Would highly recommend this location when renting from U-Haul. They seem to have most everything. They were also friendly and when I was having a lot of problems changing out my ball on my hitch, they let me borrow one. Was really nice to see it not always be about the money. Not that they would typically be allowed to, but it was a really nice touch.Damen K.

Hours of operation at store were different than what the phone said. I showed up at 1815 thinking the location closed at 1900 because that is what the automated system said it closed and come to find out the automated system is wrong and this location actually shuts down at 1800.TIMOTHY C.

I was extremely upset with UHaul and its terrible customer service. I used the website to book my reservation. I booked a 17' truck with mileage at .79 cents per mile. After I clicked confirm, my reservation changed to $1.09 per mile. Then after having my confirmation, I was told that Uhaul does NOT have 17' trucks so I had to take a 20' for a higher daily rate. Bait and switch tactics like this should be illegal.Daniel W.
Ensure the vehicle scheduled for pickup outside business hours is the right one and the keys are actually in the key box for pickup. Although Uhaul reduced charges for the rental, it put us two hours behind our schedule and caused a ripple effect with our other timelines.David M.

The girls that work there were super helpful and helped me out when I had showed up the day before I made my reservation (completely my fault, I reserved the wrong day) but they were able to get me squared away and in the truck I had requested in less than 10 minutes! I'm sure this is a corporate thing. I was 1.5 miles over on mileage, got charged .70. I left an extra 1/4 tank of gas, approx $35 at current prices. It's not the .70, it's the principle. Very annoyed.Debra J.

The website needs serious work. The website would never find my location, even after following the instructions to allow it to. I also called your â€œ24/7â€ hotline for assistance, yet no one picked up after 30 mins. I ended up having to drop off the truck without outprocessing. In regards to the location, there were at least four vans available, however the locations inventory showed as none available. FYI, the vans were parked there when I picked up and returned the truck. Not so much the place we got it but the uhaul company itself is absolutely horrible and I mean horrible. You ask questions and they give one answer so when you do how they answered your question they then turn around and act like they are never wrong. Can't ever call the uhaul line either cause nobody ever andni mean ever answers the phone so you drive 30 mins to the nearest facility that you need to talk to someone and they arent professional and they say they've been answering calls but clearly weren't when I sat on the phone for about 30 mins waiting for someone to answer. Then when we finally got one person to answer out of the 4 times I called they were rude as well and we told them to switch drop off location to our storage facility cause r&s said that doing that and dropping off the truck there would be fine they utterly mess that up as well cause I mean I'm just guessing this is the whole motto for uhaul now. This was my first ever time renting a uhaul and I will never I repeat NEVER FLIPPING RENT UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL ALWAYS PERSUADE ANYONE I CAN TO STAY AWAY FROM RENTING UHAUL AND I WILL PUT THIS REVIEW ON EVERYTHING.Jacob C.

The trailer was clearly old and leaked. I have rented UHaul trailers at least 5 times in the past three years and never had one leak like this. I know they aren't water proof but everything on the top half of the trailer was soaked including mattresses. The trailer should be taken out of service. Additionally the door did not slide smoothly and the tie down rings were missing on parts of the trailer.Frank V.

Your online check in was tedious and didn't work. I went through the whole process and got to the point where I was supposed to receive the text to get the key. A text came saying you needed to call me shortly. I waited 20 minutes and no call so I called in and got cut off immediately. I called again and talked to an unpleasant girl who said she didn't have the photos and I needed to do the whole process again. I hung up and went inside. The inperson rep was very nice and had all the info on her screen. I had the key in 5 minutes and was gone. Your online process needs a lot of work. I won't do that again.Frank M.

In the beginning (when trying to secure business) the staff, manager Teresa was very informative and nice. Toward the end, and/or when trying to secure a different space, I was told corporate held spaces, nor would they communicate timely, which cost me an additional $39.95 (month storage)by being a day outside of the grace period and there was no pro rate as per one of the representatives. When trying to rent a trailer, another representative was pushing a lot of buttons and not communicating what was being done, states that my information is not in the system (sounds fraudulent and indicative of mischievous activities). You're in a customer service roll, you deal with customers, you have to talk to people, have them understand what you're doing... You are the face of uHaul. Our 10x20 storage unit was not 10x20, rather two 10x10 units. This was not disclosed anywhere. One of the first units we were assigned had a pole going right through the middle of the unit, taking up space and usefulness. Pricing on our map of units was inaccurate (according to the worker.) We were able to exchange units but the set up was far less than ideal for moving a 26 ft Uhaul worth of items to storage. Very narrow hallways & one 10x10 unit had a large roll open door, while the other 10x10 unit had a much smaller walk through door making it very difficult to maneuver large items.Sara H. | First Impressions

I had a great experience in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. One of the members spent a good amount of time trying to resolve an issue higher ups in the company had made. Ridiculous that I reserved a unit and the store was unable to get me that unit because of flaws in the Uhaul system. Now, I had a truck full of stuff. So I had to spend more money to get a unit size I didn’t make the reservation for! Like that’s not my issue y’all messed up! Big props to Ali who was working at the time.
