PATRICIA SWas charged for 20 miles, when actual total was 12 miles. The fuel gauge was at 3/8 tank, returned with 1/4 tank. Was charged $47 dollars for 10 gallons. That math isn't mathing...... There is no way 1/8" of a tank was 10 gallons. Will go somewhere else next time.

RYAN FThe U-Haul van that we rented reeked of urine. The two people working there refused to help my wife and I. They instead demanded that we check in online and do all of the work on our phones, meanwhile they just sat there and stared at us while we did that. The only work they did was hand us the keys. At drop off, the lady outside told us that she couldn’t help us and we would have to do the drop-off procedures ourselves, which the online portal kept wanting me to download the app. I don’t need to download an app for a service I only use once a year or less. After I refused to do this, she finally said “that’s okay, you can just give me the keys”. It only took her five seconds to do this, why couldn’t she do that in the first place? I will never use U-Haul services because of this horrid experience.

STEVEN DThe initial truck I was assigned to would not start and the check engine light was on. Luckily, the customer service at this location was exceptional. They didn't want me to get stuck somewhere so assigned me a different truck. This one worked great. Only issue I had was that the app would not take pictures of the truck as all of them came out completely black with no image. Please improve the app to allow customers to add images from their phone instead of solely relying on the app for pictures.
Kurt KI wish there were a person to help us and not do everything on our own, we had a problem getting our key and it was quite frustrating. We need more customer service with people behind the counter.

STEVEN JPlease do not leave the gas tank completely on empty. The empty bell was ringing before I could find a gas station. I ended up wasting money then putting too much gas back in. You made a lot of money off my gas that I had to put in.

Noemi MBrittany and Noah were both very friendly when picking up the truck. Everything worked flawlessly. There was a line when I returned the truck, so the staff (not the same) could not immediately offer me a receipt, but I got it without any surprise a few minutes later.
MARCUS BEasy check in. Truck was a little bouncy, even when loaded down. Lot was clean easy to locate truck. Staff was present and attentive. Now if we can just work on that price per mile..

MELISSA SAfter filling out the online application and being forced to turn down dozens of options I arrived at the rental store with what the website said was everything I would need to get the van (copy of contract, drivers license and the credit card I used). Once there I was informed I would have to do EVERYTHING all over again using my cell phone, and when completed my bill increased by $5 even though I had denied all the same options that I did online. My beef is not with the location, but with your ridiculous corporate policy that needlessly forces the customer to redundantly fill out the form twice. Another huge disappointment was how you nickel and dime your customers with charging extra things that should come with the rental, like simple hold down straps. In your advertising you boast a $19 van rental which turns out to be more that TWICE that amount. I will NEVER use U-haul ever again, and will discourage anyone that I talk to to not EVER use you. You should be ashamed of yourselves

CHRISTOPHER TMy one star review has NOTHING to do with the staff, every single person I spoke with was helpful and friendly! My issue is that I needed to do every single thing online, even though I selected to check in with an employee. The website was not great, the barcodes did not scan when I came back (after a long day of moving in the heat) to return the vehicle, and it asked me for proof of employment/ a copy of my lease!? Very frustrating that the actual trained staff were not able to just check me in. Also I am 28, and very familiar with mobile check ins, I’d imagine this would be even worse for someone older who has less experience/doesn’t have a smartphone. Uhaul, this is lame just let us check in at the front desk with a real person

RODNEY LBrittney was one of the most enjoyable people I have ever met. She was the one who gave me all the details concerning my rental. I actually picked it up the next day. If she isn't management, she should be. The whole staff was fantastic which makes how Bittney stood out even more amazing.
