Pay more attention and stop over charging me for equipment I didn't use. Contract out didn't have anything on there about me using "utility" (dolly) but after I returned the truck I was charged for it. Problem still isn't fixed because I still haven't received a call from the manager like customer service said I will.

I was charged for a dolly in the back of the truck that I never used. The seal was broken because Lefab or whatever the employees name was did not bolt the dolly down properly so it slipped out and broke the seed. I will never use this location ever again and refer all my friends to go elsewhere when renting a truck.

Just a general comment for UHaul: After hours drop off is very convenient. However, it took weeks to get a final receipt, which was unsettling. It would be nice if this was quicker.

Not an issue at this lication, but I had an issue with my reservation. I called and confirmed my reservation after getting a text from my online reservation. My reserved truck was supposed to be at chillum rd, hyattsville, md, but after waiting for over 45 min because of long line and then finding out they had no trucks for the size I reserved then wasting another 25min to wait while other customers were being helped andd finding another truck at anothwr location. I then had to travel 30 min to another location to get the truck. So I wasted about 2 hours because of the poor reservation system. I also wasted time in lines. If someone has a reserved truck, esp if filled put onlune, the customer should not have to wait. Should be a verify info sign and drive. I had no issues at the landover location.

The truck I rented , smelled alittle bit. Didn't smell clean. I also thought that I could use my AAA card for a discount and was told NO. But overall , okay experience.

Quinessentially Yours in the last week Horrible experience from one is your staffs. The young Asian guy that drives a black Honda car. I returned the truck I rented & stood out in the sun waiting on my Uber driver. I leaned against his car with my bag in my hand only for him to come out & yell at me to get off his car. I pretended like I didn't know he was talking to me until he jumped into his car & turned on the ignition moving his car against me missing my foot. Cursing me out. The hate I got from him was horrible. I have never met this kiddo apart from when I came in to turn in the bus. I will never ever use Uhaul in Landover any more.

The after hours return instruction were not clear. You should to logo, with the co,tract number first. I first created an account but could not find the return my truck button. It wasn't until i logged on with the co,tract number that I was able to take the steps needed.

Please ensure that the location can be opened in a timely manner. There was no apology or explanation given when the location was opened 30 minutes late. Over than that the service of the employees was very pleasant. However, it can be hard to want to use this location if they aren't reliable.

Never told the cashier what time I was coming back to drop truck off and he charged me for an extra day. When I got the truck I said I needed it for the day, I returned at 1030ishast night. I had to pay more money

This was not my initial pick up loc. It was 9800 M.L. K. in bowie, Md. I was there on time (7:15 for a 7:30 pick up), they had my truck & no keys I'd done the early check in the night before so I could get in and out. Told me to go to the Landover station after I waited around about 15 min. I asked if they were going to call. J.W. said there was no need. I get there, she doesn't have a truck for me nor had the other office had my reservation transferred. I was there in Landover for 30 minutes or more, HOWEVER, the entire time, the young lady was working hard to find me something and not affect other customers reservations. I appreciated her and ALL her efforts but the Bowie Loc would NOT have gotten this same rating. Even though I was thrown way behind my schedule, her customer service and attitude made the difference. The reason for the average rating for location is because it is in an industrial area with huge trucks of all types coming in and out on a one way entrance. A little rough BUT the store itself was GREAT!

The young lady working the morning of my pick up,was outstanding and very professional, which is unusual for that area. If there were a block to rate just her and how she muliti tasked events in that office she would have received a 5 star.
