I reserved a trailer on line for this specific location, than we get to this location to be told that our reservation was moved to DC because they dont have any one way rentals therefore we had to keep the trailer for additional days not to mention drive ot to NC and back to return it.

Service wasn't the greatest. Also, the drop off location wasn't visible on the screen. The U-Haul agent asked me several times where I was dropping off the truck, even though I had entered all of those details on uhaul.com the night before.

Using self check-in, I was initially denied access to the truck I'd rented; apparently my 'selfie' wasn't close enough to my driver's license to satisfy the employee on the other side of the internet site. Fortunately, it was after business hours started, so I was able to walk in and get the keys. Process would have been a LOT faster if I'd just walked in initially and finished the check-in process. Once I got access, the truck was more than adequate for my needs, and the half-dozen furniture pads supplied as a default were extremely helpful. Would rent from U-Haul again if needed.

Improve your internet service or up grade the computer system. Although these issues slowed the check out process me. The manger was very professional, through and friendly while training at the same time. She's definitely a true asset to uhaul.

The manager is very friendly and courteous, and even though the office was busy she made sure I was acknowledged when I arrived and was able to get me into my rental quickly. I plan to visit this location again the next time I need to rent a pickup.

I rated my experience above average and not excellent, as the equipment was clean, but drove as though it could use a little maintenance. I would have also liked to have the opportunity to receive a free month of storage rent had I been given proper information about picking up a truck at one location and dropping off at another at the time of acquiring the storage unit and truck.

At first was told they did not have what I needed and then after I question what was wrong with the one I see on the lot. Then I was told that they did not see it, The whole time the worker did not leave his seat if so he would have seem it.

Check engine light was on and it kept cutting off and I couldn't get everything done.

Everything went very well. However, I didn't see much difference between time saved by using U-Haul's (new?) smartphone app to get your rental using your phone upon arrival and by just making a reservation the normal way. In other words, I feel that it took me just as much time to go through all the steps, using my smartphone to secure the truck that I rented, as it would just going up to the counter to get everything done after reserving a vehicle earlier (online/phone). It's my understanding that the smartphone app is supposed to save time by a customer having only to go into the store to pick up the key to the vehicle after taking care of all the other preliminary steps from their smartphone. I don't know that it's really that much more efficient but then again, that's just my experience. Overall, service here was great and pretty much efficient.

Customer service was horrible they answered the phone "what's up Cuzz" he used profanity when I told them the gas needle was on E instead of the 1)2 tank mark they had on the contract. I was completely ignored for 10 mins before I was helped. Never never never again at this location. At first I thought I was being pranked it was just that horrible.
