The mobile truck pick-up and return process was a bit of a pain. I think that it would be helpful to send directions over earlier so that you know what to expect when going to get the truck and when returning it.Steven W.

The customer service rep I dealt with at the store was extremely pleasant but not helpful and could not answer questions. Said I don't know to most of my questions. When I booked online nowhere did it tell me I need to know what my payment code was for the movers that I hired as your third party contractors. It would have been nice to know that it was buried in the first email. Instead of saying steps one two three at the top of the email it should have added number four here's your payment code for your mover. I tried to call you haul as the mover wanted his payment code and we couldn't find it and there was a 43 minute wait. I called the store and they had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and referred me back to the 1-800 number. Finally after 10 minutes of reading through the many emails that you guys keep sending me we found the code. Not user friendly!! But I do love that you offer the moving services when you went from U-Haul. Also I rented two dollies and only got one.MARCUS A.

Has little issue with the vehicle's fuel gauge. Tried call in direct to the location but got rerouted to U-Haul corporate line. Tried several times and patiently waited for more than 30 minutes but couldn't talk directly to the U-Haul agent at the site. Give up!!! Upon return the vehicle to the U-Haul agent (Bryan) at the site. He was happily took into account my question and resolve it. In my opinion the U-Haul agent is more responsible than U-Haul corp.namdien L.

The customer service representative was not very friendly and did not give us much instruction about the rental process. We also had to get our vehicle from the parking lot ourselves. Upon returning the vehicle we had to go into the store and get an employee to come check the vehicle in. Any other location I have rented from the rented vehicle was brought to me and upon returning a employee was waiting for me and helped me through the return process.WADE L.

The equipment we rented through a u haul phone rep was denied to us upon driving an hour to pick it up. If your auto transport isn't one way, don't make the reservation for me for one way. Had to return it the same hour away in the middle of a severe thunderstorm.TAYLOR B.

I was charged $37.50 for fuel. I returned the vehicle with the same fuel as when I picked it up (slightly under 1/2 tank), and I only drive 11 miles. I put a little over a gallon of fuel in before returning the truck, which should have covered the fuel I used in those 11 miles.Daniel L.
I have rented from uhaul several times at different locations and uhaul has cancelled my online truck reservation three times the day before rental recently. It left me scrambling to find another truck or take a smaller truck . There seems to be a problem with scheduling it online and lack communication to the rental places. If there arent any larger trucks, dont allow people to rent online.JOSE G.

Advise your next customer to not let the U-Haul employee connect the trailer. No sooner then I made a right turn leaving this location the trailer came off the hitch right in the middle of the road. I fixed that and then 5 minutes later the safety chain the employee hooked up came undone so I again had to stop in the middle of the road. I kick myself as I should have simply connected it all myself rather than worry about offending the employee checking his work.DAVID P.

Make sure that the equipment that was reserved is actually available when you get there to pick it up. I reserved a 9 foot cargo van when I got there it was not there and they would not have one for the day. They offered me a 20 foot truck which I did not want at all. Only after I complained they give me a 10 foot truck. That's a bad business practice.AUGUST M.

I recommend you tell your associates to let customers know there will be a $20 charge added on if truck/van is returned after hours. After viewing the contract, it is noted in the contract but many customers need a means to move things at a moments notice and are in a rush. A verbal heads up would be a nice way to avoid surprises to your customers and poor reviews.Mike R.
