiltration to the front area of the trailer, which employee said he would look into. Also tires were beyond useful life upon rental, unfortunately I didn't see it until 700 mi into my 2000 mi trip. Employee apologized, made an adjustment in rental price and said he was getting tires swapped right away and checking for water infiltration issue. I understand water issue is impossible to find if not reported. Tires should be a prerequisite check before and after rental. When in need of rental again, I will be back.CHAD S.

Uhaul billing is awful you over bill me and then I ask about it and the store basically quit contact but kept billing so seeing how I cannot get anywhere with anyone I will be at the location filing charges on your people for theft and embezzlement have a good day and yes I don't play around. The appliance dolly and Furniture dolly were not in the truck, we had to drive across town twice to get them, the person working didnt even do a walk thru of the truck. We had a tow package that was supposed to be hooked up by the employee, he looked at my husband and said you look capable of hooking that up and went to another customer. Hands down the worst service ever.David Y.

When I picked up the trailer I was told to return it by 7 AM the next day. When I arrived at 7 AM I discovered the facility was not open until 9 AM (Sun). It would have been nice to have been told this so I wouldn't have had to do the cumbersome (for me) self check-in process in the rain.DERK Y.

I made a reservation for a 20' truck. However when I went to pick it up 3 days later they had reserved a 26' truck no 20' was available. My reservation was for 9 am. Only 2 employees were working and lines were starting to form while waiting. It took over a half hour to get finished. Then the truck itself looked like it had been through several accidents. It drove ok. Not alot of choices for truck rentals in the area.Lisa S.

I rent the U-Haul trucks to haul election equipment for the election process. I send delivery guys to pick up the trucks, they do not sign in online they need to see a real person. The service was very slow. When they get the trucks, the trucks only have a 1/2 to 1/4 of gas in them. I had they guys put gas in them. We returned the trucks with more that we left with, so I believe I should be given a credit. We rent trucks twice a year. I get 6 trucks for each election which is 12 trucks a year.ROBERTMARK R.

One person working there upon arrival, checked in two and 4 other renters in front of me, the young man was knowledgeable and very courteous but NEEDS some help! In trying to reach UHAUL by phone it is a VERY POOR experience. Once a call is finally answered the staff tends to be very nice and knowledgeable - in 4 calls over a 6 day period, EVERY wait time for to speak with a rep was 25 - 40 minutes.Robert S.

It's a Uhaul in Kokomo Indiana, need i say more? Small town mindset, small town attitude, not the best service. Just to the point, didn't ask about my trip or move, nothing. Just like "Is everything here? Ok cool. Did you want a receipt? We'll email you one even if you don't get a printed one. Ok thanks have a good one." I got pulled over because the truck had no taillights. I had my children in the car. What if we'd been hit? First and LAST time I'll ever use this company to move again. I'd rather pay more in gas moving in a pickup truck. The location itself was fine. But I will never recommend it to anyone. Fact EVERYONE that asked me about it now knows what happened and aren't impressed.Tabitha W.
