The trailer I rented had not been cleaned out upon return. We had to sweep it out before use. It was full of sand and debris.

Reserved Furniture moving pads were not in truck as promised, called to have item taken off the bill but message was not conveyed to receiving location on one way rental. I was charged for "missing" pads. I have spent more time on phone trying to correct than I spent moving

I am not giving a bad review just because of my last experience but for the past 2 years I was lead to believe as per my request for a climate control unit were true and accurate. Amit did not place me in a climate control unit and I am angry. There were a lot of mishaps that should not have occurred but I can not change the outcome moving is already stressful this just added to a much more bigger problem.

I was given a truck that had a leaking radiator. Staff knew about the problem since the low-coolant light was on when I picked up the truck. The staff tried to charge me for the rental although I had called uhaul roadside assistance and was told to take the truck back 15 minutes after picking up the truck. Luckily I had taken a pic of the odometer with the low-coolant light on when I picked up the truck. The staff denied the truck had anything wrong with it and tried to charge me. Only when I showed them the pic I had taken, they changed their tune. I will never go back to this location again and wouldn't recommend anyone from using their services either. Manaher was upset uhaul roadside assistance told me to take the truck back to them instead of sending someone to fix the problem. Seemed like they know about the problem but instead of fixing it before renting it out, they wanted to rent it to an unsuspecting customer and have uhaul roadside assistance take care of the problem.

Worst experience I ever had with UHaul, dishonest employees, I was told one credit card was cancelled and they charged it anyway, mileage not correct and charged 38 miles for a 25 mile run, Upper Management was very rude when I tried to speak to a supervisor, I used this same branch 2 years for storage, never had a problem but on August 9,2016 it was unbelievable, will never use again.

You should offer a transport service instead of claiming you cannot guarantee a pick up location. You may think it's no big deal for us to drive an extra 9 miles to a different location but it can be. It's simply called customer service. If I call and make a reservation, it should be available where I reserved it.

I was really impressed with the manager, Phil Hartley. When I came in to pick up my truck, the system was down. Mr. Hartley apologized and explained what the problem was. A long line of disgruntled customers was forming all the way to the door. To remedy the situation, Mr. Hartley then took it upon himself to manually process every customer-a painstaking task. Literally every person in the store was staring at him. Throughout this ordeal, he remained calm, polite, and professional. I noted that although customers might have been frustrated before they got to the front of the line,by the end of their transaction with Mr. Hartley they left in better spirits. I was very impressed. Oh, and he was patient with his co-workers as he delegated to tasks which I think is the halmark of a good manager. He could easily have taken his frustration out on them with impunity. You should give him a raise!!!

I reserved a truck online and was told it would be ready a1:30. I get to the location about 15 minutes early and I let the rep know this. He says that they don't have any trucks for me and that I would have to go to a different location. I drive all around to different Uhaul locations to be told that there are no trucks available. He then calls me at 1:45 to let me know a truck was available ( I was grateful he called me). There just needs to be a better system for online reservations and the actual locations. They seem not to go together well.

Everything went well except I did not get the size truck I ordered and one called me to let me know that they did not have the truck I ordered. However, the truck size I got worked. They said this happens often, that when you go online and order you usually don't get the truck you order. This need to be corrected. Thank you

I would suggest to your corperate company to establish a fleet of trucks that have mirrors that adjust for driving them, I found it hard get views of traffic behind or beside me while driving the vehicle.

First problem is that the U-Haul building is located on a side street the back of another building, it was very hard to find this location. Second problem it was 90+ degrees and the air conditioner continued to go on and off, we had to continue to roll the windows up and down. Very upset with the 17ft truck experience.
