Never had a chance to go inside. But from window and walking around building looking for a location Barcode the app was asking for it looked pretty clean and well lit at night. One thing i will say is the "Location Bar Code" is no whear to be found. You may want to get a new one placed somewhere above the Drop Box labled "Location Bar Code" Another suggestion would be to have a discription on the "drop off webpage" where someone might beable to locate that requested Bar Code. I had to call in for a manual drop ofg but could not verify location via GPS on phone or by locating the Bar Code assigned to that location. Please note: i did not interact with a person at this location. Only C.S. on the phone.

Your location came thru with a truck when your competitor not gonna name names (Budget) canceled my reservation at the last minute!! The employees were incredibly helpful the truck was clean and gassed!! The rental and return process couldn't have been easier!!

The tank was given to me at a 1/4 full. All the tanks at the location seem to be very low lately. I rent 2-3 times a month. Its frustrating to be given and almost empty tank.

windshield was filthy inside and outside. Wiper blades should be replaced. check in process after hours is a joke! I feel like I should get paid for doing all the leg work for U-haul. Me and another customer were equally pissed off on the amount of work you have to do to check equipment back in.

Staff was nice. But truck I rented had a noxious chemical smell. Made me nauseous to where I threw up and made my eyes burn. Still feeling sick several hours later. They also gaslit me saying they didn’t smell anything and that they dilute all their cleaners. I would bet anything they did not dilute whatever they cleaned the car with before I used it.

Re-locate the trailers. The trailers are parked against a curb and angled in parking spots that go against the way you pull in to get them, not to mention when they have you return the trailer to where you got it from there is not much room to maneuver with the line of trucks.

Grease in bottom of trailer. Did not notice it until taking out boxes and grease was transferred to carpet. Also, when traveling over 45 mph; trailer started to hop when empty. When full, trailer started to vibrate when going 55 mph. This became an Issue about 20 minutes into our trip. Told associate at rental location about issue. He saw flat spot on tire. Was told I could of brought trailer back but that was not going to happen at 10PM during a multifamily trip. Very disappointed with this trailer.

First off the service at the store was excellent and every one I worked with gets a gold star at this location. Other than that the location itself is not great, extremely difficult to get a trailer or large equipment onto the busy intersection where the store is placed. The parking lot is difficult to back trailers into because of how everything is stored. When I placed my rental it was for the Woodstock location a few minutes from my house even though it said my rental was secured / guaranteed, it was switched for some reason to Lake In The Hills almost 30 minutes away. The Woodstock location is a lot easier to use and closer for me. I cannot recommend this location due to its layout and proximity to the crazy busy intersection at Randall Road. Uhaul should maintain that the equipment you rent at a particular location be available at that location you reserved from. I have no idea how Woodstock did not have the trailer I was looking for since they seem to have a lot packed with all the standard Uhaul items. Thankfully I do not need to rent from Uhaul very often.

I shouldn’t have to drive all over town to pick up U-Haul and car trailer at 2 different locations and then be forced to drop off the 2 entities at 2 different locations at my final destination. And “for my inconvenience” they gave me only 50 extra miles…50 miles for over 1.5 hours of driving around town due to their lack of preparation!!
