Lots of computer problems and issue with finding the booking. Staff was not initially friendly or communicative at all. Ended up well but not what I'd call a professional operation.

It depends on how this location treats my request for a refund due to 2 major equipment failures which both put me in extremely dangerous situations and made me sit roadside for 2 days . A full refund is a very reasonable request for such a bad experience.

Lydia, Mike and the whole crew have provided EXCELLENT service for me and my family over multiple occasions. Good communication, always have everything setup just how i needed it, and ready to go with the heater already blowing on a cold morning. You could do ALOT worse renting elsewhere! *Only issue: they seem to have some connection issues with their computer at times. Just be ready, might have to be patient with 'em.*

WRONG QUESTIONS!!!!! Ask about the equipment!!!!! I was unable to use the trailer. It was advertised as a 6ft wide unit which I needed. However, the opening was only 5ft. I could not get my UTV loaded. I ended up leaving it and not bringing it back. False advertisement!

The lady that checked me in was horrible. She talked way to much, to the point she took for ever to get me checked out and she had customers waiting. She didn't know the products your store offer. She kept saying that uhaul/she didn't have the light i needed for my truck. My brother had to tell her and point it out that your store did have it. I truly hated everything thing and second being in your store. I plan to never return because my experience was just that horrible.

we did the phone checkin and alot of the scratchces were not marked so we had to stand in the rain to take all the photos and do write ups. Did not go inside.

I did the self check in which didn't go through or work and was initially charged the fee for uhaul to do it. I emailed the manager about it and she looked into it and refunded me because of issues with the site. I was fully expecting to be told "you didn't complete the check in it's not our fault we will not waive the fee" your manager made me a customer for life

When I entered the Uhaul Rental establishment, the office was empty! I looked through the combining window to the warehouse area only to find it empty as well. Afterwards, I proceeded to the rear of the building to find one woman on forklift unloading an 18 wheeler Truck. I asked the manager could she take a second to inspect the $19.00 flat bed rental, and she responded "sorry, you have to wait, he was here 1st". I understand that he was there 1st, but the manager just stood there doing absolutely "NOTHING". I waited almost 1/2hr for them to complete unloading an 18 wheeler. I have a newborn at home, and really needed to get some items for her; and it seemed to me that the manager was rude, and care-less about me as a valuable consumer! I may be only one lost customer, but that's one lost forever!!! #NOCUSTOMERCARE

My overall experience was horrible - I have had issues with closing on my new house and needed the truck longer than expected. Friday 11/1/19 I called to extend the current reservation on the truck full of my belongings and was told 'no' and the truck was already rented for pick-up at 6 pm. I unloaded all my stuff in my sister's driveway and turned the truck in just to find out they had trucks and I could have extended my rental. I am furious with U-Haul and I rent from them a lot. I will take my business to other local companies in the future and never to U-Haul again!

The location I rented from was awesome. Making a reservation online is terrible. Calling the location was terrible as well because it went to the corporate office. Luckily Robert got word that I wanted to make a reservation and HE CALLED ME!! Great service on his part. Corporate needs to get out of the way of the local locations.

The location where we thought we were picking up the truck was not the local you assigned us. As a result my wife had to drive several miles to get it straightened out. It seems your website gives us options as to where and when we'd like to pick up, but in both cases we got neither of our choices. Also, we paid for 12 pads but only received 11 in the wrapped packages in the truck.

I am concerned that the fuel guage or person reading it was in error on my rental. I put 6 gallons in the vehicle at a station near the store upon return and only drove 12miles. I was told at pick up it was full.
