In the freezer U-Haul is very informative and clean and fair I had to return the truck the next day when they were closed and I was worried that I would get charged for stuff that wasn't warranted but I wasn't they treated me fair and I would recommend this U-Haul to anyone

Online check in was bad. Order was not in my account. When I tried to search for order the app (and website) could not find it. Had to call 800 number and was on hold for over 25 minutes before someone could help me check my trailer back in.

Pls correct your addresses shown for Lake Wylie SC to Clover SC. There is no town called Lake Wylie — it is a Lake. We had a difficult time finding the drop off location. Not familiar with the area. Fortunately we called the UHaul store and employee talked us in to a drop off location (not the one on our reservation ticket). Very frustrating.

I'm a frequent Uhauler due to my profession. The staff at Lake Wylie are always friendly! Mike and others treat me like family! There's many other locations that I could go to but I choose the Lake Wylie store because people like Mike! Good job Lake Wylie!!

The staff member that called was extremely kind and switched my rental for after hours pick up. I give her 5 stars for her efforts and kindness. Issues with the process, not the location: The issue was with the mobile app and location services (confirmed location is enabled on device; worked for safari browser, but not mobile app). It required that I call twice to resolve. This was approximately an hour before I could complete the check in process.

Customer service was pretty horrid. Location manager blamed her crap mood on the fact that her ASM was on vacation but also said she's the one that sent him on vacation? Then said her arm was hurt yet when I tried to help lift a furniture dolly into the back of a truck (literally 1 minute after she said this) she snapped at me "I'm not useless". Hilariously she then couldn't get the back door closed and had to ask for help. The service at this location would be better if a kiosk did all the personal interactions. No wonder the machines are winning.

4815 Charlotte Hwy Lake Wylie, SC 29710 treats customers terrible. I was yelled at and threatened by general manager Lydia Roman....all over a dang parking spot. Lydia even took it as far as to say “I'm not privileged”, her exact words. A DANG GENERAL MANAGER. Wow! I have pics of there being no “No Parking” sign in site. Lydia Roman should not be a general manager if she doesn't know how to handle repeat customers. She escalated the situation by yelling and threatening me instead of being understanding and trying to make it right.

Employee present was very knowledgeable, friendly and working as quickly as possible to move you out the door quickly. There was an issue with the computer system which allowed things down but again the employee seemed to do everything possible to ensure a smooth and timely transaction.

Overall, i was pleased with this experience. However, returning the truck outside of normal operating hours was very difficult. Although i followed your instructions on the paper i was given, i was still not able to return the truck online. I had to wait until an employee showed up to prevent a late fee added to my bill. This needs to be addressed quickly in my opinion. If this were to happen again, i would find another company for my moving needs. Have a great day!!!!
