Abdullah C.I have been out with a massive heart attack and rehabilitation has been averse for me I have made several attempts to contact Ms Mary at Uhaul and been unsuccessful. I did have the pleasure of speaking to a young man who stated he works there at uhaul and took down my message and inform me he would make sure Ms Mary gets my message I'm still waiting and this been months ago. Hopeful you all have not sold my belongs and I can still obtain them please notify me if this is obtainable

Dewrann S.I received excellent service at the U-Haul location in Landover, MD. Mr. Byrd took his time to explain the type of services they had, and he did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. He also gave me time to select the type of accommodations I needed, and he also gave options to choose from. He and the other employees were both professional and courteous. I would recommend this U-Haul location to all of my friends and family.

UHaul app (not this location) has crashed several times (repeatedly asks for login when trying to pick up equipment via the app; repeatedly requests login info and then returns blank pages.). Generally have to pick-up equipment in person in-store.

I got to the facility with my movers and the Hispanic girl was Rude and has a smart mouth and condescending attitude.I get to the unit it has a lock nothing they can do! I was sent to another place where the Gm,Don was helpful. But because of this I incurred significantly more charges with the movers because of them having to repack the truck,go to a different location unload again! So I was very unhappy!!

Joseph W. | Overall Experience1. I was shocked disappointed, and angry to learn that there were no elevators. How irresponsible is that of Uhaul. 2. When booking the truck I told the representative that I had a 1 bedroom. When arriving at Lanham/Bowie, I discovered that the representative was wrong. My items did not fit the storage selected. 3. There was only one person serving customers and his customer service was horrible. He had a get me out of here, no personality attitude. When I asked for a larger unit he informed me that there was no larger unit, but also told me that he had no way of finding out if another facility had a larger space. Ironically, when I found another location I was told that Uhaul does have a system that allows reps to check for space openings at other locations. So the rep lied to me. 4. I was late returning my truck the next day because I had to do my own research and find other people to unload me. I'm very disappointed in the final posseS of Uhaul. I'd like the overage for the late return to be refunded to me.

Don went ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal call of duty to be expected as an employee and really made things incredible for me after a long stressful day of moving and traveling. Give that man a RAISE. He's easily got to be one of your best employees.
JONATHAN M. | First ImpressionsOur move in experience was horrible, problematic, and exhausting on January 29, 2021, at approximately 6:15 PM when we discovered the main entry storage doors were locked. This was in conflict with the Storage Access hours of 5 AM to 10 PM as published on the U-Haul Standard Advantages for the facility. Items had to be moved through a single entry door instead of the various wide double doors at the loading dock. We were told upon move in that we should not be moving in at this time which was in conflict with the published time listed on “Your Storage Place of Landover” nor any other guidance or guidelines, verbal or non-verbal. Generally, it appears to be a lack of consistency of communication among all staff to customer for a smooth transition into the facility which was ultimately resolved through management or by others means.

For the most part, I am satisfied with the service provided although shorter wait times when calling and not having mice droppings on my belongings would have improved the experience. Also, having a pro-rated refund would have been nice rather than paying a full month for less than 10 days.

She has always been attentive and accommodating. It's hard to imagine a facility manager more generous and more capable. I always felt my belongings were safe and the facility was well-run AND I could depend upon her if I had an issue. Thank you, Meri!!
